Love this place and love Midian! I waited a couple weeks after my facial from Midian to make sure it made my skin look as good days/weeks later as it did immediately after, and I can confirm it does! I have really sensitive skin and made Midian aware of that from the start. She recommended services for me based on my specific skin type and recurring skin issues. I will be going back!

This place is top notch! Everyone is always so friendly and inviting and the atmosphere is relaxing. Midian is my go to girl, who always makes look amazing (from facials, to nails, brows, lash extensions, and even tooth gems!). My first service with Jo Rich were lash extensions. I was somewhat hesitant due to having dry eye syndrome and sensitivity. Jo encouraged me to stop by and she would apply a few lashes with a lash adhesive for sensitive eyes. If I had a reaction I could easily remove them. I did great and started having lash extensions the beginning of this year. I go every two weeks…I’ve become a bit obsessed with them. I’ve had lip blushing as well as purchasing facial products. Jo is constantly learning new techniques in esthetics to provide clients top notch services. Needless to say she is a professional in every aspect, not to mention her fabulous staff! I’m always welcomed not just as a client but as a friend with a hug included.

I have scene so many esticicians and many or good but good is not great. Yvonne tool her time with my skin and after 4 sessions I can see a beautiful result. Made a last minute appointment and I got right in... this salon is beautiful!!! I sat down got comfy for an eyebrow wax and tint. I was expecting to be there for at least an hour and brace myself for pain as the wax rips off three layers of skin- this is what I’ve grown accustomed to over the past 10 years of waxing my brows.Jo waxed my brows and it didn’t even hurt and then she said “you’re all done!” I was like wait are you going to tint? She had already done it! She works QUICK. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No red swollen eyebrows... and the tint color is perfect! She knew exactly what would look good on me.. I didn’t have to answer a hundred questions about what I want yada yada (I would have just said do whatever, anyways)This is the first time EVER that I could go run errands after waxing and tinting... instead of going home to heal for the day. I definitely found my new eyebrow girl! Thank you Jo! Can’t wait to come back and try the lash lift and tint! 😉

I usually don’t put reviews but I felt this one would perhaps help the business if they read it :) I went to get a quick lash lift (which was quite nice actually) but unfortunately I was late because I put 10:30 instead of 10 in my calendar . Of course this was my mistake and I apologized many times and I felt quite guilty. the ladies who were working made the environment unwelcoming because of it :( it was a very quiet and awkward situation. the staff also would bring it up in front of me in a way to make me feel bad I guess, not sure ? Although My visit wasn’t very friendly, my sole reason for putting my review is to suggest they have their receptionist make calls to the people who have appointments to next day ! As a fellow receptionist I know it messes up the schedule and can be quite frustrating, but it usually works out :) I feel if they had called me to confirm the day before I wouldn’t have gotten make happier staff members. This was awhile ago so hopefully they do this now .

I wish I had the right words to describe my experience with Jo, but I’ll try! She did my makeup for my wedding in October and I have never felt more beautiful and confident. She took her time studying me, my facial features and my flaws to ensure my make up was perfect for my special day. She was at the venue set up with coffee in hand before we even got there.
