The experience was amazing, the staff were so friendly and polite taking my order, one of them opened my door on my way out and then my car door. Chik fil a who??? Marble slab is the best in customer service. Id give them 6 stars if i could.

I have not been to the marble slab in a very very long time. I was in the mood for some ice cream and decided to go there. I ordered sweet cream with raspberries. I got a cup of sweet cream with a little teaspoon of raspberries that wasn’t even mixed up into the ice cream. I would liked to have had a cone but was not asked and was just given a cup. So now I sit here with my five dollar cup of vanilla ice cream. Disappointed, probably won’t be back.

Great service and lovely employees! My only problem was with how ridiculous the customers are a woman said she’d report an employee for not helping her when they obviously wasn’t clocked in, claimed he “skipped” the line so ridiculous. Great job to the employees on the clock.

Slow, very slow. If you want a quick ice cream this is not the place. No inside dining, 92 outside daughter and I desired ice cream. For the price I could of got a gallon of premium ice cream at Publix. Very limited conversation with the two employees. Was not the experience I thought would happen at an ice cream shop that creates the desired flavors in front of the customer. Will not return till the seating inside is opened up.

29 April 22 - Came in with my fiancee for a quick treat. It was busy, but not crowded with two employees behind the slab. They were very kind and helpful to all the guests, and rather quick with our order. The milkshake was made beautifully. Great experience!

The ice cream is great but the lines are long and the lobby is small. You cannot eat inside which really stinks when its 100° outside

We just bought a quart mixed the way we wanted it. The quality was good and amount was large for the price (about 8 bucks for the quart). Its more ice cream than my wife and I can eat in a setting so its a good value for the price.

I always love coming here. Their ice cream fresh to me. I usually get coffee ice cream but this time I tried their strawberry and its so creamy and just tasted fresh. I love the unlimited mix ins. I think I remember before you can only do 3 mix ins or something but I love the unlimited.

Not sure who trained the 2 guys that were working the shift on Saturday April 3rd at 5:45pm. They only put half my toppings in my ice cream, the rest was pushed to the waste. It was warm inside the ice cream parlor, so my ice cream was melting when they handed it to me, they even put a plastic bowl under my cup because it was spilling over. Horrible experience, we won’t be back

I really enjoyed eating my butter pecan icecream cone. The workers was very attentive to my order, and the place was very clean and professional. The atmosphere was very pleasant and my granddaughter really enjoyed her cotton candy icecream cone. Nice place to chill😊

Just wanted to give the young woman and young man working today 8/9/20, some recognition. There was already nearly 10 people in line in front of me and over 20 people behind me. Despite it being so busy, they worked efficiently and quickly. Despite seeming understaffed they were very nice and helpful. Give those kids a raise. The ice cream was delicious as always!

Walked in and was told we needed masks. We walked out to car and put mask on. Simple mistake but hey it happens. We asked for cones, they said they arent making any. The young girl seen our 5 year old messing with her mask and made a point to tell us she needs to keep that on or shell have to go outside!Unreal and the ice cream was soft and melted fast!

It’s God Awful because the prices are still the same!At this particular store the short dark haired girl (Who sadly was training another girl) was RUDE and acted inconvenienced to answer a question.

It was hot, humid, raining like cats and dogs......we NEEDED ice cream to make up for the lost beach day.Although not very chipper ourselves, the employees were very friendly. Very good traditional ice cream with their unique twist.A few miles further than others but well worth the drive.

I absloutly love this place. Prices are as sweet as the cold treats this place serves. My only complaint is that they dont have enough people in the evenings lol. Staff is always great, nice clean place. If you havent been here your missing out

Ice cream was okay but the restraint was gross. Looks like the tables had not v been cleaned all day. There were no napkins and the trash was full. I would rather not go there again. If Im paying $5 for a cone I would expect it to be clean.

The guy that was attending me didnt understand what I was asking for. Ice cream was melting. No ice cream cup lids. I havent been there in a while and it wasnt a good experience.

First time trying this brand. They have typical and unique flavors. They also have suggestions for combinations of flavors. They make their own waffle cones too. Staff was very nice. I will visit this place again.

Place was packed!the whole time! Clearly ever knew how great this place is! I never went before but for my daughters birthday she wanted ice cream not a cake. Every place I priced was crazy expensive once u factor in toppings. This place has unlimited topping! No extra fee!!! And so so so so so many toppings to choose from. We made crazy combinations. And added more toppings then ice cream sometimes and the ladies making it never complained they were always amazing. Dont miss out on this!

Awesome. Ice cream was home made and delicious. The price was very good for the quality. You get any topping you want with your purchase and everyone there was very nice and helpful. It was very nice to see young professionals who take their work seriously upholding themselves to a high standard.
