The number of signs telling people that masks are required for entry alone are enough to warrant a 5 star rating. So many places dont bother enforcing mask use, so going inside a place that takes it seriously was a really nice change.Ive never seen bourbon cream before coming in here, so 5 stars for selection, too.

They sell my favorite wine here. Its easy to navigate the store and the staff are always available to assist you. Thats a plus when your cant find a certain item like red vermouth. I gave up and went up to the cashier and requested assistance. I needed red vermouth for a recipe for chicken I was making for our weekly pot luck dinner. The cashier took me right to it. Problem solved. Thanks Richeys. I also go to the one near the 3 mile bridge if I cant find the wine I want. Friendly staff there as well.

Good selection. Lots of IPAs for people into that. Almost always overpriced, no sales, its like they have 3 price settings for beer$10.99, 12.99, 17.99, whether its mass beer or microbrew.The staff on the otherhand, um, well lets just say cordial and this place dont rub elbows at all.

Great selection of alcohol, but the employees were not very friendly. We usually go to the one on Nine Mile Rd, and the employees at that location are very friendly and helpful. This one not so much.

Honestly about 85 percent of the time I visit this place the staff is very very friendly, 100 percent of the time they are knowledgeable about the products they sale. Also, this is one of the most reasonably priced liquor stores in the Pensacola area. I choose this store over many others and would drive the extra mile if I had to.....luckily I dont. I would recommend Richies East.

It wasnt the quality of the store that was the problem, when checking out today 6/12/2016 in the wake of the mass shooting in Orlando the previous night..an older black man working the cash register was watching the news report. .as I was checking out I said what is the world coming to and his response which left me in utter shock, the cashier said he should have got more of those bastards ...I understand the ignorant views of your employees do not effect the Stand of the business, but there needs to be training or repercussions for ignorant comments to customers. That man is by far the scum of this earth, condoning mass death for any reason

I was very disappointed in their customer service. I asked them if they sold kegs and they said they didnt carry them at the store downtown. I asked them if they knew any other place close by I could get a keg. They replied that the only place in town they knew that sell kegs was their liquor stores. There is a brewery right down the street where they locally brewed beer and sell it by the keg. Super disappointed that Richies East didnt tell me this information. Luckily as I was driving down the road leaving on my way home I saw the brewery in stopped in and asked. Problem solved.

Terrible Service and Dirty!Most of the beer is skunk and if youre a male, expect to be treated like dirt. My wife, on the other hand, feels very uncomfortable when going there due to wondering eyes. Prices are average, but high for any beer that isnt Coors. Save your self a bad experience and go to Wall-Mart across the street.If the owner wants to put up his or her e-mail address so we can talk about my experiences, I will gladly remove this review.

Stopped here because of the reviews. Beer selection is a must for me. Most of the beers were way over date (IPAs and pales mainly). There is variety here just make sure you are looking at bottle dates based on the style you are crushing.

Seeing as how your comment was posted a year ago (or perhaps longer) youll be pleased to know that we have restructured our managment at this particular location. Under the new manager the beer orders we now receive are propperly rotated according to date. If there are certain beer products that appear to be marked down, it is because it is approaching or has passed it expiration date (Note: that not all beer passed its expiration date has gone bad)...Another upside to the new managment is that the store has never been cleaner and more organized. Ive shopped at this location and the one on Gregory St for the last 8 years or so. I wont buy alcohol anywhere else unless I have to. Great selection, good prices, friendly staff, and locally owned.
