TERRIBLE customer service. Placed an order. Waited 10 days because I hadnt heard back. Contacted them via email - no response. Called and left a message - no response. Called AGAIN - STILL no response. Now theyve cancelled my order all together. I dont feel comfortable that they have my credit card information given the terrible customer service theyve shown. I wonder if they are just a scam at this point.

To be honest I was a little bit concerned at first. I searched for this product all over my area and the Internet and could not find it. I found it on Wine to Ship and ordered it. Then I saw a couple negative reviews and got a bit concerned. I made a phone call to the company and it was then returned by a lady just a few hours later, I told her of my concerns and she was very diplomatic and mentioned a lot of the time it’s FedEx. They got the item out that day and I tracked the package throughout the week. There were tons of delays and it had nothing to do with this company and everything to do with FedEx. I am extremely happy with this company, I will be ordering from them again and I will be putting this review up everywhere because it appears they’ve gotten a bad rap due to shipping and policies of other states and I don’t think that’s fair at all but I think they’re a great company, I will definitely be ordering again without fear and you should order from them as well!
I ordered several bottles of whiskey over 3 weeks ago. After 8 days with no communication I emailed and called. I was one of the lucky ones and got a response. They said give it another week with the pandemic going on. I said no problem. Well here it is 3 weeks later and nothing. Credit card is not pending, which is good. But no one bothered to let me know they didnt have my product. And now they are sending me emails trying to sell me other products. This is a very poorly run business. Run dont walk the other way. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I am very impressed with this vendor. I had been searching for a certain wine that my mother loves and was having a hard time finding it. I finally found it online, but then discovered that many vendors dont ship to NC. Winetoship had the wine in stock and they ship to NC! The shipping cost was very reasonable and the wine arrived in about four days. Fantastic! Thank you.

Wine To Ship was one of the few places I found online that had black sambuca and would ship to Ohio, and it only took a few days to get here. I was a bit worried about how it would ship and if it would arrive unbroken, but I needn’t have worried. It was well packaged and arrived perfectly intact. Wine To Ship informed me ahead of time that someone who is over 21 would have to sign for it, and I appreciated it. I’ve already bookmarked their website, and I’ll definitely order from them again.
Horrible customer service. Ordered 6 bottles of wine waited 14 days and received no communication from the company as to order status. Sent customer service an email requesting order status update and received a very rude response from the company which did not provide an answer to my question. After several emails with customer service (all extremely unprofessional) finally received an update on my order. Definitely do not do business with this company. They need to receive customer service training and provide much better service. I understand why this company has an F rating from BBB, I just wish I knew that before I ordered.

Cannot give half a star or I would. Reading other comments, it seems they do not respond to orders immediately. My order on Dec 8th was only responded to yesterday, Dec 22. My Husbands Christmas present of Spanish Brandy cannot be supplied, but they wait 14 days to tell me, now its too late to order it for him elsewhere. After contacting customer service I didnt even get an apology, just an excuse. Dont waste your time on this company, go elsewhere to avoid disappointment by your order being ignored!

I so wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order to be delivered to a friend who had lost her husband. I was supposed to receive an email when the wine had shipped. After three business days I called. The first time, no answer, I left a message and received no response. The second time a woman answered the phone and after putting me on hold for ever, she finally came back and told me that they were out of stock on the wine I had ordered. I asked to cancel the order and she said they would and then promptly hung up on me. The next day on my answering machine she left a partial message saying that this message was from Wine to Ship, then hung up without saying anything more. I had to make alternative arrangements to have wine delivered to my friend. Today I received an invoice stating that the wine from Wine to Ship had actually shipped. Now I have to contact the credit card company and dispute the order as someone has to be home to sign for the wine and the lady that it was for will not be available. They do not know what they are doing, stay far, far away!!!!

The only reason I gave them one star, is that you have to do that in order to write a review. I placed an order for an item that was In Stock per their website. I have sent three e-mails requesting the status of the order and have not received a response. I tried calling the number on their website and they do not answer (and their voice mailbox is full). The Better Business Bureau has received numerous complaints about them and says they are not accredited.

Absolutely appalling. They sell liquor they dont have. They have no knowledge of what theyre selling. Communication is a joke. You can never get through to anybody on the phone and emails are one or two word responses (eventually). I also have some doubts over how secure their payment system is. In short, a complete disaster. I can definitely not recommend.

I have read negative feedback but most of them I think the reason are they are expecting too much from the seller. These days, once you opened an account, logged in, ordered, you can track and it is very clear and straight forward since all information is in there. I ordered one case of Remy with free shipping. The order was processed, shipped and delivered in one week and there wasnt any issue. I would highly recommend and I will definitely purchase again in the future.

Placed my order on May 5. Everyday I checked the status, which was processing until May 12 when I received an email with tracking information stating my shipment would be delivered by end of day May 13. Waited all day for my shipment and kept checking with FedEx then the status changed to pending, which is the current status as of today. WTS got my order status as complete but have yet to turn it over to FedEx for shipping. It has been five days now and I have contacted them several times by email with no response from them. I just called, but no one answered, so I left a message asking for merchandise delivery or a refund. Wish I could give 0 stars.
I love this place. I have been shopping here for wine and spirits for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly.They also have a great selection of Spirits...from the commonly found/ reasonably priced to the rare and pricey. Their prices and selection are great.
This company has a 2.3 star rating and has been open for ordering for two years. That alone should tell you something. Dont risk the headache of having to do a charge back when they dont deliver, or are ignored. Just go to a reputable site to begin with.

I ordered rum for a Christmas present. I received an email that my order was on back order and they gave me the option of cancelling or keeping order open until they received shipment. I called and got an actual live body to help me with a question i had on the back order.I am so glad i kept my order open for the delivery arrived that same day and they emailed me back saying my order had shipped. I received my order within 3 days and everything was packaged nicely. I will order again

I orderd a drop shipment for a friend as a gift, the occasion came and went, didnt hear a word from WTS until I emailed them. Verify that they have the products you are requesting before you pay for the order.

They also said the bottle I ordered wasnt in stock and so it would be shipped tomorrow (3 days after I ordered it an paid for 2-day shipping). At this point Im just happy to cancel my order and take my refund from them and move on.ORIGINAL: I placed an order 2 days ago and didnt get a receipt via email. So I have called them 4 times, at first the voicemail said it was full. So then I emailed them, and its been over a day with no response. I called again today and now Im able to leave a voicemail, but havent heard back all day. Definitely considering the possibility that this site is a scam. Paid way too much for express shipping. Wrote them the day after it was supposed to have arrived. They responded saying theyd found out the day before (the deadline to arrive) that the wine was unavailable. Since then theyve taken days to respond to any emails, they have not sent any wine, and they have not refunded my money. This site may be a good option if you dont care whether the order actually arrives or whether you can get a refund/replacement when orders get forgotten.

However, they responded to my email in less than 24 hours (but I couldnt get through by phone which also really worried me, leading to the 4 instead of 5 stars) and explained the order status change (it went to hold due to the item being out of stock even though it was in stock when I ordered it). My order shipped a few days later and it was the correct items and quantity. Overall, good experience.

I ordered on 3/29. Requested 2 day shipping in order to have by 4/5 for a Wedding. The order came to about $352.00. The next business day my order was place on hold. I told them whatever they didn’t have in stock, forget it just send what u have. No reply No emails No calls No order. The reviews are true! I had a hard time finding a product locally, and the only two stores near me that carry it have it for $30. I found it on winetoship for $20 and since I was buying 5 for holiday gifts, it saved me a lot even with shipping. I accidentally closed my browser without entering my email (oops), and worried when I didnt have a way to get confirmation number. I contacted their support, and had a reply within a day with my order info and shipping date. The package arrived in a couple of days, on a weekend, and it was packed super well. In the box were trays of rigid recycled cardboard shaped to cradle wine bottles. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Just a note to check their FAQs page to see if your state allows wine shipments; mine allows wine but not spirits.
I ordered 4 bottles on the 10th, it says it is on hold, no confirmation email and when i email them to ask about it theres no reply. No answer when you call but they took my money immediately. Still waiting, this is ridiculous. At least let your customers know and updated? Definitely scam.

Bait and switched. Showed multiple pictures of 1.5L bottle during the sale but when you purchase and it arrives it you receive the half sized 750mL bottle. Make sure you are aware of bottle sizes and read the fine print because when you complain they ignore you.

I placed an order for 2 bottles of scotch & received only one. I called and told them I only received the one bottle & was told they would ship the other when it was in stock. When and if I get my order, I will never order from them ever again. After one successful attempt to leave a voicemail, 3 unsuccessful attempts to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full and multiple email sent and I heard nothing from them. At this point I don’t even want the product I just want my money refunded. They definitely did not hesitate taking the money out of my account, about $113. I placed my order December 16th and here it is December 26th, unexceptable for a business but it’s a lesson learned!

I tried placing an order of centenario reposado totaling 91.13. The system stated that my card was decline twice. My card is showing a pending charge of 91.13. I never received an order confirmation or receipt with an order number I have called left voicemails and emails this company is the worst

I purchased a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue on June 13,2018 for my brother for Father’s Day paid for two day shipping to arrive Friday June 15, 2018 but it arrived after Father’s Day. When I requested a refund of the shipping charge this company refused stating that the item didn’t ship until June 14th and the 2nd day fell on a weekend . None of these terms were outlined in the shipping terms and conditions so basically they ripped me off and don’t care about the fact it was a Father’s Day gift which arrived after Father’s Day!
