Called them twice and left 2 messages. No one called me back. Went in person and the agent who was suppose to help me was communicating to me through the front desk receptionist. I asked if I can speak with him and was told he wont come out because he is busy. Poor customer service and lack of values. Samuel Nunez was his name. Stay away

In the past several years we had to have three vehicles repaired. We took the first one with hail damage to a different shop that did not live up to our expectations in quality of service or updating us with progress reports.So, for the second repair we took the recommendation of our insurance adjuster to use Larry Miller Collision. The contrast in quality and service was so refreshing. A completely friendly personal experience that was wonderful in every respect.This time, with damage from a tire blowout, we knew we were going to bring the truck to Larry Miller. Simple process to pick up rental vehicle with Enterprise satellite office in waiting room. Prompt attention to our inspection, estimate and needed repairs. Gaylan kept us well informed of progress and followed up on separate items we inquired about having worked on in addition to the needed repairs.Very easy to work with. Quality results. And lifetime warranty on the work they did. Very pleased with every aspect of this service.Hopefully we dont need their help again anytime soon. But if something else happens, we will be sure to return to Larry Miller for our repairs.

I had been in an accident 2 weeks after buying my new car. Took it right there that day. They got on it the following Monday since I dropped it off Sunday. Rick was great to work with he kept me informed every time I needed it. He took care of everything with the insurance company. And there work is phenomenal can’t even tell it’s ever been in an accident. I will use them in the future if I have body work needs. Very professional and well mannered. Never any arguments with them on anything. No upwelling addition services just what needed to be done car looks brand new again.

Took my granddaughter’s car for repair of extensive damage from a collision. Andy Meyer was a joy to work with from beginning to end, when her car was returned in perfect condition. Andy was always available and communicated progress on the repair regularly. He gave me a detailed explanation on the repairs to be done and the time needed for the repair. . The car was ready when promised and looks brand new. The only difference is that it’s cleaner than when I dropped it off! Sam was my Service advisor he made me feel important. After having trouble with my insurance adjuster and a previous service advisor at another car shop Sam showed me compassion & kindness as we worked together in getting our car repaired. He was always courteous and went the extra mile to provide good service. Even when picking up our car we had planned to take the car rental back which was way across town and we were pressed for time because we had to get the car back by 6 PM. I went into the Collision Center for an estimate. I didnt have to wait long. I worked with Travis. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to the repairs I needed on my bumper cover, there was a small dent in one of the doors I asked to have fixed. The estimate was very reasonable. I said I would like to make an appointment and Travis said he would order the parts and call me when they came in. He called me either the next day or the day after. We set up an appointment for a day or two later. When I got to the shop the day of the appointment, I waited for Travis no more than five minutes. He told me my car would go back to the shop right away as the technician was waiting for my car. I stayed at the shop while it was being worked on. It took less than an hour. The car looked great. They had ordered a part that they ended up not needing (it was a part for under the car, so they didnt realize they didnt need it until they started working on the car) and, of course, I wasnt charged for it. The spot where the small dent had been in the car was virtually undetectable. I really was impressed. We had a protective mylar product on the car, which my husband took off in the area of the damage. It left quite a bit of adhesive that we werent able to get off. I mentioned it to Travis and he went to the shop, got a product to use on adhesive and spent 10-15 minutes removing the adhesive. That was above-and-beyond customer service. As I told the shop, this was the best auto body shop experience I had ever had. Thanks Travis and everyone at Larry Miller Collision Shop.

Went in for a quote on getting some clips replaced for a side skirt on a 2021 Sienna, I was quoted almost $1000. The technician thought the entire panel needed to be replaced and repainted, when just the clips needed to be replaced. Waste of time. Went to the next closest body shop and they agreed to fix the panel for $100 and some change.

I have had my car repaired twice at this place. They have always done a good job and are very professional. The enterprise in there is perfect tooAt least I thought Enterprise was great. When I was there yesterday I felt like I was discriminated against. I would like to know who I can contact. I went to get a car and the lady said there two of the exact same cars available. I asked for other cars which there was a Mercedes there as well and many other cars I saw, but I said okay and took the car which I didnt want because of the size and I drive a mid size suv. She said I could come back later and they possibly would have other options.So I called and she said there was a Pathfinder and I asked for other options and she said no.So I go back and Im waiting because the same lady was helping someone else. I overheard the lady asking her if she wanted a charger, and the lady told her she normally drives an Accord. So she took her outside and told her she had many available. The lady took the Mercedes which I was earlier told it wasnt available. Then when it was my time I asked if I could get the charger since Pathfinder is still larger. She told me that it wasnt available when I just overheard her offer it to the older lady.I was upset but said ok since my son was with me.Im going to talk to a manager or corporate because I feel discriminated againstThus I lower my review but still like the work Larry Miller does.

So I have used Steve Dupue at this facility for 3 different car repair now. Some major some minor but all of my experiences have been excellent. It really pays to have someone that has the knowledge and expertise to walk you through the process to make sure that it is done right and on time.. This has one of the best experiences I have had with a collision center. I was actually going to drop off some gourmet popcorn for the staff at Larry H. Miller Collision Center when I picked up my truck because the ladies who work at the desk there were so nice when I dropped my truck off for repairs. They had one of the lot attendants clean the dirty car Enterprise had given me so that I didnt have to wait for Enterprise staff to help me with it. I wasnt able to bring the popcorn, however, because Im in quarantine now. Gaylan (my service advisor) personally dropped the truck off at my house for me today. The staff there has been nothing but kind to me and I wouldnt go anywhere else after a car accident ever again. Thanks guys! My truck looks great!

Not only did they leave damage but they created more, used my car to play with.. stereo/ features and left white powder all over everything and said that they don’t do cleaning. Ultimately this place was a nightmare.! and I bought the car at Larry Miller. I think they should be shut down because of their dishonesty! If I could sue I would..

I took my car in for a minor rear end collision. I just got my windshield replace about a month prior to the accident to start. As soon as I dropped off my car they said my driver side window suddenly stop working which was working literally the day before. I also noticed a huge baseball side smash in my window that caused a crack to travel up the center of it. 100% wasnt there the day I dropped it off. This of course could only occur if someone hot rodded my car around at extreme speeds. My car also started to make a high wailing noise as I drive the minute I drove it off as if something is failing. They tried to say maybe something is just wearing out but I am not crazy I would of notice that noise of course cause its loud. The minute my wife got in I didnt say a word to her about the noise and she immediately said something, what is that? They only replaced my windshield because pictures taken the day I dropped it off clearly shown it wasnt cracked. However they pawned off the door and noise as something my car had before. No, someone abused my car and now my engine is making lots of noises. I am never buying a Hyundai ever again after this because my car went from just some bumper damage to suddenly new issues they want 900 for to check into.

Accident happened the day before Thanksgiving. I took the vehicle in on the same day. Steve was the appraiser I dealt with. He was phenomenal. He was very gracious considering I was coming in toward the end of the day the day before a Holiday. Im sure he wanted to get home to his family but he still took his time to make sure I was taken care of. He kept in contact with me through he process and had my car ready to be delivered on the following Thursday. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience getting our van fixed. The service and communication was amazing the whole time. They also had a rental company in the lobby so I was never without a car. Went to pick up my car and found a crack across my windshield. They knew it was cracked and didn’t tell me until I got in my car. I was told it was from the heat in the paint tunnels at 180 degrees. And it happened because there was a chip in the glass. Well there was no chip and the agent was not telling me the whole truth He said a lot of people have cracked windshields when they bring their car in so the technician wouldn’t say anything. He also said they are not brain surgeons and wouldn’t follow through with any communication. This is a 2119 auto!! Not very happy with the service. Not an ethical company as far as my experience. They cracked the windshield and my insurance company has to pay for a new one.

They did not communicate with me at all even after I reached out to find out about whats going on with my vehicle the person who is in charge of the the process when on vacation and the gentleman that filled in just doesnt care and refused to tell me when my truck would be done after they Dari d me that it would be done on Wednesday by noon which it has not been done and still have yet to call me back to tell me when my vehicle we done

I had to call to get my updates and follow up on everything myself, pretty much. While the repairs looked good. When I picked up my jeep there were additional scratches and a door dings and seat wouldnt adjust on my jeep.I told the person about the scratches and the dings and my seat dont adjust now. When we went over all the repairs.I was told that someone would follow up and I never got a call from Johnny.

Took my truck in (AAA repairs) and Stephanie helped me, she was fast and efficient. They ordered the repair parts, called me when they came in about 1 week later and I dropped my truck off a few days later. She said they would need it for about 7 business days and they fixed it in 6. The repairs were flawless, looked brand new. I would take my truck back for collision repairs again if needed.

I had to call to get my updates and follow up on everything myself, pretty much. While the repairs looked good, I asked my consultant about additonal under the hood repair that I would like to get work done too as well. He said that the Toyota repair across the street could help with that. He said he would follow up with that and never did. I just felt like they did the very bare minimum work they had to. Also, dropped my car off with an almost full tank of gas. picked it up with the gas below E. I was surprised I made it to the gas station. Completely disappointed.

Every time I looked at it, I would become extremely disappointed. Luckily, for me, this collision center was listed as one of my insurances preferred shops. After reviewing all the local body shops, I decided on this one with confidence! Andy Meyer and his team went above and beyond to restore my vehicle and exceeded my expectations! Andy and I thoroughly reviewed my vehicle for my estimate, and he addressed any concerns I had. The estimated repair time was spot-on! I did leave my vehicle a week longer than expected due to a misunderstanding on my behalf, about a part that was to be replaced, but Andy and the shop handled my concern with promptness and ease. No questions asked. Andy contacted me atleast once a week, near the end of the week to give me updates on progress of my vehicle. I was confident I could contact Andy on his direct line at any time regarding my vehicle but because of Andy’s professionalism and knowledge, and the automated text updates, I did not feel the need. The shop did a phenomenal job repainting my vehicle and more! I can not detect any flaws, which means a lot, because of how picky I am. Went to get an estimate on scratches to the car. The adjuster looked at it, went inside, got a rag and some sort of liquid and rubbed out the scratches. No charge. Now THAT is customer service. Of course I gave him a tip. Need your car repaired? Go to Larry Miller Collision Center.

I took my 2017 Tundra in for some minor damage. I was treated very professional and courteous. I took it in on a Monday and picked it up that following Friday. And I walked around to look at where they worked in my truck and it looked just as good as when I bought it new. I would highly recommend this place.

I personally chose this place for a claim to fix my car at, and I was pretty disappointed. Sam was not there when we picked it up, so we could not go over things. I brought it back for one of the three problems and was not happy to bring it back.l for the other two problems..Its just the repairs I got is not what I expected, instead of replacing the bumper and fender like they said they would, it was just patched up, its obviously not like new looking, and after getting it back, two unrelated problems happened: my battery was completely shot so my car didnt start right, and now my hood wont stay up. Im not sure why any of those things would be touched or messed with considering the issue that we had with our car was not related to those items, but it never happened before Until we received it back, and not exactly a nice way to get your car back when it was all fine beforehand.When I asked Sam about the battery he said it was unrelated, the battery was old, and it goes out for how long he assumed we had it. (I wasnt sure honestly how old the battery was, but its a 2016 car so assuming its that old then its 2 years old, but we bought the car like new only a year ago, and again, it was perfectly fine before we brought it, it only been there a couple days.) Regardless it never showed any sign of hesitation to start like that before we brought it. Coincidence it happened to go out while they had it maybe? Idk. But this isnt how I want to get my car back.& The hood no longer being able to stay up was a huge concern, and the fix being a patch up job. (Its not super bad, but not what I expected either, I was told by Geico itd be replaced) and now I have a check engine light on.I had to fill the tank of their rental and buy a new battery the day I get my car back, in the middle of us facing a hardship as it is, now were overdrafted and need to find a way to get gas to make it to work for the next couple weeks

After a few days passed without receiving an email or phone call, I reached out and left a voicemail stating that I hadn’t heard back. Another day went by without getting a response, so I called again, and I again got no answer so I left another voicemail. Again, I didn’t get a response. Later, I tried again and actually spoke with Sam, he verified my contact information and told me he would email the quote. I did not receive it. A couple of days passed, and I called and spoke with one of the employees at the front desk, who told me Sam was not in his office, but that she would leave a message on Sam’s desk to return my call. Three business days have passed and I have not gotten a response.
