My 4-year-old daughter recently received a prescription for glasses and as someone who never experienced wearing glasses, I was clueless. All three employees working today helped my daughter and I pick out the most perfect glasses and had them done in an hour for her.Meagan was so knowledgeable, kind, personable and informative with both myself and my daughter. She helped us make decisions and my daughter loves her glasses. She may love the LensCrafters bag more because she hasn’t put it down since we left the store.Daniel was also a great help once our glasses were ready! Truly great customer service is difficult to come by, this team was fantastic!

I had a very good experience today at LensCrafters. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban’s from LensCrafters 20 some years ago and are still using them. I just stopped in to get some pricing. Daniel was awesome! He took time and explain my prescription and the different options that were available to me. I left the store today with two pair of glasses and was very happy with my purchase.

He manage to keep my 3 year old daughter and 10 year old son busy/entertain while assisting me. So I lost my prescription glasses and was informed to come to the Pensacola LensCrafters location for glasses done on site. I arrived right when the gentleman that makes the glasses was about to leave. This was much later than I wanted to but they accommodated me without hesitation. I received my glasses in less than an hour. I want to thank everyone that worked on Friday, August 20th for all their assistance. Thank you and they all we fantastic!!

My husband loves the Dr.N but the front desk girl currently that is checking people in and out does not know/nor understand anyones eye benefits. I am in insurance and did my homework on our policy prior to showing up. She was telling us mostly wrong information that i did in fact verify was wrong with my insurance company. She kept spouting out just random information. Even the young women that was sitting behind her knew she was not giving out the right info.. I could see it on her facial expression. I believe better trained staff could help this.

I had a great experience here! I just had to buy my first pair of glasses ever and I was so glad to come to this lenscrafters. Jon was so amazing with helping me find two pairs that I liked and looked good on me. Him and the entire staff were so nice and complimented how the glasses looked on me. Oh how I enjoyed the pensacola staff! Everyone there was amazingly helpful, personable and I felt like I was among friends. Daniel was spectacular! He helped me pick out my frames and suggested the pair I eventually purchased.I strayed only once in 2019 when I went somewhere else; I have since learned my lesson and won’t go anywhere else.They have me spoiled rotten.

Staff was amazing from start to finish, only issue was the lab tech during the pre-screening. I felt like she was rushing and didnt explain what she was doing, but Dr. Nolton made up for the pre-test, as well as the staff on the eyeglasses side.

Very happy with my experience. They went above and beyond helping me find exactly what I was looking for and making sure I was happy with it. Special shout out to Megan and Daniel for their patience and kindness through the process. Won’t go anywhere else for glasses from now on.

This location is very good. The eye doctor here is absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with, not to mention she knows her stuff! Secondly, the staff in Lens Crafters is 5 stars. They care, they are prompt, and they give you good and friendly service during you making a selection and picking up your order. I was able to walk in, get an eye exam, and my lenses replaced all within 2 hours. They said it could take an hour to get my lenses replaced, but it only took around 30 minutes. The staff was very nice. Dr. Nolton was helpful and informative. Jonathan, who helped me with my frames, was a delight to be around. A great experience all around. I would definitely recommend.

Picking up glasses from Lens Crafters may not sound like a very fun experience, but personalized quality customer service truly goes a long way. My son wasnt satisfied with the frames hed originally chosen from another Lens Crafters while vacationing in another area of Florida. Jon stepped right in and put my mind at ease by explaining the 30-day return policy that I was totally unaware of. After walking around the mall a bit, we returned to find new frames and with Daniels fashion sense and amazing personality, he quickly assisted us with not only finding a pair of frames that my son loved, but also new frames that I fell in love with as well. I received friendly customer service that kept us smiling the entire visit, and I was able to return the original frames with no issues. The kindness, courtesy, and personalized service that Daniel and Jon provided were absolutely top notch and exceeded my expectations. The eye care team at Cordova Mall worked together and our Lens Crafters experience was flawless. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my familys eye care needs. =D

I recently had miss placed my glasses but still had a current prescription. My wife and I were out grabbing a bite to eat and passed a Lens Crafters so we stepped in and inquired about a new set. The staff was immediately available and the gal helping us was extremely polite, knowledgeable and attentive. All Covid-19 protocols were adhered to and evident cleaning practices were being done. Totally satisfied with our visit...new glasses ordered!!

12/19/2020 10:40AM We just left there. That gentleman lacks any type of customer service skills. I gave it one star because they do have exactly what my husband and I are looking for. We had already pick our glasses out in Norfolk but they would not have been in by the time we moved to FL. I have the stock numbers in my phone for the pair of Tiffanys that Im getting as well as the Versaces for my husband. This gentleman in Cordova Mall told us he would be with us as soon as he could and went over to the corner with his IPAD but his tone of voice said it all. We were spoke to as an inconvenience. We are now on our way to Foley. I will not spend my money on poor customer service skills. I will drive the extra 40 miles.

Dr Nolton is excellent, and everyone in the office and also the sales staff were very helpful and diligent with cleanliness procedures.

I am having THE worst time finding a cleaner or wipes sold and recommended at LensCrafters!!! The usual brand of cleaner they sell is costly and comes with cloth wipes which leaves grease and clouds my trifocals (cost almost $500 without even getting different pair of frames which seemed to tick them off rowally) now they are selling me the dry or moist wipes that still don’t help with the cleaner! I did find an older older cleaner with PVC packaging that is refillable and has a microfiber cloth which is washable at $7.99 which is much less costly but don’t think they carry it anymore. HELP! I’m about to go to corporate

From the moment I walked in I felt extremely welcome, the friendly staff answered all of my questions and helped calm my nervousness while waiting for the doctor. I love the Versace frames and I cannot wait to see how amazing the lenses are!! I am looking forward to seeing Jon for a few more pairs of glasses.

WOW! I was not looking forward to selecting glasses but there was an amazing sales associate named Sandra who listened to my needs and evaluated my prescription in order to help me select 3 of the most comfortable and attractive glasses on me with multiple discounts ...i overall saved approx 900.00 dollars on three pairs ...a regular pair, a backup pair and sunglasses...i was able to get the thinner lenses, with transitions, glare protection and the insurance....i wasnt going to get all three the same day but the discounts on the last two pairs were hard to walk away from...so i recommend asking for Sandra!! Thank you Sandra!!!

Had an exam and received new glasses on my visit today. The optometrist is a very nice lady, and everyone on the exam side are very wonderful people. Exam was quick and easy. They explain everything to you and share all the information. Then when I went to get my frames, those people were very nice also. Received my frames in an hour as told. I love the doctor here and the people that assist with finding frames but the receptionist/medical assistant named Andre in the eye doctors office was absolutely horrible and had a bad attitude. she hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to schedule appointment. She would answer then put me on hold and hang up after calling 5 times I finally got through. Then when I come in the prices for the contact fitting and eye examination changed from what she said over the phone. She then goes to dilate my eyes and the air blows into my right eye and she tried to put air in the same eye twice and I told her she already did my right eye and she argues with me saying she did the left like I wouldnt know which one of my eyes was done. She lacked people skills and down right rude. I really love this place other than that. They get my prescription perfect and everyone else is very nice and helpful.

Less expensive frames would be great. Im trying to have less out of pocket as possible.

If this review was based solely on the glasses/lenses side, my review would be 5 stars; however, the actual exam/ contact lenses area is terrible.The receptionist had a bad attitude during my exam and then six months later (today), I called to order more contacts and sat on hold for ten minutes before I finally hung up. I called right at the time that the office opened so surely they werent that busy. Im just going to order contacts online from now on.But back to the ladies on the glasses side, they are great. Very friendly, helpful, and seem to really care that you find the right glasses for you instead of focusing on trying to sell the most expensive frames. I will continue to get my exams and glasses here I think, but I will just expect the crappy attitude on the one side.

The Doctor here is incredible. Ive seen her for years. Shes sweet, intelligent and knows her ophthalmic stuff. Im a Physicians Assistant for an Ophthalmologist in Atlanta now, and I wish she was with my practice.

Not worth it. If I could give 1 stat I would. Walked in and sat down, tursn out there was gum in the chair that no one had noticed, until I sat in it. (So, cant be bothered to keep there office clean.) Then asked me, if I wanted contacts today, and when I told them I wasnt planning to leave with them, even though I had booked a contacts appointment so I could have done and out of the way, and my insurance woild cover it, they gave me a normal exam and when I asked as I left, they told me I would have to come back, get a whole new exam and pay 60 dollars and my insurance wouldnt cover it.So, in Summary, gross office, dont give what you asked for and try to scam you so that you have to come back and pay more money to them later.Dont bother, even Walmart is better than this.

We were on our way to Pensacola Beach when my husbands glasses broke. Called ahead to Lencrafters to see if they could help. They set aside a pair of frames that were similar to the ones he had. When we got there they first thought they might not be able to put his lens in that day, but the next thing we know he has glasses fixed and we were on our way. Thanks for saving vacation.

Love, love, LOVED Lenscrafters! The staff is super friendly as well as informational. The Doctor really knew all her stuff perfectly and was super sweet and funny. The technology was like no other that Ive seen at any optometrist. Not only did I receive my glasses the same day of my appointment, but I learned so much more about my eyes specifically. I even got fitted for contacts, which helped a lot because they found a way for me to be glasses-less without my allergies or dry eyes interfering. It was perfect. Not to mention everyone working was willing to help and answer any questions I could think of. I found the perfect pair of glasses for myself thanks to this wonderful team of professionals. I went to the Lenscrafters in Foley at Tanger outlet. They no longer have a Dr on staff. So, I called the Pensacola Lenscrafters to see if they were accepting appointments today. She said they accept walking 10-12 and 2-4. I arrived at 11:20 after driving an hour and 15 minutes to be told I would need to come back at 2. I said no...i was told you accept walking until noon..i just drove over an hour here. She said she would see what she could do and rolled her eyes. Lack of proper information shared and lack of respectful service. Never again.

I have to retract my previous review. Even though I was upset I would not likely be seen at a second Lenscrafters in same day, they made sure I got in. Kudos for making adjustments for me.

For a first time glasses wearer I didnt know what to expect from the whole experience. I recently got some good Vision Insurance and decided to take care of my eyes for once! Several friends and online reviews led me to try out Lenscrafters. At first it seemed a bad idea since they were an out-of-network business for my insurance, but one quick call confirmed they accepted my insurance (VSP) and I set my eye exam.The on site staff for the eye exam were extremely hospitable and friendly, answer all my questions about what does this do? and What does that mean? They got me in and out very quickly and explained what my tests revealed. The doctor and I discussed my needs based on my job and lifestyle, and picked the type of lenses best for it.The staff that helped me with picking the frames and options were phenomenal as well, as far as outlining what savings I received from my insurance and their own discounts, and explaining the lens making process. Since I selected the newer anti-reflective lenses, I would have to wait for them to be made off-site. They took down my preference of contact and gave me a bunch of literature for caring for my new glasses and my eyes.The following Thursday I called Lenscrafters to inquire about my glasses, they told me that they should be arriving the next day, I asked what time, and they told their UPS deliveries usually arrived around 7pm, and asked me if that was ok. I told them that I was leaving for a road trip early the next morning. The man I was speaking with that hed personally make sure they were ready before they closed Friday. And sure enough they were, the man I was speaking with actually ran them to the lab for the final cutting and fitting, just to make sure Id have them as promised. This overall experience has made me a Lenscrafters customer for life, and I suggest you do the same as well!
