Shopped around quite a bit before coming into buggyworx. Ultimately ended up going with them. For several reasons. They made us feel comfortable during the purchase, they handled all the title paperwork for our street legal cart, and the most important is the service after the sale. I wanted to hook up some speakers at home and feel comfortable enough to do so. So I headed up to buggyworx and spoke with the technician. He was more than helpful in showing me the way they hook them up. Also gave me a tip that I did not think about when connecting the 12v wire. Happy customer and happy family!

I bought a golf cart here in 2011 for my wife, Buggyworx refurbished it so it looked like brand new. Over the years we have modified the golf cart and made it legal to drive in Gulf Breeze. Dale and the crew here are super friendly and very good at what they do. In nearly 10 years we have had nothing but great service from Buggyworx!

Buggyworx is THE place to go for golf cart sales and service. These guys know their stuff. I found a great deal on a used cart that was in Tallahassee, but I was in Texas at the time. Buggyworx arranged to have my cart picked up in Tallahassee and transported back to Pensacola. Upon arrival, they immediately got to work making it street legal with additional seatbelts, turn signals and a new windshield. They even took the cart to have it weighed, inspected and had a VIN assigned. They took care of everything except picking up the plates at the tax office. They did it fast, for a fair price and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Go see them! You’ll be glad you did!

Nice people, but the service has been questionable. They didnt really know how the street legal registration worked for our buggy. I finally called the DMV and got direction on how to get the golf cart registered. We also had a malfunctioning Bazooka Bar that came with the cart. It hasnt work properly since we got it. Buggy Works picked up the cart and kept if for two weeks and then said the Barzooka Bar replacement was on back order. I contacted Bazooka Bar directly and they issued a RA# with an address for me to send the Bazooka Bar to be repaired. I just think Buggy Works could do a better job of knowing how things work like the local DMV, and being more thorough on servicing products they sell.

People were nice to deal with and I feel that I got a fair price for the golf cart that I purchased. I was however pretty disappointed with the condition that my cart was delivered in. I bought a used cart and when I got it home and charged it, I topped off the batteries like I was told to do. It took 2 full gallons to top off six 8 volt batteries. This is my first golf cart but Ive been told that its ridiculous that the batteries needed that much water, which should have been done by the dealer. Shame on me for not checking that before taking delivery but as a new and first time owner, I kind of rely on the dealer to get a cart ready for delivery and to maintain them while on their lot.

Star 4 seat 2020 street legal golf cart is absolutely worst I’ve ever had. No matter whether slow or fast, with constant pressure on accelerator, it surges constantly making for an uncomfortable ride. I’ve adjusted pedal pressure but that doesn’t make any difference.Bill Greenhut. 6/20/20

My husband and I had a terrible experience today with one of the employees at Buggy worx. My brother in law just bought us a brand new golf cart which required a new tire already. We have dealt with this particular employee a couple times this month. My husband and I agreed he was a just a grumpy old man. But we thought hey, that’s not our problem, no big deal, it’s not like we have to live with the guy. However, we called today to get an update on our cart that this employee said would be ready after a day or so, maybe longer. It’s been over a week with no update from buggy worx. We didn’t mean to upset him so badly by calling, but the way in which he spoke to me in particular was so upsetting. My husband snatched the phone from me and had some unfavorable things to say in return. I can’t even describe to you how rude the employee was to us. I’m still in shock. He didn’t even call back to apologize, which we would’ve forgiven him had he just explained what he was so upset over. We immediately went to the store to pick up our golf cart that hadn’t even been worked on yet. I had a conversation with this man in the store that didn’t go as I had hoped it would. Also, he gave me our golf cart back but would not give me our tire and rim. My husband had to go into the store and get our tire back. Not sure what is going on in that mans life to be so nasty but I hope things get better for him. I can’t change the way this man treated us but I can go drive to Kool Carts or Emerald coast golf carts and spend our hard earned money there!
