Im not going to go into detail but David helped me in a way I didnt think an employee would. And he did it with no hesitation. The day before I took my old battery in and was shown the same awesomeness from Susanna despite my ignorance. Not too often you find two employees under the same roof that show they are actually there to help even if you dont buy anything. Im only going here from now on.
I find everything I need for my auto (or they will order it). I only wish they would connect the check engine gizmo since at 73 its hard for me to kneel and connect it to my auto. I did receive a good explanation as to what the reading could mean and their recommendation was spot on.
I went in to get my battery tested, it was bad. I was very happy that the staff was able to install a new battery!! Staff was friendly also!👍😊
I was helped tonight by Adalberto and Tori. They were both very kind to me when I came in late to buy a battery. Tori was able to help me purchase it and Adalberto was able to help me install the battery. They provided a great service and help to me!
They were awesome! For the first time in years a store employee helped me carry my purchase to the car. The level of customer service was fantastic!!
Some of the employees play around to much while everyone else is working its completely unprofessional. It seems the manager doesnt seem to do anything about it and just lets them do what they want while the others are working.
To be perfectly honest, I do not like AutoZone. The main reason is that most of the time the people who work there dont know anything about cars. Its difficult when trying to explain to them things you need because they dont understandHowever, this location has some pretty knowledgeable people who know exactly what you need when asked. Plus, they have the parts I need for the old vehicle I have.
4.5 stars. They are always helpful here. There are services offered beyond selling car parts and accessories. They will test, recharge your battery. And if you need a new one they install for free. In some cases they can use their device to give a hint at what might be wrong with your car. They no longer offer battery warranties that go beyond 2 or 3 years with pro rated replacement.Heads up, they close at 9:00pm these days, most locations. I showed up at 9 with a dead battery and they couldnt help me.
The customer service is extraordinary and the workers are quite nice.
On Saturday June 19th, 2021.... I arrived at your store because my daughters SUV wasnt blowing cold air. The store was busy and the temperature was well on its way to 116*.... I dealt directly with Jay... Let me start out by stating, i typically deal with your competitor with my corporate account, but happened to be nearest to this location. Jay speaks with a wealth of knowledge, he could have just rushed the transaction, but he didnt, he was careful enough to explain in detail how to check the refrigerant level without opening the can, so if it wasnt the problem i could return the item instead of wasting my money. He was dead on, i think that today customer service and compassion is primarily dead, Jay is practicing an old art, and is a rare one. Please be sure to recognize him, and let him be an example to other CSRs, perhaps have him offer training. Its these details that will ultimately lead to the culture of great customer service. Kudos to you Jay!
It doesnt matter what AutoZone I go to I practically live there I love the place
They were very helpful
Had to return a item the female manager was very rude rolled her eyes after explaining how my chip in my card has not been working. Very low class and not needed Attitude
Love the people great attitude hard workers
The employees here could be a little more knowledgeable & pleasant.
Had to order alternator for mustangs. Was told it would be two days before I could pick it up, and part came a day early. Props to auto zone on 91st and Northern!
Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this location again.
I love coming to this Auto zone. The staff are always friendly, and super helpful. They are very knowledgeable, and offer good advice, as well as keeping a clean store. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, with handicap accessible parking and entrances and very clean. I recommend going here for your auto needs.
Tested my starter, in and out in 5 minutes.
Asked for a locking gas cap and the clerk asked 4 times for the make and model and he still showed me a non locking gas cap. Please listen to each customer, we are all important.
Needed a simple part and they had plenty in stock. Easy to find, well laid out store.
Great welcoming friendly knowledgable. And very professional. Sussane was very helpful.
Came in to buy oil for an oil change and I was impressed with how clean the store is. When I was done with the oil change even the drum you put dispose the oil in was clean. My only complaint was they didnt have one of the oil filters I needed but there is another Autozone a couple miles away and I was able to get it there. Ill use this store whenever I need anything.
Super Quick Service easy to find what I needed but ended up going to get accessories for the car other places because theyre so expensive there trailer light strips and decals and simple stuff like that you can get on Amazon for 50% the price I need a part theyve got it in the back usually or I can get it for you real quick from another location if needed
Right parts first time, Every time! Very friendly and helpful employees.
7:15 a.m. store is still closed because apparently they are unable to open with just one person. That is so inconvenient
The sales guy went way out of his way for me. I didnt catch his name, but the situation was sales guy James sold me the wrong size serpetine belt, the lines were packed so I just gave him$20 and to keep the change. The belt was too small, came back one sales guy was annoyed that I didnt complete the transaction appropriately but another guy stepped in and helped find the right size belt. I mean he took a good 10 minutes, you know 10 minutes in Autozone on a Saturday is a life time to some people. Big thank you to this guy and the Autozone Team that was patient with me.
Bought Auto zone Duralast gold battery and Auto zone did not input my information correctly into their system so they would not honor the battery warranty. Why offer a warranty and come up with a lame excuse not to honor it. I have always shopped auto zone but today a battery cost them a customer.
Always the place I go for batteries. Have used the 3 year warranty to get a replacement battery and now have purchased the same battery for my new vehicle. Has always been consistent, friendly and fast.
I cant say this about any other AutoZone Ive been in. This store has knowledgeable staff and when its not too busy theyre very helpful and will go above and beyond for you. I even met a really great mechanic in the parking lot he owns ASE Complete Auto his name is Chris. Hes a mobile guy and hes got great prices. The staff at the store even recommended him. Everything worked out. This was a great trip to AutoZone!
They ignore black customers when they walk into the store but ask the white customers if they need help
Stopped by to purchase a can of refrigerant for my car. Weather is warming up so topping off the system on my VW. Location was clean for an auto parts store. Within ten steps of walking through the door I found exactly what I needed. They know what to display at this time of year. Can was reasonably priced. Purchased and recharged the system in the parking lot in 5 minutes. All went well and Ill return to the store if in this area of town needing parts or supplies for my car
Appalling customer service by a gentleman in a grey shirt today. My husband went to get the code checked in the car for the check engine light. He was handed the code reader and told to go do it himself, and that the employees dont go outside anymore, despite another employee out there checking a battery. My husband just did it himself, and came back in. Instead of any print out as usual, the guy just said to tighten his gas cap. My husband had to argue with him about purchasing a new cap, because the employee just kept ignoring his request for new one, and kept telling him to tighten it. Finally, Instead of showing different options, the guy just put one on the counter and said the price. The employee acted like my husband was bothering him. Sorry you have to do your job that you are paid to do. Will not be returning to this location.
Great staff!!! Everyone is really helpful.
Super helpful staff. I appreciate their hard work.
Gentleman that helped was extremely helpful and even carried out our purchases to our car for us
Hubs needed a headlight bulb..in and out quick and easy!!
Good service..helped me find the right oil filter for my truck
Gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and informative regarding my car battery!
We went to multiple locations and the staff would not help us return an online order that was never used. We visited the northern location and the manager Jesus H. Was more than willing to help us and he troubleshoot with the IT department in order to get us a full refund. You do not see this type of customer service anymore, great job store 3378!
My car barely able to start on 3 tries Battery is 3 years old. Somehow it passed autozone batt test. Told me to go back to pick it up after recharged. 1+ hour.3 year old batt! Why would not they just replace it? Now i have to worry how long that recharge is going to last. This is for my family vehicle. I have kids. There seem to b an oily thing near the post...not sure if thats normal.Just disappointed how they do warranty process on batt. Come on its a 3 yr old batt, what do you expect?
Great service in store. But called this site after about a order online that I did from there website, got sent a part that didn’t fit(website error because I had the year, make and model correct on my part) guy on the phone told make they don’t handle online orders from there own website?? Okay so I called Autozone service number and the guy told me that they do handle online order. So for the people that are going to answer phone calls for the store, make sure they trained correctly. Or if they don’t know ask. Not that hard.
Good employees and helpful
The young boys working in there today are clueless. They told me that dont have a way to test fuses. I walked over to the isle and bought a $6 circuit tester. Went up to the counter paid for it and as I was leaving told them this is how you test them. Pretty said a woman that doesnt work on cars knows more about them then 2 guys working in an auto parts store. Something is wrong with that picture. Needless to say I will never be coming back to this location.
The manager of this store Juan is absolutely amazing. He took his time to answer every question i had and offered to call a store closer to me for the part i needed so i didnt have to drive as far from where i live. I will drive to this store for my car parts anytime no matter how far it is.
Always have what you need great personal.
They have what I needed and are practicing social distancing.
Place is overpriced. Got some anti seize in sample packets and cost me as much as full tube.
Didnt have the part I needed. But the guy I was talking to was very helpful. (:
Bryan was incredible...helped installing a few parts that I had just purchased
Everyone here is very helpful and knowledgable.
Great service, professional helpful staff
This is my go to place for all my auto needs. Everyone working there is friendly and knowledgeable. They will test your battery and even put it on a charger if necessary. Loaner tools are available for loan or use in front of the store. Everything you need to get your car back on the road.
Been going here for years. Always nice and helpful, goes out their way to help get you the parts you need or find out ways to fix your car. Highly recommend this store to anyone !!
If you aren’t going to have you employees enforce a social distancing policy, or wear masks, you could at least send them home when they’re coughing at their register.Even if we aren’t in a “health crisis” it’s still gross AF.
I’ve gone to this location multiple time and had good service each time. Today I needed a new battery for my car. I was prepared to take it home and replace it myself, but Steve offered to replace it for me right there. So, I’d like to say Thank you, again!Top notch customer service!
I sat in a 15 minute line because only 2 people were working, got up to the desk and was told they it is a very rare part and that they couldnt even order it. I went to Orileys and they had it in stock. Guess it wasnt that rare. I would say the best bet is to order it online. Its cheaper and most of the time better parts.
Where very helpful with getting me the right auto parts for my car.
Juan was extremely kind and helpful when running into issues with my tail light bulb replacement.
The guys were very helpful. Checking out was little slow but otherwise nice place for parts
They were very helpful. I so appreciated that they changed my dead battery-I know they didnt have to.
Greeted as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, they were quick at the register. Location was fairly clean which was a bonus.
We love AutoZone and shop here all the time. Our mechanic told us that our battery was about to go out, so since we had purchased from AutoZone we came today to warranty it out. The transaction went smoothly and Bryan H. was very helpful and OFFERED to replace it for us. We accepted, but it was busy, so we said wed wait outside while he got the line down. Cut to 15 mins later the parking lot is empty and still no one has come out. So I walk in and see the manager standing there texting and Bryan helping a customer. My wife came in and explained that we were waiting for a battery change to the manager who was not helping anyone. The manager was extremely rude saying that they dont get paid for that, and they needed to help everyone else first. When she said she felt he was being rude he got defensive and more rude. We said we would wait outside and as we are walking out he starts saying loudly ITS YOUR CAR, YOU CAN START TAKING IT OUT. We had no tools and the battery change was OFFERED to us, we did not ask. This is a service they have always provided. We werent rude or demanding and shouldnt have been treated like that. When Bryan came out to change the battery he apologized for his manager. Thats sad. We wanted to bring this to the owners attention as well as the customers. I dont know if it was the fact we are both women that he treated us that way, or if that is always his behavior, but it needs to rectified.
Two customers now, and three employees. Been here an hour waiting for help to get a battery. This is ridiclous!
Very helpful staff. They dont have older vehicle parts. Quick to help and give you the attention and time needed.
My husband works at the AutoZone warehouse so it feels like were here using his discount all the time! We are always calling in comparing prices and parts, and they are always so patient with us. This is one of the few AutoZone stores that hasnt sent us home with the wrong product. Great job AutoZoners!
They had the lowest price and the best warranty for a replacement battery for my wifes 2011 Ford Focus. The core charge was in line with their competitors. The wait was a bit long, though. However, it was a Saturday, so I guess that a longer wait is to be expected.
Not helpful at all!!! Im waiting for help to change a head light bulb with my newborn baby and they dont even want to help me so I go try to change the bulb myself and they sold me the wrong bulb so I go back into store wait another 30 minutes in line to tell the manager that this bulb wont fit my head light the manager tells me theres no reason why it shouldnt fit so again I go outside and even have another customer help me because none of the AutoZone employees were going to come out and help me thats for sure so a customer helps me and ensures that yes this is the wrong light bulb so I go back in to AutoZone to get my refund and after waiting in line for 30 minutes my baby is crying and needing to be breastfed so I have to leave without even getting a refund I had to leave with the wrong light bulb and go back later to refund it go to OReillys for all your Auto Part needs because AutoZone doesnt care theyre rude and they think they have every right to be rude at OReillys they will change your light bulb for you thats where I ended up going so dont waste your time at any AutoZone
The manager and staff there are always very helpful!
After todays experience at this particular location, 8050 N 91st Ave, Peoria, AZ, Im not sure that Ill continue shopping at Autozone. My husband took my vehicle battery to be checked out about 2 weeks ago and was told all was well, the battery was good to go, no need for a replacement. Today, the battery died and left me stranded...ok, it happens. My husband took the battery to this store, and why not, we have a warranty. Looks like we were just 7 days too late, the warranty expired. When my husband attempted to work with the manager, greg, he was met with the worst condescending attitude and offered no assistance. Even though, the previous interaction with Autozone, well within the warranty time period, when he had checked to see if a swap was necessary and told it wasnt, he simply told my husband, well stop being cheap paying for the dl and buy the gold. When my husband attempted to reason with him, not only did greg not listen, he was so patronizing, he seemed to enjoy the show he was putting on and told the clerk, Just give him his cheeseburger money, a 10% discount.I am not sure if this cheeseburger meal is in regards to his military discount or exactly what that flippant comment meant but based on the tone of the conversation, the refusal to offer any customer assistance to a long time customer, the refusal to honor the warranty or even discuss options, the patronizing tone and comments by the manager only lead me to believe it was a further insult.I cannot fathom how this stores daily functionality is anywhere near successful with a person like greg representing AutoZone. We are more than happy to give our money to businesses that care enough to respect their customers.Update:Right after posting, the Distict Manager reached out and heard my concerns. He was very professional and quick to take ownership. I understand that a single employees actions cannot always represent the company. I am pleased to change my rating and continue to be a loyal customer.
My daughter & I went there to buy a brake light bulb for her car she just purchased today and had no clue what kind Michael was so helpful & provided excellent customer service . We asked if he can show us how to install & honestly could have declined but the fact that he didnt & helped us out shows there are still good people out there willing to go above & beyond! Thank you Michael!!
Gracias compas! 01-11-2020 update, still very helpful homies. Ask for Miguel

Went to the store on Yuma by Sarvil. On a Sunday. Walked in to get a 5 quart bottle of oil, oil and air filter. When I got there 3 people were working. When I got in line 1 person was working. 20 people in front of me and 4 behind me. No other register opened. Left my stuff on the closest shelf and said out loud#### this Im going to Walmart. I did and saved over 20$ and got in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bought the same brands.
Tori and Jay rock
All those guys over there at AutoZone are great they will help you with anything.
I go to AutoZone because they help me with stuff that i dont know much about. My store on 91st and Northern is AWESOME!!!!
I waited 30 minutes before I walked out.. all I needed to buy was one fuse ...The man helped three people behind me in the beginning it was cause they had cash and then help the person who just walked through the door while there was still other people besides myself waiting in line.
Very friendly and very professional!! Fast service
They are the best real nice help keep up the good work guys
Always wonderful as long as the super huge Mexican man isnt working!
Always knowledgeable and friendly times iv been there
After years of fantastic service from the AutoZone on Dysart and McDowell...3 bad experiences with this location in the last year:Was told on 3 separate occasions that it was absolutely my battery that was going bad. Their tester told them it was certainly the battery.Come to find out it was my alternator, which made more sense to me, but professionals must know more than I do.Went to the AutoZone on Dysart who charged my battery, and said it still had 77% life left... Great, I shelled out $200 for a battery I didnt need, AND $300+ more to get the correct fix for my car, a new ALTERNATOR.Rear wiper: Is this the correct blade to fit my car?Yes, they are all universal these days.3 minutes later, I come back to return it with a broken wiper (frame?). - Amazon got my money that night. Should have known to be more careful after the battery / alternator snafu.New oil filter (Why am I subjecting myself to this kind of repeat bad service?):Picked out filter, waited in line patiently for 10 minutes, only 2 employees on duty.Hey! You always have matched the price of my oil filter (same brand and size exactly) to Walmart. Price match please? The lady at the register tells me with a snotty tone: We now only price match with competition. We will not price match Walmart.-- Somebody who consistently has a pretty sizable chunk of your items at a better price must no longer be competition? --I digress... Ill bring my business to Walmart I guess?I walk out without the oil filter, call another AutoZone, and voila! They will price match it! SURPRISE!I walk back in, patiently wait in line again as the original lady gives me the stank-eye.I ask for the manager, and notice as Im asking that her name tag says that she is the manager...After telling her what I found, she got obnoxiously loud and made sure everyone could hear her say, Ill price match it this one time, Im not going to make a big deal out of $4! It is only ($5), but it is 50%+ of the $9 filter. (Why are you gouging your loyal customers, and you are making a big deal over a price match?)Walmart is on my way home from work, Amazon delivers to my door. Neither of them give me such bad service. I preferred the friendly service and no-hassle, fair price-matches AutoZone used to provide.
Knowledgeable sales people that honestly make you feel like theyre glad you came in
Great staff, a True sincerely of helping the customers with their automotive needs.
WENT TO NAPA FIRST AND THE DISRESPECT WAS UN REAL CAME TO AUTOZONE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM NAPA ON 99 ave and Peoria is not worth it auto zone is better thank you auto zone for the sensor
GOOD SERVICE
Compared to other autozones the customer service is a little better here and the wait usually isnt too bad. Easy to get in and out of the location.
Very helpful.
Get what I need AND a military discount! Thanks guys!
Quick, they had what we needed, good price, conveniently located, clean, friendly.
Fast . Friendly workers with answers to my questions
Best Auto Zone ! Everyone is super friendly and willing to help . Thank you
