It must be exceptional for me to write a testimonial and found the Merritt Glass Company of Pensacola Florida most worthy. I required a qualified team to remove a large seal compromised glass window and replace it with a new pane. As it turned out I could not have chosen better. From Matt’s organization of the install scheduling etc. etc. and Chad, team leader of the install team, everything worked perfectly. The price was very fair, scheduled to good weather for obvious reasons and on time arrival. They were actually a little early which suited me too. Four burly men, large glass is very heavy, were the team. Each politely introduced himself and were courteous throughout the installation.I watched all stages from Merritt’s arrival to departure, not to make sure they did the job properly but because it was very interesting to watch 4 professionals go about the part each of them was to play in a successful installation. A lot can go wrong up on scaffolding with a heavy breakable object, so each had to know exactly what they had to do. The final cleaning of the new pane was worked to perfection. I now have an envious wife who understands how glass can be cleaned to the point that it looks like there is no glass there! The other cleanup complete and a courteous departure left us highly satisfied with this company. I would recommend with confidence the Merritt Glass Company. Im making a military shadow box for my son who is retiring from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of honorable and faithful service. I took the door of the shadow box to Merritt Glass Co. and they were all too eager to do the work. Installation was 29 3/4 x 19 3/4 of 1/8 clear glass and it was very professionally done. I couldnt be happier. They are now my go-to glass company.

Over priced. Better off going to glass place off of avalon in Milton fl.

First piece of custom 1/2 inch glass was returned for defect. Replacement was done quickly. Interaction with staff was less than satisfactory.

We recently had an octagonal shaped window replaced. The item was 15 feet above the floor. The two techs, Chad and Eric came out, evaluated the situation and started setting up scaffolding. Both worked 12 feet off the ground the entire time. Chad, the lead tech so no problems, just unique challenges. He met them head on and solved all. They worked diligently and expertly. When they left the work site was cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend the company for all glass needs.

After receiving quote, I authorized deposit and was told glass was ordered. I sent installer text to confirm this. 2 weeks later, I learned nothing has been ordered as everything needed to be approved by the installer first, which I thought had been done. I told the company that I had an approaching deadline. No response from anyone. Everything Has to be approved apparently by one person and he does not respond ever. I’m using Pensacola Glass for all future glass installations. They have a good customer service and good prices. Merritt glass Co has no respect for their customers’ needs And makes no effort to service this area in a professional way. Don’t waste your time.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I called to inquire about a small piece of replacement glass and was told by Chris that it would be over a 4 month wait. It isnt really the excessively long wait time so much as the way he spoke to me, like I was a burden to him. I promptly called another company and even though they do not offer replacement glass services, they spoke to me like I mattered, gave me the name of a company that specialized in replacement glass and even offered to look up the phone number for me!! I will NEVER use Merritt Glass or recommend them to anyone unless they get some customer service training for their staff.

Helpful and we were able to get just what we wanted for our sidelights. Our order came in much quicker than expected. Very happy with price point.

They came next door to replace a glass door. One of the employees decided to go looking in my mailbox. 1. I’m not door, not the place they were doing the work and 2. Since when did glass companies start looking into mailboxes?

Top Notch Glass Company with professional installers and awesome customer service. I want to thank the Merritt Glass staff for the recent purchase and installation of the glass sidelight panels on the new house. If you are in need of glass for windows, showers, tables, etc. but they do not do auto glass this is the place to come. Just ask for Lorie and she will get you squared away. Best Glass Company in town.

I needed a custom piece of glass cut so that I could repair a broken window pane. I told them that I needed it the same day, if possible. They had it done in under an hour, maybe even less than thirty minutes. I highly recommend going to Merritt Glass Company for your glass needs because big chain hardware stores seem to have less than desirable customer service and timeliness. Also, comparing the price of the glass I needed it was comparable to a certain chain hardware store that remains nameless. ;) Thank you Merritt Glass Company!

I had the best experience with Merritt Glass!!!! Eric arrived for our appointment on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided me a detailed quote via email with images of what I should expect for my project. He explained that it would take approximately 4 weeks for my project to arrive and be installed yet it took only 3. The installers Matt and Brian arrived on time, and were very professional. They did a fantastic job installing my glass shower doors and spent time going over them with me. Over all the entire team went above and my expectations and I look forward to be a customer again.

Wonderful people and service. Ive had two custom pieces of glass cut in the last 3 months. Each person I have spoken with has been great, helpful, and very nice. I do wish that the glass wasnt covered in fingerprints when I pick it up but thats nothing Windex wont solve. Thanks for the great work, Merritt Glass!

Had our sliding door shattered by a guest from our hotel. Called around and they were able to come out here that day to look at it and was even able to come fix later on.
