This is where my boyfriend takes his Harleys Mistress+Beast for Repairs when needed. Theyre better than Pensacola Harley and cheaper as well. Martin is one of the Best Mechanics they have. Theyre Both Great Mechanics tho.Absolutely LOVE. Redline.

Josh and Renita helped me in my purchase of a custom bike. The negotiation was not stressful at all and the sale and delivery was awesome. I got a bike with 3000 miles on it for far under the value of the bike. They even stayed late for me to test ride and do the paperwork. I hope to do more business here in the future.

I purchased a jet ski for my daughter that the sales person, Josh, said was in excellent condition. I purchased on his statement and took the ski directly to a boat mechanics to test to ensure the ski was in fact safe and reliable. Mechanic took it out. It ran badly for about 5 minutes then quit. Mechanic found major problems with engine and dirve. Totally unsafe. Beware of these folks. I would never purchase anything from them again. Owner, Mike, and Josh told different versions of who had worked on the ski. They need to get together so their lies match. Taking them to court.

Theyve got my bike now and are professional.I picked up my bike at the beginning of this week and they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond, all it was there for was get my throttle cables replaced and a new back tire. Im slowly noticing all the things they did extra for my bike like make sure all my screws were tightened at my Ignition so it no longer rattles, they straightened out my shifter Because it was bent after a laid the bike down and it looks like they put on a piece to cover my belt that I needed that I didnt even know was missing. It was over all an amazing job on will be going back there again to get any work done seeing as they take care of the customer so well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my antique motorcycle in because I had a little white smoke coming out of my exhaust. I heard nothing for three weeks. When I called a second time, I was told I needed new pistons and my top end needed rebuilt. BULLSHIT. I about had a heart attack when I went in and saw my motorcycle completely torn apart and in boxes. When I dropped my motorcycle off, I started her on the first kick to demonstrate the exhaust. WHITE SMOKE IS A GAS PROBLEM. MY MOTOR SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN TORN DOWN ESPECIALLY WITHOUT TELLING ME FIRST. What kind of mechanic doesnt start small and work to larger possible causes? Who just goes in and tears a motor apart? Apparently theyve never heard of compression tests. Instead, they just tear the motor apart to tell you the pistons are bad. My pistons were not bad. IT STARTED ON THE FIRST KICK. IT HAD GOOD COMPRESSION. In fact, my pistons are only 7 years old...just like my valves, which the mechanic, Tim, said must have been original valves. NO, THE VALVES AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE MOTOR IS 7 YEARS OLD!!! If the mechanic cant look at valves and determine their age, or if the mechanic cant differentiate between gas smoke (white) and oil smoke (blue or black), they should find new occupations or just retire. Further, when I wanted to buy my own parts, I was told there would be no guarantee on the work. My guess: they dont get to overcharge me on parts. When I wanted receipts from their part distributors, my old parts returned and estimates on the machine work, I was told they decided NOT to finish the work because my demands were unreasonable. Demands?? Ive never had to ask for these things before. They were just a given. I had to pick up my bike in boxes and take it elsewhere to get my motorcycle fixed, and I had to pay these swindlers $400 for tearing my motor apart, which I never asked them to do and which was completely unnecessary! These people are cons and crooks. DO NOT GO HERE!! RUN!! TURN AROUND!!!

Im not writing a review. Im going to comment on Dons post.. First let me agree with your motor shouldnt have been torn down without your knowledge, that I will agree with. Not knowing what this particular dealership did to diagnose your issue I cant comment on that either..... What I will comment on is this,You are wrong about white smoke versus black smoke.. White smoke is oil fouling generally. And if it only does it upon start up could be a couple different reasons. Yes could just be a lean start senareio and thats easily taken care of with a carb adjustment. But pulling the plugs and just taking a look at color of them. Would be where I started, then a compression test... and possibly checked fuel pressure after that (maybe)....But I will tell you, you are wrong when it comes to smoke color... if youre blowing black smoke your running fat on fuel...So before bashing somebody.. make sure you know what youre talking about. Also Im sorry your bike was is parts that does suck and hope your issue gets resolved

Did fix my brake issue! And did tow the bike for free! After they were the ones who installed the rotor, gas cap also got lost, bill was not discussed till I was told it ready. If you have a Chopper they are the only place to go in pensacola, but after owning one just dont 😆........
