For a small store staff always friendly and they have good deals

I will NEVER go back to this store again!! The 2 older women that were up front this morning were so rude. They embarrassed and humiliated me. They talked about me pointed at me an was laughing calling me nasty cause I had on a t-shirt an stretchy shorts smh 2 grown women at work doing this.. I thank god my 7 yr old was with me cause she saved them 2 ignorant messy, gossiping, hatin, unprofessional old women. I know that store has lost alot of customers due to having workers like them.Thats whats wrong with this world today always worried about the next person when u should have been doing ur job an not worried about what someone was wearing are you SERIOUS?? Thats sad an ignorant! I hope the store does something to those women or they will run EVERYONE out of shopping there! Whats sad is thats the 3rd time Ive been to that ghetto store an everytime they were talking about someone I guess today was my day.. Not to mention u got 30 people outside asking for money so no I definitely wont be back!

The only complaint I have is that when we were checking out, the cashier was taking a PERSONAL call while working the register. I feel that was very unprofessional of her to do.

The cashier was busy on her phone she would scan the item n then just sit it on top of bagging area. So my 7 yr old bagged our groceries. She was on register 1 rewind the camera if you think Im kidding. Smh she needs to be retrained.

Prices are great here but the cashiers are always slammed and theres usually only one or two open when they have four five registers that could be open at all times

I love the fact that this national chain is available to compete with the only other option. Wally world. But I am grateful for them both. Highly recommended especially for the frugal budget minded like myself.

Grocery Outlet is an ok place to grocery shop. I will be honest, Ive never bought and meat, or seafood, but the meat must be very tasty. The lady in line next to me, had almost 20 packs of assorted meats in her cart!I have shopped mainly for produce that I need for tonights dinner, and have found their prices to be better than most grocery stores. I have also shopped for frozen items, as their prices are cheaper as well.If you shop other items, watch the prices. When I have shopped for other grocery items, I have noticed that most are the same or higher priced than other stores.Not my go to for grocery shopping, but ok in a pinch.

It would be nice to them have more than 2 check outs. 15 people standing in line during the busiest times of day. Ugh

Sundays are tough for. the ones working the registers. Normally easygoing the Frontline is frazzled I had a salty clerk she started to pass it towards me..nonono

This is the closest grocery store to my grandmother. I went for her. I was able to find what she needed. The store was clean. The lines were too long... like waaaayyyyy too long. I stood in line for 24 minutes.

This place actually has one of the better meat departments of any grocery store in Pensacola. The staff always special Cuts meat for me by request and the prices are way better than Walmart meat ever thought about being. Its definitely worth the trip

GREAT PLACE TO GET GOOD MEATS😍

Ive been looking for an affordable yet quality grocery store for a while now. The meat is good quality and very reasonably priced. With the price of food going up since covid-19 its been a challenge but this store has very affordable products. The staff was extremely nice and ready to help in any way possible. This will be our new grocery store even if we do drive over an hour away, its worth it.

Distant place to shop but I noticed some employees not wearing masks. I didnt feel comfortable in there and I hope they will do better with that, especially with covid going on still.

WA state has great grocery outlets. Not true in Pensacola. Dirty and not half of the healthy foods as WA STATE.

Great prices but the produce isnt amazing

Area is sketchy, but the store is great. Employees are friendly (especially cashiers), and prices/selections are super. For the most part, their prices are much better than other stores (canned products are hit-and-miss). Not much variety for fresh produce, but would definitely recommend shopping here for almost everything else.

I had a good experience in and out within 15 minutes

2 cashiers, 25 people in each of the two lines.This is terrible. Never again.Had to wait 15 minutes in line.I should of went to Publix.

Love the prices at this store. The selection and brands are quite good too. I think even the wine prices are the lowest around as well. This store always has fresh produce too!

They needed all the cash registers open today it was so busy and then you have to try to distance it was ridiculous theres not enough help in the mountains dont move quick enoughAnd you dont have enough comparison pricing products to choose from

We occasionally shop here. Its convenient and of course, nearby,where we live. The parking lot is easy to use & corners ( access) two roads. The store is usually well stocked with various items, so the customers have a reasonable set of choices available. The prices of the grocery items are also good to moderate. And theres a good amount of checkout stands available for use. Good store!

This is my favorite small grocery store. Its a Cost Plus grocery store, they add 10% to their cost. Usually cheaper than even Walmart. Nice fresh produce, great selection of groceries. They cut their own meat and it is beautiful and very reasonably priced. Easy to get in and get out quickly with what you need.

Found what we needed fast

I just recently moved here from Arkansas and I was needing cheap food considering it was pretty pricey to move out here. I walked in and walked around and looked at prices before I even got a basket and I was honestly impressed with prices. I definitely will be back.

Relatively limited selection. Definitely competitive prices. If you want to save money on food. . .a definite must for meats. Big savings in wine. Few really good wines but big savings. Andre sparkling for only $4.49 when $6.99 at walmart.

The meats arre too high compared to the entire balance of the market. There is a good offering of ethnic and international products. 3 1/2 stars of 5.

I love the Grocery Outlet store on Brent Lane in Pensacola. The cashiers are really friendly and helpful. The parking is the only thing I have a problem with. Its congested. Other than that Ill rate it a 4 out of 5 stars!!!

I have shopped at Grocery Outlet in the past. If you shop selectively, and pay attention you probably will save money over major grocery store outlets. On July 5th, 2019 I shopped this store and was tricked. You might have noticed that produce prices have risen recently, and are still rising. Since we are in the mist of senseless trade war with our generally good neighbors, Mexico, it seems that the tariffs might be coming home to roost. Groceries seem they are scrambling to cope. I bought a bag whole celery. The price sign indicated $1.70 which I assumed meant per bag. When I got home I looked over my receipt I learned that I was charged $3.85! I took the celery back to the store this morning. A cashier said to me that many people were returning produce because the prices have risen. The manager refunded my money. I went to the produce department and, bending over I carefully read the tiny price label. which was tiny. In a tiny green strip, in black letters it clearly read $1.70 each! I retrieved the manager and made her get up close to the label and read the very fine print that showed: $1.70 each! I told her that the store was using deceptive pricing techniques. I have had good experiences at this store in the past, but now I will always shop more carefully, be suspicious and check my receipt before I leave the store. I suggest that shoppers pay close attention at any grocery stores they shop and be sure that you understand that the price you believe you see is really what you are charged. I will likely shop at this store again, but I will take my magnifying glass with me to inspect how each price is posted not only produce but all items.

Prices were moderate...(they use the 10% above ticketed prices). So you have to really pay attention to make sure prices are good... Employees were not friendly...no one spoke, even the cashier that checked us out!
