I never thought I would be able to buy a car off the showroom floor, but this is my second and the guys at LMD have always made the experience truly wonderful. Guy who showed us the car was cool. The manager was trying to pressure us to make a purchase and rude. Must have had a personal issue.Need overall improvement in not burning future customer business especially with colored people.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No BS or hidden mark ups. Straight forward pricing minus the games. Whole experience took about 2.5 hours from test drive to driving home!
This experience was so much better than my last experience so far. I have not yet received delivery of my vehicle. But will like to give more stars once I do. I must say Sierra, MJ(Mary Jane) and nugget (Brandon) were amazing. The other finance person I believe his name may be nick I forgot. He was amazing as well. Eric Kop was a very nice professional rep for your company. He explained the truck we wereInterested has just come in the day before and would need to be checked and cleaned before we could take procession of the vehicle. Another young man (sorry don’t remember his name but was introduced as the person who was responsible for detailing the vehicle) stated he would schedule the truck the next day and it would be done in 3-4 days. We explained we needed the truck as soon as possible since our son and grandson needed it for transportation to their jobs. We had been giving them rides for several weeks but agreed to the 4 day delay understanding tyke need to detail the truck. The very next day (Monday) Eric called and stated it would be over 10 days before the trick would be available! He said since the truck has been received the day before we bought it it needed to go through your “paperwork” process. He remembered we had needed a vehicle as soon as possible but then stated he didn’t even have a vehicle we could use until the truck was ready. This should been explained during the buying process. Not happy…….

On 10/28/2021 I talked to the salesman his name was Antonio I told him my credit score was in the mid 600s he told me that that shouldnt be a problem after wasting a whole day of my time Antonio says that I wasnt able to get financed and gave me no solid explanation as to why. Well the very next day 10/29/2021 I go down to larry H miller Nissan talk to a salesman named Louis literally next door he gets financed for a car and I drive it home in less than 3 hours this goes to show me that Antonio wasnt very motivated at doing his job.

Worst service department customer service I have ever had. They do not care about you, I needed warranty work done on my vehicle. They said they were going to order my parts and give me a call when they arrived. I called a month later to check in with them and was told they hadn’t been ordered. I asked to speak to a service manager to get this cleared up. It took over a week, 5 calls and threatening to go to the news to get in touch the the manager. Once he did call me back all I got was attitude and I felt like I was just another upset customer he had to deal with. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager at this point to let me know the status of my parts.

We just bought a Dodge Ram for my husband. It was a very easy smooth process. Andrew was a great point of contact, and the negotiations with Isaac were quick and to the point (something I look for, bc i am not one to sit and go back and forth 18x for 6 hours). Then finance was just as smooth, they had a few options for me to choose from. They have gained a client with us, and we will be back when its time to upgrade.

Had a good inventory but the salesmen will not take no for an answer. Told Salesman we just were looking around and were not going to buy anything for awhile. The salesman then proceeds to upsale me into a Larmie or Warlock.... after I told him I just want 4 wheel drive and better ground clearance.. Never will go back. Ill be going to Jones Ford in Wickenburg. Their salesmen wont pressure you into anything and will leave you alone while you are just looking around.

Right my car in for a scheduled repair due to recall. I had an appointment that was made after the dealership confirmed all parts were received. It seems that the repair was effective although I was told part of it didn’t need to be done. However, it took them 3 days to complete the repair. Apparently. They were busy due to the holiday weekend. I’m not sure why they scheduled me at that time. Employees were courteous. They did provide rides to return home after dropping off the car. They also provided a rental car for part of the time, but let’s be realistic. Three days for a scheduled repair due to a recall is ridiculous. I wouldn’t use them again.

Bought a slightly used Challenger a few years back out of state, and LHM played their usual backroom games! We worked our price and I was pre-approved for a loan, so everything should have been so perfect. Not even close! Finance should be as simple as completing paperwork, but its not. Its phase two of sales. Youve struck a deal on the vehicle and the dealership is making money there no matter what they say. Never believe them when they say theyre not making money on the deal or theyre losing money, because theyre not! Those fancy buildings dont pay for themselves. Finance isnt about completing that paperwork, its about them selling you something you dont necessarily need at inflated prices. Even when they adjust prices to appear to be doing you a solid, theyre really just thinking of that extra money theyre trying to make for themselves. They arent back there trying to sell you things you need, they are back there making money for themselves. A good finance manager makes over $100,000 a year selling you stuff you dont need. Granted, gap is a good buy, but not at $800 or $900. Get pre-approved before you go in, and that bank or credit union will offer you gap at half that price. The guy I dealt with tried to push an extended warranty on a car I told him I wouldnt be keeping longer than a year. There were still two years left on the factory warranty. His angle was the warranty provided by Dodge wasnt good enough to cover everything, and that it was risky if I didnt have an extended. I cant believe they wouldnt even backup the product they were selling. He was so greedy to get that extra money, that he was talking smack about the factory warranty. Just being straight up with you, but you do not need extended interior, exterior, windshield, tire & wheel, undercoating, or any other garbage they throw at you. The warranty on your new car is good enough in most cases, and if your car is damaged, your insurance will cover it. Thats why youre paying for it. The ding and dent never covers anything that they cant buff out, so youre just wasting your money.
If I could do 0 stars I would. The service department is HORRIBLE. We have had our car seen 3 times by their professional within a 6 month period. They cannot seem to get the job done the first time and hold the car for 1+ week. Their calls for updates are to let us know nothing was done to our car but tomorrow forsure. Than get the same call the next day. When they have an update its to let us now its additional money. Services are offered and we confirm but they do not do these services they just tell you over the phone it will get done. This is the LAST time we will bring our car here for ANY service. There is no communication or proper notes between what they call service advisors. We are deeply disappointed as we are a loyal dodge family.

Everything was great, except we didnt get to drive the vehicle until the day of pick up because they had the vehicle in there service department after we decided numbers were better in our favor for this particular vehicle. Im still giving this some time to adjust because I want to make sure the vehicle holds its maintenance in place. So far so good.
Made appointment over a week ago. Explained that I live in Montana and heard a grinding noise while driving here. Made the appointment to have noise looked at, as well as oil change and tire rotation. Asked that I be able to drive with a technician when I drop off truck, so I can ensure they hear what Im concerned about.Drove an hour this morning to get to dealership, for my appointment. I made sure to arrive early, so I had time to do drive with technician. When I went to check in, the service advisor was less than friendly. He said nobody could drive with me and began asking me what the problem was.....it was like nothing I said when I scheduled the appointment was even in my file. I told him I was mad about this service and asked for a manager. He said the manager wasnt available. I told him forget it... that I wasnt going to do business with them and he acted like he couldnt care less. He then pointed to another guy standing at a different adviser booth and asked that guy if he wanted to try to help me. That guy came over and said he would ride with me, but seemed unconcerned about the overall way I had been treated. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said he would ride with me, but the manager wasnt available. I told him I didnt want to do business with them and didnt feel comfortable that they would fix my truck.....I left and told them I would leave this review on their site.

I went in last week to go window shopping and Jorge, he was great and even though we looked at vehicles nothing was aha. Jorge did not give up and finally came across the vehicle I knew I wanted. The car salesmen Adrian was very attentive, knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, caring and all around the best salesman that I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. Although, I anticipated the stimulus would cover the cost, I grossly under estimated the total cost. John went above and beyond to find coupons that would assist me financially. The technician did a wonderful job in replacing the air compressor and returning my vehicle in a timely manner.

The experience when purchasing our truck was good until the delivery. Our brand new 3500 was given to us with half a tank of DEF, the tire lock, that we paid $200, for had no key. After several calls to my sales person, with promises of a call back nothing. I spent most of my day trying to get a hold a sales manager to address my concerns. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue I was told I need to drive an hour back to their dealership to have the lock replaced.Service after the sales is less than I expected especially on the purchase of a brand new 3500.
Worst dealership I ever did business with. Got me approved then the mistreatment started. First off the flyer I received said same day delivery which will NOT be the case in most cases. Secondly, they decided to add an additional 2500 dollars to the price AFTER I agreed to pay sticker, saying between transfer from one location to the other which is about 10 miles apart and the half hour it spent in the shop made the truck 2500 bucks more. I called BS. Called a manager at the Peoria location and he basically told me to kick rocks, said he “can’t sell it for original pricing”. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. If you’re in sales at this location and you have any soul left, leave and go anywhere else. I will never ever do business with a Larry h Miller affiliated location ever. Shame for them since I’ve owned over 130 cars too. Their loss.

Over the course of 3 weeks we put down a payment to hold a vehicle in transit and continued to wait. Me being very unpaitent, text MJ daily, constantly asking for updates on said truck. (Probably drove her crazy!) But with much patience and professionalism she always responded and answered my questions to the best of her ability! In the end it paid off! Not only did we get a truck( to start our business) but it ended up being the only truck available for sale, on any lot,with everything we need in the Western United States! She held it for me...sight unseen. Knowing the truck I thought I wanted (still in transit) wouldnt arrive in time for us to hit the road and start making money! I made an appointment to have the shifter cable (recall) replaced. I had also been having multiple electrical problems since I purchased the van which I hoped was related to a previous recall and hoped that it was covered. They were gracious to check it out for me, but they said, no, it wasn’t covered or related.I would have preferred better, clearer communication and updates about what was happening and how how long it would take.That said, the recall repair was done and I know what the electrical issues are. Satisfied overall.Thank you.
My car buying experience was complex, and not the easiest process but what I can say is that Branden P is resilient when it comes to finding an approval and keeping the customer happy. He went above and beyond to compromise and accommodate me and I am beyond grateful. Eddie is a great salesman who doesn’t make you feel pressured or uncomfortable. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and two days after driving it off the lot, the anti lock braking system light came on, and two days after that the passenger side air bag came on. So I contacted the salesperson I was dealing with for the purchase, and informed her of the situation, she then proceeded to say there isnt any warranty on used vehicles with purchasing an extended warranty. Even dealers like Carvana has a three day or 300 mile consumer protection warranty, so if there are any issues, like engine lights.... ECT... They can be resolved. So the salesperson said that the used car manager is going to contact me. But havent received any call, e mail or text addressing the issue. Thank goodness I have everything documented by text. And Im very disappointed cause I specifically went here to buy within the city limits I reside in. Although the sale portion went smooth and the sales people were good, I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from this facility due to issue after the sale.

On January 27 2021 I took my ram in to have the rear drivers side leather seat cover replaced. I was given a $200 quote for service when I purchased seat cover from parts department. When the cover came in a service rep gave me a $290 quote. I told the rep about the $200 quote. He replied, oh maybe he found someone to do it for 200. I started thinking are they shopping their own service employees to do side work or something? I ended up speaking with Pete who said the quote was correct at $200 for 1.5 hours work... Thanks Pete for doing your job with integrity.

I contacted the dealership over the phone to negotiate my purchase. It was remarkably easy to come to terms on the truck. (which is just awesome). Once agreed upon i made my way to the dealership. I was under extreme anxiety shopping for a car without my husband who just passed. The team at Larry H Miller, was kind, patient, and understanding. I had been to auto malls and several dealerships. After talking and Toa giving me the deal I wanted I left with my new truck. I waited a week before my review to keep driving to see if there were actually any problems with the truck that wasnt brought forward when I purchased it. The process seemed too smooth. This is a fantastic dealership with great customer service from all of their employees. Above and beyond service. As we pulled up in the Service bay for our appointment, Kevin was already waiting for us. He was prepared, started entering things on his tablet, asked minimal questions and we were on our way, assured that the recall services on our van would be complete in the afternoon, as well as an oil change we requested as an afterthought. Then, sure enough, we got a call when it was ready. The price was as quoted (for just the oil change). Very pleased with this first time visit and we will be back for subsequent work when the time arises.
I was very happy with this specific dealership, from the moment I called and spoke with Josh in the service department to scheduling an appointment, all the way to when I got the keys back and my car was fixed.The last dealership I went to was terrible and I expressed these concerns with Josh and unloaded all of the questions I had about my car onto him. Even when I thought all my questions were asked, I would think of another and Josh had an answer and explained all possible issues and resolutions, never once sounding annoyed or irritated.Although they were booked far out since this is a popular location, he offered me sooner appointments to squeeze me in which I appreciated. They were very honest and fair, didn’t try to pressure me into fixing other things (physically showed me on the IPad that there weren’t any other issues) and reassured me my car was in good condition and ready to go at the end! And a plus side, it didn’t take a long time for them to service my car.

John Clapp our service Advisor was exceptional. He did a great job on getting all the warranty work on the new Ram done.He also found there was a recall so he took care of the recall so we didnt have to be inconvienced again and he took care of it.Great Service advisor hands down.Also I need to thank Bruce Weiss for setting the appointment up and assigning us to such an amazing service advisor.
I cant recommend them due to the finance department refuses to communicate. They facilitated a lease buyout of my Ram truck. I am now sitting with payments due on both the lease and the new loan. A mistake was made on the first contract (not a big deal). They put a new one through about a week later. The first version is still with new finance company and they have a payment scheduled. Meanwhile, the lease company showed the lease was paid off for 6 days and then that payoff was removed so now the payment is due. Its now been 3 weeks since the second version of the contract was completed. I can actually deal with mistakes, what I cant deal with is NO ONE will call me back. I did receive a text back from the salesperson that was on vacation saying she would let someone know. Response received...NOTHING. I figured okay, after the weekend was over someone would call...NOTHING. Try calling their finance director...voicemail...NOTHING. From start to finish Cesar Castaneda went above and beyond what a car sales man has ever done. I have been to a lot of dealerships and have to say that Larry H Miller dodge Peoria has been the best yet.. I live in Casa Grande, AZ and would drive over an hour to buy a car from them again.
I purchased my Ram 1500 at Larry Miller Ram Peoria new in 2015. I have had them perform every bit of service my truck had ever needed. For the first time ever, I had a service advisor who made me feel like I was not interrupting his day. I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment, and Pete greeted me like he had just won the lottery. Very pleasant service advisor. He immediately came out and did his initial inspection, and before I could get done with my paperwork my truck was taken back for service. He graciously updated my account information, as I had a new home address and email address, without any hesitation or being disgruntled. It was EXTREMELY nice to have had this kind of service after so many years. Thank you Pete! You are definitely my preferred service advisor from now on.

Do yourselves a favor and go to Earnhardt or York Dodge. This has been the worst experience with a car ever. Service is HORRIBLE! Managers dont give a care either. Managers dont return phone calls. Then SHOP damaged the Durango and my 80 year old dad doesnt want to say anything because he knows they wont fix it. Beware dont go here if you want good service.

What can I say that others haven’t said already. Basically the valley has better dealerships to choose from especially if you are looking in terms of customer service. I thought I had been to the worse before but Larry Miller had to step it up as one of the worse. Great pricing if you can get a hold of someone to talk to. I don’t recommend reaching out through online or through another website they advertise on because you will never receive a call or email mom still waiting after a month. Went into the dealership a week and a half ago and still waiting for the salesman to give me my trade info that I gave him and even texted his personal cell phone with no response. So again pricing is a little better but if you want to pay a little more for better customer service and options I can tell you a few to try.
Very frustrating that I had to pay for “lifetime nitrogen tires” because it was a dealer add on and was told when ever it’s low to bring it back and they would top off with nitrogen. I brought it back a few days ago and the service guy told me we only put nitrogen in for new vehicles because it’s hard to get too. I explained what I paid for and he said they would only fill with regular air. I then explained that I was told if you fill it up with nitrogen and then top it off with regular air you’re supposed to bring it back to the dealership when you have a chance so they can drain all the air out and fill it up back up with nitrogen properly. Very frustrated and disappointed that I had to pay for something that the dealership added on to the total cost of the vehicle but then I don’t get that service.
Stacey was my salesperson. He was great! Not aggressive or pushy like many. He was very professional. I highly recommend this business and Stacey.
Every was kind and helpful I walked in to shop around and walked out buying 2 cars at the same time thank you everyone for being kind and helpful.
I had questions beyond the oil change, Jason listened and answered every one that he could. When he wasnt sure he went and found someone who did know. I couldnt ask for better customer service then that.The oil change was on time from start to finish everything I would expect from simple preventative maintenance.
As always great customer service with Josh!He is always keeping us in the loop as they progress with work.He is kind and very helpful when we ask questions.As for the technicians, we have had a good experince so far and seem to complete all tasks in a timely fashion.All in all the Service department is top notch!

Had a great experience here. Bought my first brand new vehicle in my life here. Loved the way I was treated. Josh is the best showed me a great car and bought it right away. I was treated like family here from salesperson, finance personnel, and trade evaluator. They were all great. Even after the deal was done they got me an even lower interest rate saved me like 8000 over the life of the loan. Bought a brand new 2021 charger rat skat pal wide body that day. I will be doing business here again. When everyone else in the valley would only give me 40000 for my trade they gave me 47000 for it. If you looking for a car or truck go see Josh in sales great guy. Thanks guys you made it great for me.
Left the lot with a fresh 2016 Silverado. Best deal I was able to make in the valley at a reasonable price. Free oil changes for a year as well!!

Huge thanks to Pete Pabst & the service team at LHM for their assistance with a repair I needed on my truck. They were so prompt, communicative, and accurate in their diagnosis and repair, and I couldnt have hoped for a better experience. Id previously been to various local shops who each told me I needed a different, extensive diagnostic and/or repair to get my AC blowing cold again, and was frustrated by the lack of simplicity with which these other shops explained the problem or tried to sell me on unrelated fixes. Im impressed! Pulled up on the service drive and was greeted by Aaron my new service advisor! I appreciated his humor as we discussed why I was there.
