Im mostly happy with the final product, but we were told 2-3 months and it took 6, went well over budget, and the financing company they go through has been awful. Overall we are paying over $20,000 on a sign we were hoping to pay $6,000 for.

When I called asking about an outdoor neon open sign the woman on the phone promptly told me to go to SAMs or Costco. We only do custom work here she said. I was a bit confused because she didnt ask me anything about the sign, to bad for that company because my overall sign is 24 long u0026 4 tall and I would have liked neon wrapping all the way around and incorporating the open sign on top. The call lasted exactly 34 seconds and she told me to go to SAMs or Costco... Twice. Only reason they get 2 stars because she was very nice and polite on the phone when she told me to go to SAMs or Costco.

My customer was refused a bid after the company explained it was not worth it. They waited a week for an approximation but received nothing. NOT recommended at all. Which business DOES NOT get bids? Senseless approach to business.
