I really enjoyed my visit! I just needed a molding of my ears for professional in ear head phones, and they honestly made me feel like family. This is a place I will be going by just to say hi. I appreciate it.

I wanted to have my hearing checked, so I found Ears 2 Hear, they are absolutely fantastic!!! The office is conveniently located and super clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor was truly kind, very intelligent, and the experience was pleasant. They made me feel like I was top priority and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait at all, it was fast and I got the verification I needed to know that my hearing was good! I would highly recommend anyone to go to Ears 2 Hear. If I ever need hearing aids or help with my ears due to wax or anything like that in the future, this is for sure the best place to go!

The staff at Ears 2 Hear in Pensacola (Ferry Pass) is so helpful and kind. The receptionist Deborah was resourceful, polite and very professional, she truly made me feel comfortable from our phone call to the minute we walked in, she even greeted us out front and walked us in, given that we were 20 minutes early. Sign in was very easy, and upon our brief wait she chatted with us and offered us chocolate and a free mask extender. The lobby was very clean and the air quality was great.My doctor greeted us with a warm welcome into the patient room which was very clean and organized, he inquired about what I had been experiencing with my ears and was very informative on the anatomy & physiology of the ear. He explained everything as he went and was very gentle with the tools he used. I was happy with my visit, and it gave me the comfort I needed, plus we managed to have the visit in prompt timing. I definitely recommend Ears 2 Hear and will be seeing them in the future if I ever have the need.

I had been struggling with hearing aid issues off and on for months. Nothing getting fixed, having to send them in to the manufacturer and using my backups for a week. I finally call Ears 2 Hear and they worked me in right away. I went in thinking that I would just do the usual drop it off for them to ship it and get it back in a week. They took the time to actually look at it and try to fix it. Everyone was incredibly nice and very understanding of my frustration. They were able to fix me up and so far the fix is holding. If I ever have problems again, I will most certainly go back. And I would highly recommend them to anyone else dealing with hearing issues or hearing aid issues.

I initially went to Ears to Hear for a second opinion for my hearing loss, but as soon as I entered the office I was treated like family. I got my hearing aids from Ears2Hear specifically because I heard only positive feedbacks about this clinic, their products and services. The receptionist was very accommodating, courteous and patient with all the questions I ask every time I called. Dean, the hearing specialist is the best at what he does. He was very thorough in performing the hearing tests, fitting, etc., while making sure I felt comfortable and valued. He advised me to download the hearing aid app on my phone, helped me pair the two devices together, and taught me how to fully take advantage of the modern technology to manage my hearing aid functions. Everyone in the clinic made me feel welcome; the atmosphere family-like and over-all, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them!!!

If your looking for an Audiologist that really cares you cant go wrong with Dean Easterwood. He really cares and listens to your concerns and addresses them individually and takes the time required to ensure you are happy with the results! He patched up my old hearing aids for about a year and a half until I lost one, and we purchased a new pair.However, since I had major surgery on my left ear five years ago the ear canal is larger requiring a mold in order to design a canal fitting that will stay in place. The old one would irritate my ear canal causing me to wear only one hearing aid. Dean designed one that slides into the outer ear canal as well as the inner canal and is completely comfortable!And, by the way, one could not ask for a more affectionate and caring secretary as Deborah, and she does share her candy!Audrey Booth

My mother who turns 84 today, is losing her hearing. When it is your mom you want to get her the best care you can and promptly. (We have been trying to get appts, referrals etc for 2 months meanwhile mom wasn’t able to socialize) this is a difficult situation for the hearing impaired person and their caregiver and the many delays had taken its toll on both of us. I had 2 people recommend Dean at Ears to Hear. (Thank you Sharon Oakes and Shaun McCormick) I gave them a call and explained the situation to Deb at the front desk. She was very kind and patient. She asked if I could be in the office with mom in one hour. Mom had her visit with Dean. He was so kind, patient and professional with her. They invited me in on the session which I know made mom more comfortable about this new experience. We left the office yesterday with a new set of hearing aids.After about 3 months of not being able to hear or understand what was being said her world had reopened. She can now get back to socializing with friends, playing cards and bingo. Not to mention what it has given me. The very fact I can once again have communication with mom is immense.I never totally realized how loss of hearing affects your life and those around you. There are safety issues, Isolation, inability to participate in activities just to name a few. Ok this Dr. Was amazing! Honest about the consultation and ear examination. I learned I was getting too far into the ear with my cleaning methods and swimming with ear plugs could be good.The Dr. Also mentioned how wax prevents infection and swimming with ear plugs in shallow waters could be helpful to ear health.Told of other conditions that could be, but thankfully I had (& hopefully will not ever have) any of those.Excellent treatment and recommend this for anyone needing ear care, hearing tests, hearing aids or a cleaning.Clean facilities, office, waiting room, and friendly staff!Thank You Ears 2 Hear Im very glad I made the appointment with you.Thanks!!!!

I have had nothing but excellent working relations with Ears 2 Hear. My first encounter with Dean Easterling was the result of my telling one of my sons that there wasn’t anything wrong with my hearing. He suggested I make an appointment with the hearing office that was located a couple of blocks from my house. I made the appointment just to show my family there was nothing wrong with my hearing.Dean Easterling was very nice and professional; he gave me the exam. He didn’t make any comments about the exam; instead he suggested we step outside. He had placed a bearing aide in my ear, and I could hear traffic on the road 2 blocks away. That’s the last time I made a comment about my hearing.It was also the begging of a new friendship. Dean Easterling is one of the most helpful individuals I have encountered. Ears 2 Hear provides amazing long term service to its clients. I was a first time hearing aid customer 4 years ago when I first went to Dean Easterwood. He performed a comprehensive hearing test and explained the results thoroughly. Then he fitted me with a pair of hearing aides that literally changed my world. I really wish I had not waited so long to see him. During the last 4 years, I have had follow up hearing tests and adjustments. There has been no additional charge for any of these. Dean and his staff are committed to providing the best ongoing care for their patients. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

If I could give more stars I would because Dean Easterwood and his staff are amazing. I received my hearing aides from The VA approximately 2 years ago and have been having trouble with one of them for a few months now. I dont have time to take off from work and someone recommended I go to Ears 2 Hear because they service the brand I wear. Since they are located 5 minutes from where I work I figured I would run in and see what he could do. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Not only did he inform me that my hearing aides were still under warranty, but he also sent it off to have it repaired even though I did not purchase them from him. When it came back they did not fix it, they sent a brand new one. Then because it wouldnt sync with the other one due to needing the info installed Mr. Easterwood immediately performed my hearing test right then so he could install the info so they would sync up. He could have told me I would have to come back on another day because I didnt have an appointment, but instead he unlike a lot of people this day in time understood customer service was a little more important than making another dollar. Customer Service is so important yet so few people offer it anymore. I can guarantee you that this place is all about taking care of you to their very best ability and you wont be making a mistake by giving them a chance. I am definitely 100% a very happy and satisfied customer and will recommend them to anyone!!

I’m not giving my full name because I do not want to be pestered with phone calls from the staff or Mr. Easterwood.I purchased hearing aids almost 6 years ago at the location on university pkwy for an exborhant price.After using them for a couple years on and off I needed assistance getting them fixed, even though they were out of warranty I agreed to pay the out of warranty cost to have them repaired. I gave them to the staff and paid the out of warranty repair. Then I get a call saying that they manufacturer would not repair them, they did refund my money which I appreciate. However, they didn’t even try to repair them for me. I contacted another local hearing center and paid them just a quarter of the price to have them fixed. It took an hour and then they worked wonderfully.Recently, I made the Decision that 6 years was a good run for these aids. I called another location here locally and went in to see the Audiologist and to my surprise I paid 3 thousand dollars less than what I originally paid ears to hear. I was shocked, plus I got the same warranty.Ears to hears staff can be nice but I think anyone who reads this needs to at least check around before making the big decision of choosing them first. Because I personally found a better option.

A week or so I needed help with the ear tube domes on my hearing aids and I was a client of another hearing center 500 miles away in my hometown.. I was assisted by Paris. I had lost both and it turned out they were in my ear canal. It is a long story but another clinic in Foley Alabama assisted me in a rude and incompetent manner which caused the problem. After much effort she was able to remove them and replace them with new ones.She had a very professional, understanding and CARING attitude. There was no charge for the service! You can imagine how happy that made me. Ears 2 Hear is definitely the place to go for your hearing needs.

Very thankful for the continued deep cleanings and tune ups i receive from these professionals. Just yesterday Brian replaced the transmitter (the part that goes into the ear) on my right Moxi Fit hearing aid. Readjusted my programs and my volume levels at each program. With the tap of a button t can hear everything, or another tap and all background noise is gone except the person in talking to. Brian and Dean are Christians and treat you closer than a brother. Stop by at any of their 4 locations. Your spouse and family will be glad you did .

I got a pair of Unitron Maxi Fits from Dean about 2 weeks ago, My last pair was 15 years old. Being retired USAF, they treated me like a king. I can now hear my wife and can no longer play the I cant hear you card. Each hearing aid is matched to the hearing loss in that specific ear. I wish I would have upgraded years ago. I have recommended them to several people and one has already made an appiontment.
