They are trash! Giving out dates and not sticking to them having the employees call customers or deal with the ones they dont want to because theyre being mad they havent heard anything back from anyone after leaving multiple voice mails or sending many email and calling soooo many times still dont hear back or get the run around. Theyre terrible people to work for and to hire. Theyre soooo unorganized its unreal. Theyre childish and inconsistent and I would not recommend.I worked here so its definitely pertaining to the company when an employee talks about how bad the serves are. I take pride in my work. Maybe yall should do the same.

I use this place for work every time I place my order I have exactly what I need by the next business day and they are very professional and kind and if they dont have it they can get it so if you want to keep your pool sparkly and always ready to swim in this is the place you need to get with to make sure that that happens

My family and I have used them for decades. The service by the technicians was very good. I missed a couple mailed bills. Instead of calling, which they have done in the past for several reasons over the years, they cancelled my contract, offered to enter a new one at a higher rate, and said they put a lien on the property. First, having a lien placed takes more in legal fees than I owed (which has already been payed). Dont say you placed a lien without actually doing so. Secondly, I called and left a voicemail with no response from them. I did really like the employees that serviced the pool, but management does not treat customers well, especially considering weve been customers for about 30 years.

Put a deposit on a pool liner in February 4th and after months of calling and asking when I was going to be scheduled, I get a call on may 4th saying it’s going to be two additional months. Avoid this company.

Great service and very friendly staff. Gary is our pool guy most weeks and he does an awesome job cleaning the pool and making it sparkle. He is always courteous and friendly and helpful with us when we have questions. Very happy with our service with Gary and Aqua pools and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!!

Some good people working here. Can easily bring in a sample of your pool water, and they will give you a full breakdown of your pools whatever chemistry. They have the products on hand to help you keep your pool looking good all year round. They have replacement parts for your pool and pumps. All for very fair prices.

We used Aqua Pool & Patio to build our new pool and now use their cleaning services. They are amazing. Everything has been a breeze!!!The office staff are experienced. Ron was great in selling us our pool and Ed has been great teaching us how to use the pool and setting up our cleaning people. We are so happy with our choice!!!

I stopped by to check prices on bleach for my pressure washing company DreamMakers Stone Pressure Washing. I received a friendly and warm greeting right when I walked through the door. I was helped by several employees. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He even offered to do research on a question I had. The prices beat their competitors! Looking forward to doing business with them.

After seeing the poor rating and reviews, I was not going to call this business, but after calling 3 other pool supply businesses who didn’t have what I needed (and didn’t offer further help or alternatives), I finally decided to call Aqua. I was truly blown away by the great and caring service by Vicky. While the product I needed wasn’t in stock, knowing my pool wasn’t quite ready for company on Mother’s Day weekend, Vicky took my number, called her supplier, redirected one of her delivery drivers in Milton to pick it up and bring it back to the office. She called me as soon as it arrived about two hours later and had it ready for me at the front desk when I walked in. They guys at the front desk were just as friendly and helpful. I’m not sure who was working for this company when the bad reviews were given, but based on today’s experience with 3 different employees, I’m impressed and will absolutely call them first next time.

Owners are having unfortunate health issues, but the people theyve left running the business do not have good customer service skills. I terminated my almost 3-year relationship with them due to inattention to my reports of problems with my pool. My pool turned green in August and September of 2014, because they failed to tell the new pool guy that I have a DE filter. I continued to pay my bill despite the fact that my pool was unusable for 2 months. In spring of 2015 I began having problems again. They didnt try to troubleshoot it until I had reported ongoing problems for a month. Friends came over, saw my pool, and said I thought you had a pool service. Thats how bad it was. Aqua Pool and Patios customer service manager finally suggested that it was a mechanical problem but by that time, my pool was filthy. They knew I had a party coming up, but they were completely inattentive to my needs. I was even called sweetie in a condescending manner by the customer service manager. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST THE BEST.

Wow, reading about the poor service it is no surprise now that they dont put their customers first. They charged me $103.50 to come and flip on my breaker for my pool light. Yes, it was my mistake that I didnt know that there really was no problem, but theyve shown themselves to be the kind of company who does not care about their customer relationships. Apparently, they must have so much business that it does not matter who they offend or who they dont show any understanding for. Im not saying dont use them, just use them as a last resort because they will charge you a lot of money even if they do absolutely nothing.

Every time I have a pool problem they are the best! Great service today; I drove over with a parts issue and they told me how to fix it for free (DIY).

We are done with Aqua Pool and Patio... We have spent thousands of dollars with them and the last experience with them was just too much... The quality of the repair was good, but they did it to their own schedule. They knew what my concerns were, and it did not matter... My pool went from clean to green... They called me after the fact to apologize and offered me one gallon of chlorine to treat my pool ...Thats not even close to help a GREEN pool. She said that when one of her tecs. were in the area she would have them drop off the chlorine. 5 days later it shows up on my porch... There is a Aqua Pool and Patio tec that lives one mile from my house!!! How do I know? I see him every morning when I going to work.There are allot more Quality Oriented Businesses out there that will listen to you and treat you like you matter to them. I will give them one star for the quality of the repair. If they would have handled it better this would be a glowing report.

Very poor customer service! Our pool is supposed to be serviced every Thurs and for some reason he didnt show up... things happen I understand but a simple phone call to let us know that youre not coming would be nice... its now Friday and again didnt show up either. Our pool has been green for the past 3 weeks! Will be visiting their office tomorrow to get our $ back and go somewhere else! They are quick to take the $150/month but dont even clean the pool! To future customers: DO NOT GO THERE!

Worst pool service ever. Chlorine levels are way above legal limits for a public pool. Even after talking to them and the manager himself showing up they do not get it under control. My daughter got sick of the high chlorine levels, they even admitted that a value of 12 (what they measured, when we checked it it was above the scasle) is too high. They do not get it under control. Do not waste your money`!!!!

I have had several poor customer service experiences with this company. I have used Aqua Pool & Patio for 8 months, for pool equipment and pool supplies. However, I did not use their monthly maintenance service, because I decided to take care of my pool myself. I have a saltwater pool. On occasion, I would ask their staff questions about the care of my pool. Their staff reluctantly gave me information and hung up on me. Most recently, they replaced a piece of equipment and when I called to tell them it did not work, they insinuated that I must be causing the problem. After pleading with them that I did not touch the equipment, they finally came and replaced it a second time. When the second replacement part did not work, they returned to discover they had wired it wrong.

A guy came out yesterday to service the pool put two chemicals in and left. Came back today vacuumed the pool and left. There was still stuff floating the pool when he left. Not detailed oriented.
