Wonderful place for fellow tabletop enthusiasts! Half of the shop is a store front for all of your usual tabletop gaming needs such as rulebooks, board games, dice, gaming sets, miniatures, and painting supplies for said miniatures. The other half is filled with more than a dozen quality tables you can use at your leisure as well as shelves filled with items you can use for Warhammer/Legion/etc games. Not to mention the side of the shop has several vending machines in case you get thirsty/hungry.

Alright, so this place wasnt what we initially thought it was, but it was still amazing! Originally when we saw gaming we figured video gaming, not table top, but we werent disappointed! Pretty much anything you can think of for table top gaming (Warhammer, Magic, etc) is in this store. It is probably one of the best stores I have ever been in for this type of merchandise and it was especially nice to see there was no price gouging. I ended up buying some dragon shield sleeves to sleeve up my pokemon collection. The employee/possibly owner was super friendly and welcoming! We are from out of town and he filled us in on some of the best places to visit in Pensacola and recommended a great restaurant for us! We really appreciated the welcoming vibe we got from him. A great store and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Pensacola!

This is a real gaming store. If anyone remembers the old store formerly in Milton called The Adventurers Guild, then this place will be a breath of fresh air. Plenty of tables for games such as Warhammer and Magic: the Gathering as well, with some D&D tossed in. Seems to be family owned and ran. Theres always some kind of gaming happening, its a fun place. Very much recommended.

This place is the best game store in town! Hands down. In fact, this is the best game store that Pensacola has ever had. The owners are awesome! The clientele is fantastic. You can get, or play, just about any game you can think of. They have so many game tables it is unreal. Warhammer, age of Sigmar, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic the Gathering, Star Wars, Pathfinder, Etc! Do yourself a favor, bypass any other game store in the area and go directly here. You will not regret it.

I was very impressed by this store. They had a large selection of miniatures and at least a dozen tables to play at. They mentioned that they do weekly dungeons and dragons. The whole back wall of the store had so many buildings and terrains that you could play nearly any scenario you wanted.

Best gaming experience bar none. Huge selection of ALL table top games even boardgames, eating and snack section. All around awesome place to be.

First let me say the store was immaculate. Clean spacious very well stocked. Owner was super friendly. Snacks are available tables everywhere great for gaming. Bathrooms have baby changing area very important for me. Lockers available for rent so you dont have to drag all your nerd stuff around.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it for me it doesnt hurt that it is a veteran run business. They also have big events involving Warhammer 40k, Team Yankee and Flames of War. Decent selection of stuff especially considering the times. Great spot.

Easily the best Tabletop Gaming store in town. Been going here weekly for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Playing only D&D, it was nice to see a store with so much stock of a variety of minis, but also the willingness to order anything that they didnt currently have in stock. They rock!

Wow, this is the shop I dreamed of as a kid. An amazing selection of Warhammer, DnD, and historical tabletop. Everything you need to paint and sculpt miniatures. Lots of big tables. Huge selection of terrain. Its a family owned and ran place(I believe) and they are incredibly friendly/welcoming. Oh, and they have a dedicated DnD room with a big table that has a monitor built into it. My favorite part of the store though is their pre-owned? (Maybe consignment, idk) section. Ive loved coming in here since the first day I found the place. The owners are super friendly and accommodating to just about anything you need. Never had any issues or any bad experiences. They truly do treat every one like family not just a customer.

We didnt spend much time inside. Just browsing but the person tending the counter still paid attention to us and treated us like we were regulars. Would recommend for any tabletop and I mean ANY table top needs.

Absolutely the best place for games and supplies in pensacola. All the owners are super friendly and helpful. If they dont have it the will order it for you if they can. Lots of tables always clean and even the loyal lug patrons friendly and love new people to come play and have fun learning. Its a great community to join even if you are new to hobbies, but will always help you learn.

I’ve been going there since the opening day, and Its truly a hidden gem. If I could rate this place more, I would.TLDR : great place, drop what your doing and go.

Shop is great, owner is super nice. However, on a recent visit, there was a great deal of political talk with ideas that do not reflect my values. The staff there at the time was talking with a group of patrons (owner was not present at the time). One patron and the staff member talked about they should burn it all down and anarchy.

Lots of room for gaming and good selection.

My friend and I were told by our current DM this was a great place to go because we were in need of a miniature. We got glared at by a group eating at a table while looking. No one asked us if we needed any help. Once we found what we were looking for we waited for someone to come up so we could check out. When someone finally did I had not noticed a bell on the counter to ring. I have massive social anxiety. I heard someone from that group eating “Not like there’s a bell with a sign that says ring for service.” It was incredibly rude. If you’re trying to run a business certainly don’t know how to make people feel welcome....I may have my own hang ups having social anxiety, but treating people that way is horrid.

Love this store. Im getting my character for dnd made and the price for it at the store is not expensive. You have to make it on hero forge first and then get the file and send it to the store and they will print it up for you

Wow! Just wow! This is by far the coolest place for games in Pensacola. Not an opinion. Thats a fact! With more than 30 tables to play on and terrain that is out of this world I cannot believe I didnt know about it sooner. I was received with enthusiasm and kindness. As a female, most often than not, I am ignored in Game stores.Now lets talk prices. Again, supreme and superior. You wont be disappointed. I paid a fraction for the same pairs Ive purchased elsewhere.Seriously the best place Ive been in Pensacola for games. If you want to make friends that like what you like, this is the place.

Great place in Pensacola to buy games and accessories. We spent time looking at the Warhammer items they have. Theres also tables for gaming with others as well as many tabletop games, figures, books, paints, and other accessories and tools available for purchase.

Difficult to find with no sign outside, and the name not on the building. Upon entering realized why they want to lay low. This business couldnt care any less about COVID. The few patrons bothering to wear a mask were far out numbered about 7 to 1 by those that didnt, including a woman who appeared to be staff behind the counter.This Saturday morning the premises is at near capacity with wargamers in every corner. Not coming back, recommending all my friends stay away.Update Edit: In their own response the owner of the business admits to having no interest in following the Pensacola city wide mask ordinance that is in place until the end of February, notwithstanding another extension.Suggest any gamers with an ounce of concern for their health or the health for others shop elsewhere.

Level Up Gaming, is a phenomenal store, they have a huge selection of GW product, Flames of War, Star Wars Legion, X-Wing and Armada, as well as an outstanding array of other table top and board games. They have the largest selection of paints I have ever seen and their gaming area is second to none. This establishment was built for gamers to game by folks that game, so game on!

This is the most professional, well stocked, clean and well organized game store I have ever been in. They also provide gaming space with tables and chairs, and lots of really nice terrain peaces.

Showed up with little to no expectations since the Epidemic has things down. Arrived after a short drive from the mall and although the front looks like little space is afforded, there was ample space around back! This store is mainly a Warhammer and 40K play area, however they have a growing Commander community. The prices on Magic The Gathering is little above profit so you do get value prices. The lack of MTG product (Boxes and Packs only) doesnt take away from the awesome playspace that is dedicated in the 7300sqft location. Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a go if youre interested in a sit down and play!!

Every time that Ive entered Level Up Gaming, Ive been greeted with warm hellos and genuinely kind customer service. The family that runs this place is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have a huge selection of tabletop games and pieces, board games and a couple dozen tables that you can play whatever you like on. They are one of the few brick and mortar stores in the city that I will intentionally try to buy whatever I can from them, instead of ordering it online or from another store.

I had requested a held DND book for a special edition cover and had recieved a notification this last Saturday that it was ready for pickup still. I came in 5 days later on Friday December 4th and they had sold it without any sort of notification.During a pandemic, with it being hard for people to even leave their homes I would have expected better customer service. Also nobody wears masks in this store, so it doesn’t seem like covid 19 is a concern of theirs anyways.Better luck at tbs.UPDATE:After informing the owner that I wasn’t super happy with the situation she proceeded to shame me by saying “she usually doesn’t have to remind her customers to come in to obtain their HELD items” even though by her count of 3 weeks after contact she still should have held the item till next Thursday... defensiveness is never a lovely customer service trait.

Best place in Pensacola for Tabletop wargames. Most of the big games are all represented with the individual factions, special order requests, fair staff, and plenty of tables with terrain. Area is close to downtown and near one of the better MTG and comic book stores as well.

Great selection and prices. Lots of space to play. They even stock a great selection of blood bowl items. My local Warhammer store cant match the selection of GW stock that these guys have on hand.

It just pure tabletop games. Friendly environment and good prices without a membership. They host tournaments all the time and theres plenty of space and tables for everyone.

Always friendly staff. Good selection of boardgames and table top miniature games. Theres also a good selection of paint and tools needed for building miniatures. Large 4x6 tables seem too big for some games, but theres never a complaint about having too little room for games with lots of pieces and individual boards or layouts.

By far the best game shop around. I have yet to ever visit a game shop that is more well planned and more inviting than level up gaming! I love these guys they love to help! They love to share knowledge or get you to some one that can. They dont look too take a dinner out of your pocket or make a quick sale. Everytime I go in they are inviting and helpful. They are sweet people and not a better shop can be found in NW Florida. I dont know them on a personal basis. But they are always great to strike up a conversation with.GO SEE THEM!I initially stumbled upon this store going to the Pensacola state fair. I swung in and was impressed. I then came out for an xwing tournament and fell in love. Now granted I was the most active in game shops until about a year ago. But I have since been going to any and every game shop I can!Thank you to all of you for the amazing shop and experience for all people of every age and every game style.

Level up gaming is a great place to go If you are looking for D&D figures or even a place to have D&D sessions. They have multiple (hand made) large tables available and even private rooms for private sessions. The owners are fantastic and If you are looking for something specific they are good people to ask. They have plenty other things available however I mostly gravitate towards the D&D things myself xD . I will post pics after my next visit. :)
