I Freaking love this place! If you havent been here you are missing out! The eagerness to help you find a quality product in your price range is UNMATCHABLE! AND THEY HITE FELONS !

When I asked for help locating a product that was listed as available in store, the associate just stared at me and shrugged and said if I don’t see it, they don’t have it. She didn’t offer to help or find someone to help me, she just stared at me and laughed. Sephora employees are so much more helpful, I drove across the street and was in and out in one minute. Save your time and go to Sephora.

Angela did a wonderful job on my hair tonight! She listened to everything I was wanting and nailed it. I would definitely recommend her. She will be my go to girl from now on! Also every staff member I came in contact with, including management, was incredibly sweet. You could tell they all enjoyed being at work and worked as a team. It was such a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely loved it here so I will be going back for not only my hair but all my beauty products.

Lois and Crystaline are very friendly and helpful. I like them. The store now has BT21 stuff and Clinique perfume testers which really is amazing. I could try those testers to see which scents I like. Those testers werent there last time I visited.

I think I will eventually stop coming here.Very rarely greeted by any sales associate and am NEVER helped. I often have to ask whichever associate has been tasked with following me around the store but never speaking or offering assistance, for help...which they never do. But theyre always eagerly helping others in the store hmmm 🤔I feel like the biggest clown for continuing to go after the first few times I was treated this way.

Cant slap makeup on a pig and make it pretty. Either youre beautiful or you arent and beauty isnt just about appearance though it factors in.

Nicolas is a Master of hair coloring and style!I couldnt be more pleased with his services and what a great personality! Im afraid that I wont be able to get an appointment with him again in the future if people find out how good he is! Amazing that he did better than my old hair stylist and color lady that moved away, and I was going to her for over 15 years!

Usually I experience great services at Ulta but today they dropped the ball. I made an appointment, went in, and went to the spa area. I wasn’t greeted other than a wave saying ‘he would be right with me’ then I waited for 20 minutes being stared at by customers and employees alike because I wasn’t even offered a place to sit. My stylist never returned, and I just walked out. Walked out the front door where a manager was standing, but she didn’t bother to wave or even look my way. All in all I felt extremely unwelcome and I came there to feel BETTER about myself. I’ll try again, but guys, come on, do better please. You are a premium retailer, not a discount store.

As someone who has never really worn makeup and is constantly trying to figure it out, I save a lot of money because of Ulta. Yes, the products are expensive. But if they dont hold up to their promises, I can get my money back. I dont mind spending $20-$50 per cosmetic if it works as I want it to. So thank God for Ultas return policy so I can spend that chunk of money where it counts 🙏🏼

Ultra has horrible service they never have anything in stock and it’s overpriced I can find the exact same thing in Walmart for way cheaper I have found open products that look liked they were used and I communicated with the manager and they had an attitude with me they have lied to me more than once i’ve asked about A product that was out of stock and they told me that the truck was coming next week on Friday I waited for next week they said the truck wasn’t coming till next week on Saturday then they told me they no longer sold this product if I could give this a rating I will give it a 0/10

The hair stylist I go to there is amazing and listens to what I want and is honest with me. Ive been seeing her for years now, she does wonderful work.

Went here with my wife. Lots of selection, stock was a little low. Plenty of staff that were all knowledgeable and eager to help.I dont want to sound shallow here but i feel that at a store focused on beauty products, your staff should look the part- they knocked that out of the park! Everyone was well dressed and looked very put together which instills more confidence to the customer that everyone youre working with knows what theyre doing.

Super friendly knowledgeable and helpful...I got exactly what I needed very quickly.

I went in looking for some inexpensive powder and to redeem my bday gift. Once I informed the associate that I really wasnt interested in an expensive brand named powder but would like some help in finding an equivalent in the Ulta brand, the associate wasnt able to help much as she wasnt familiar with the product. I think employees should be familiar with their products and at least seek the answers to simple questions like does this option come with its own sponge rather than just say i dont know and that being the end. When I paid for my products and inquired about the bday gift and provided my coupon, I was simply told they were out. No suggestions about when I should come back were made until I asked if theyd be getting more/what the truck schedule is. Again, i know were all overworked right now, but when a store isnt crowded, I really suggest all establishments continue to focus on customer service and going the extra mile.

Offered numerous employees 50$ to apply makeup to my eyes if I purchased it, and they all refused, apparently the company will not allow them to help customers with makeup due to Covid even if they want to, and the customer is offering them a 50$ tip for a five minute job

Worst customer service!The girls that work here are extremely rude and very ugly attitudes at the checkout. When presented with a small issue, you would think you were on a Hollywood set- que the dramatics, I’ll never visit this location again. PACE will always get my business. Management needs to remind their employees that when in a retail position they need to treat their customers with kindness instead of being rude and having an attitude as well as being overly dramatic and unable to handle pickup and online orders. Laughable service and experience.

I went today to get assistance with my teenage daughter’s look for her competition. I stopped at the Lancôme counter and met a young woman by the name of Jazz. Jazz was amazing and very knowledgeable, she knew exactly how my daughter wanted to look. I was super impressed with Jazz’s professionalism and customer service. My daughter left feeling super confident and happy! Thank you for the great service!

I DO NOT recommend ordering online. Ordered $100 worth of stuff, was supposed to be delivered on a friday, got delayed until Saturday, sunday rolled around and still.no package. Called customer service to see what the problem was, someone who could barely speak English said he couldnt look up anything and could not fix anything, I ask to speak to someone else and he kept putting me on hold. After 25 minutes of being on hold he tells me hes working from home and cannot get anyone else for me to speak to. Terrible service.

So Nicholas (a newer stylist) messed my cut up originally on Tuesday, I returned on Wednesday and showed Mrs. Cassandra, she asked me to come back on Friday so she could teach/explain to Nicholas and I agreed and she also refunded my cut to a gift card (since my sister originally bought my cut) so in 6 months or so I can get a new one! I went in yesterday for the teaching and cut correction and I am totally in love with my hair again! Nicholas will more than likely be able to achieve the cut next time when I return. I want to thank Mrs. Cassandra so much she is absolutely amazing! She deserves 7 stars!

I was little anxious about coloring hair for the first time but Blake explained it so well and assured me that she will help me out in every way right from choice of color to trimming the hair and post coloring how to take care of hair she is very well versed with everything she does. It was an excellent customer service provided by her! Highly recommended !

Had a cut and color over several visits with Nick...OMG...love my hair again! He took his time fixing my box color mess, is super fun and a nice guy. I highly recommend him! While Im only in the area for work for another 3 months I will be back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pallet I specifically went for said it was in stock online but when I got to the store the shelf was empty. One of the employees went and restocked when I asked about the pallet. It was a newer pallet at the time and was sold out at most other locations.

I used to really like this location, and I come in at least 3-4 times a month. The last 15 times, I havent been greeted, and at first I thought it was just busy, but everyone after me was treated like they existed. We really do live in a society lol. Thats too bad.

Went and got a haircut today with Alyssa. She was very friendly and extraordinarily attentive to my hair! I have thick coarse hair that takes a while to blow dry but she was patient and did a great job! My cut turned out just as I wanted it to, a V shape but keeping a lot of my length. She was very careful and precise with my hair and I felt I could trust her expertise. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with Alyssa!

Ulta is the best place ever. I love shopping here. Lots of employees if you do need something. I personally like being left to shop but Its also annoying to not find help if needed so I like that they have people through the store for assistance. I love that I can sample things because I have a hard time finding shades light enough sometimes.

**edited post** I didn’t have the best experience my first time trying out the Salon at the Pensacola, FL Ulta. I was over charged without being informed that some of the services being provided to me were additional costs. As well as she didn’t do what I asked for. I asked for a Shadow Root and received heavy highlights. I never had an issue with the cost because I feel like if you cannot afford it, then don’t get it done. But I felt as though I was baited and switched as far as the out come, and if I were informed of the additional costs for some of the services upfront, I could have approved or denied it. Well $200+ later I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I did reach out to the corporate office and then received a call back from the salon assistant manger and a few days later the head manager/trainer. They were both very understanding, and both understood my frustrations with the situation at hand. They both were incredibly kind, and took the time to listen to me and my concerns. They did offer me a partial refund and they offered to have the assistant manager re-do my hair the way I wanted it, at no charge. I did accept this offer and it looks phenomenal. I am very thankful for the time they took to reach back out to me and change the impression I had of the salon.

It had been a very long time since I had gotten to pamper myself. About 2.5yrs since I had last had my hair colored or cut so I booked an appointment with the Ulta Salon to have a rose gold balayage added to the already brown/blonde balayage left on my hair. I left with my head literally bright purple and pink. Not to mention I was there for 6 hours!!! From opening to close for that particular day! 🙃 It was cute but NOTHING that I asked for and Im still dealing with the fallout. I cannot get all the purple out and what I could has now turned a weird green. I will continue to shop here for my makeup and supplies but I will never get my hair done here again. Its ruined.

I love shopping at Ulta when I visit Pensacola. I was looking for specific beauty products and found them, plus several new items to try. Help was offered but, thankfully, no one hovered over me while I browsed.

Nick did an AMAZING job with my hair. I’ve always had a hard time getting what I asked for at other salons, but this time Nick hit the nail on the head. I have quite a lot of hair, and I asked him to trim off my split ends and damage, for layers, and to keep as much length as possible. My hair was unmanageable, I could hardly brush it without it just tangling more. My long layers are perfect, my hair feels bouncy, and I don’t even need to style it now. The entire staff was so friendly and talked to me. This was my first experience at an Ulta salon and I will be back!

The females in the family seem to like this place. They say it has a good selection and generally good customer service. The prices are sky high, though. Id like it better if there were more places for us guys to sit down and hide, though.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! We were not greeted when we walked in. When I asked for help, the response was, uhhmmm, let me see Then we waited 15 minutes while we looked aroun . No one ever came to help. The store was not busy & it was filthy!I will be taking my chances and ordering online from somewhere else from now on.

I was having a bad day. Sat in traffic for two hours trying to get to my appointment. Needless to say I was 45 minutes late for my appointment. When I arrived they took me right in with no problems even though I knew they were completely booked. Brandy took the time to talk to me about what I wanted to do with my hair and showed me different color shading which would hide the gray that was becoming difficult to hide. Everyone was friendly and helped me to relax after the dreadful drive in. The color and cut is perfect. I feel like a new person and younger. Brandy was amazing and she has a client for life. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If someone cant answer my question the employee will find someone who can. Line may sometimes be long but thats typical. Target is the same way. I am always greeted when I walk into the door. Salon is fabulous everyone always has a smile on their face. I love that I earn points which turn to cash on my ulta reward card.

Get all my cosmetic needs met and more. Sales and free gifts with purchase keeps me coming back. I go in for 1 item and leave with a bag full. Best service and so helpful.

Walked around for 45 minutes. 5+ sales people at the front chatting, others at stations throughout the store- chatting. Not one person asked of I needed help finding anything. I know Im older, but I could have used the help. I was looking for a new line and new look... hoping for a make-over. I finally asked someone which color lipstick they suggested, to get the ball rolling. She showed me three colors and walked off.Needless to say, I left very disappoint.

Great saloon but weird glitches. I had an appointment ahead of the official opening time so no one would come to the door. I left and soon received a call to remind me of the appointment. By that time I was almost back at my office. Obviously someone should have answered the door. The hold music is so terrible and way too loud even on the good speakers of an iPhone X. But its a good experience to be able to buy products and services in the same location.

Every time Ive gone in they have been super helpful. Usually, I dont have questions, but when I do, theyre right there to help out and suggest new and cool things. Plus, they always have amazing ideas of their own to solve questions Ive had. Each worker is so unique even in their recommendations that Ive never left disappointed. Unless of course it was in myself.... For spending too much. Haha.

Ok, Im a mom of 3. I went in for one simple thing. I havent pampered myself in years. I payed 200$ for it.I asked for a two tone color. Platinum blonde on top, and brown on bottom. I asked a simple cut. I came in with a picture of the colors and cut. Exactly what I wanted. I left unhappy. I left sore. I left with nothing I wanted. I ended up with ashy brown ontop and dark brown on the bottom.I was there for 6 hoursSIX HOURS!!!I left with a whole different look. I didnt get the hair cut I wanted. Or the color I wanted and was told that Im a tough case because of the color I had on my head previously.I felt like she did what she wanted. She rinsed my hair in the sink and after rinsing she applied more bleach and toner. My roots ended up almost white. The rest did not. Im just so upset. Ive had my husband dye my hair at home with box bleach and ended up with the colors I wanted in 45 minutes, today I was there six hours with no happy ending.I just wanted something simple.Id love to come back. But they need to make it right.

My wife went in today its been 3 years since ive been able to do this for her. Shes an amazing mom of three who never asks for anything and i love her dearly.She went in to get a very simple and specific cut and two tone color. She came in with pictures to show samantha exactly what she wanted.After 6 hours 6!!! She came out without anything she asked for and is too nice to say anything shes in tears and hates what was done. The cut is wrong the bangs are wrong she gave her instead of a two tone hair color an ombre with wierd u highlights that dont blend or match anything she asked for. She was told she was a hard customer and even when she explained that she didnt like any of it samantha didnt even offer to fix it at another appointment she took 4 hours to barely lighten the top and add brown to already reddish brown and add highlight she didnt want the 2 hours to finish cutting and the rest of the process i wanted to give my wife a gift for being so spectacular instead samantha gave her a nightmare she had medium length hair of one color this was something that shouldve taken 2-3 hours please make this right for her or give us our 180 dollars so we can go somewhere who respects customers and the money we pay for the service this is insane.She deserved a much better experience for 200 dollars and six hours of her time

You lost my business today due to making me feel like I was a nusience when I asked the employee for help in purchasing two products. Which were not cheap. I will now give my business elsewhere. Get employees who care about good customer service & clean up their attitudes.

The workers werent much help, luckily I ran into an old co worker who now works here and she helped me find everything I needed. Really wish they had a mac counter and well.

This was my first time in a store like this. If its a beauty product and you cant find it here, it doesnt exist. Im a minimal makeup user so it was kind of overwhelming for me. Its a very nice store.

Is not bad. I mean, yea, people in there are kinda uppity, but they do have regular drug store make up at fair prices. Some on clearance. But a lot of their hair stuff is just overpriced fluff. If Im going to pay $32 for shampoo, it damn well better deliver hair that makes people want to film me running in slow motion.

If youre looking for hair, nail, or skin products, you cant go wrong. Excellent inventory from top brands. They have an esthetician, brow bar, and of course, a terrific salon! This isnt just for women either. They do carry mens products and the salon and esthetician also provide services for men. Kids too! I highly suggest you check them out!

Usually I order online because the line is always sooooo long to checkout and they only have one or two associates working the register. I had a great experience on my last visit for a blow dryer thanks to KiKi ! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they had. She goes above and beyond in the customer service department :-)

Ooooh I love my Ulta! I am in my 50s and the Sephora folks tend to ignore me and give all their attention to their younger clientele. At Ulta, I get plenty of advice when I need it, and they leave me alone when Im just in the mood to browse.The rewards programs is pretty generous. There are so many high-end brands and they have them where you can sample if youd like. Love, love, love that Urban Decay!The typical drugstore brands are here as well - and they have GREAT sales on them. The Jumbo Sales are the best and you can save plenty waiting for them.I cant speak to the salon services. But the Brow Bar service is perfect, every time.

Would not take my chip and NO SLIDE OPTION!??? CRAZY! I love ulta, but that made me so angry. I had to leave my products there. So sad. I hope corporate fixes the problem soon! Its not preventing theft, its preventing sales.

I hate writing a negative review but I cant get past this. Went in for my birthday and showed my card to receive my gift when I was told I needed an email to pick up my gift and could not use my card--- the girl realized that my email address was entered in the system without an @ symbol-- therefore no email was ever gotten. She kind of shrugged and said you can call if you want, but I cant give you the gift (super annoying that I had come back at a later time after the email had been properly sent in order to get my birthday gift but whatever)Go back in and LOVED getting my hair done, my stylist did an excellent job with the cut and color but unfortunately did not cape me properly, and bleached the dress I was wearing. What makes it worse is the stylist knew it had happened, because she had me sit forward and wiped the chair down after she was done with the lightener. When I asked if it had gotten on my clothing she said no. Really the bleach is not in a HUGE area, but I called the salon as soon as I noticed. I have never had to deal with my clothing getting stained by professionals, so after I get passed around on the phone to 3 different women-- the salon assistant manager asks me what she can help me with. I tell her I came in less than a week ago and noticed my dress was bleached during the processing of my hair color. She pauses and says Ok.....so.....? What do you want....? I said I had never had my clothing stained/bleached and was not aware of their policy. She then responded that I should bring in my receipt from my dress and the dress itself so they can photograph it and send it to their corporate office to DECIDE if they will do anything about it.First of all--- who keeps receipts for clothes they OWN? Second, I am tired of making extra trips to Ulta to correct their mistakes. Third, Ulta gets to DECIDE if they are going to compensate me when one of their employees does not cape properly and clothing gets stained?Zero empathy from the assistant manager, I did not hang up the phone with a warm fuzzy feeling that this woman actually cared that my clothing was stained. I can say that I will return-- to have my dress evaluated by the stain police, but I likely will not return for any other services-- unless of course they send me an official email about a gift, in which case I will call to ensure its valid.

Their inventory is good, but definitely understaffed! It was like figure it out yourself and the one who did try to help kept having to do several other things and was rushing through... so, not the best....STAFF UP! ;)

Every time I go here Im made to feel like a pest by the majority of employees. Theres just an overall bad attitude and generally the store isnt very clean. I understand that places get busy, but every single time I notice grime or stuff on a shelf here and there. It doesnt leave a good impression to the customer. Then, if I move past that and go to check out what I want, theres no friendly greeting or any degree of genuine customer service. I honestly dont understand. Its so much easier to smile and be kind to someone than to rush them through and care less that they came and gave your store business at all. This is why I go to Sephora. The employees there are energetic, kind, and happy to be working and helpful.

I visited the Benifites Brow Bar last night and I was highly impressed. Nikki G did a fanatic job and she was cute to boot. I did plan on buying new the Brow Shaping kit she suggested but I didnt notice is was $30 until check out. Which really isnt a lot of money, I just wasnt prepared to spend that much last night. I am for sure going back to not only buy that product and more, but to see Nikki in the future. *eye brows are important you cant trust them with just anyone*
