This guy Brian uses Groupon but will get upset when you try to use it. I bought a Groupon and called on Monday to set up an appointment. They only had Friday availability so I put my name down. When I get there he says he has a ton of cars ahead of me (even tho I made an appointment) and that he would get it done by the end of the day. That did not happen. When I returned I was the only car that had not been serviced. The worst part about the experience was that during my drop off Brian somehow went on a rant about his 4 ex wife’s and how two cheated on him, bashing on democrats (I’m not a Democrat), and the absolute worse part was when he mentioned that people who don’t work should be left for dead and that the government needs to set up towers at the border and let off a round of bullets at the “non humans”. That should get them to think twice about crossing the border. I don’t even understand how we got to that point. At the end of the day this guy is BAD. There are tons and tons of auto shops in the valley find a different one. TRUST ME

This automotive center is highly recommended for a variety of service and repair. The owner, Brian, is dedicated to customer satisfaction and stands behind all work. THe chief mechanic, Howard, has a wealth of knowledge and skill to work on older classic cars which most dealerships lack. I have been searching and trying several places until I found AZ Tire & Automotive Center five years ago .This is a one stop repair facility to care for my ten car collection from a 1957 Porsche, 1968 Mustang, 63-65 Corvairs, to newer Cadillac, Honda and Corvette.

Great owner, very fast service. I made an appointment for noon, didnt get the mustang back till 1225 but was still out at 1pm!! Amazing guys well done!

Where do I begin? Everything about the experience here was so bad I do not recommend anyone to go here. They just want money and lie about what’s wrong with your car. Horrible and dishonest people here especially the owner.

Great local repair shop. Fixed my electrical problem at a fraction of what a dealer estimated.

This place is the absolute worst experience I ever had. I was overcharged 1,200 dollars for maintenance on my car, only for them to not screw the lug nuts onto my tire. A week later my tire fell off as I was driving. I broke down in the worst part of town and was nearly killed.When I demand that they repair the damage that was caused by their negligence, they were very rude and unsympathetic. Brian eventually did make some repairs, but did not fix the body damaged that was caused when my freaking tire fell off of my car. I had to take it to another shop and demanded that AZ tire and auto cover that invoice. They were bluntly rude over the matter, I had to fight them to cover less than 1/3 of the invoice.Honestly, if i wasnt so lazy, I would take these clowns to court and have them reimburse me everything. They completely ruined my car and never made things right. If your looking to get overcharged for them to wreck your car, then this is place for you. If you do not want to be overcharged and have your car be forever damaged, then go to ANYWHERE else.

I bought a couple different deals on Groupon and when I got into get my work done he said he couldnt honor the deals but would put what I paid toward the full price. He uses Groupon to get people in the door and then charges them full price. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Wish he would make it right!

I went in this past Friday to see about having some repairs done to my son’s vehicle. I was expecting to talk to Brian, but I was told he was out of town. Instead the mechanic, Bill helped me out. I did not feel welcomed here at all! He had a presumptuous attitude and pretty much ran me out of the office. This was very unprofessional of him, he has no business dealing with the public. I will be taking my cars elsewhere, where I feel welcomed and my business is appreciated!

I visited this shop yesterday for a brake fluid flush. My GPS guided me to their back service-bay area. They have a beautiful, clean and well-kept garage. The staff and owner were friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices on certain services are some of the best you will find! The shop was able to accommodate a same day appointment for me and I was surprised at how quickly they performed my service! I think I only waited 15 minutes! I performed this service as a general maintenance due to the mileage on my car, and after the service my car felt as though it stopped much smoother. I would highly recommend this independently owned shop!

I took my vehicle for an oil change and I was so satisfied with my experience at Arizona Tire & Automotive that I took my daughter with her vehicle for an oil change, however the Mechanic Bill found a leak in the radiator where the antifreeze was leaking. This is in the middle of June with temperatures of 105 degrees on a 2015 Mazda. They were able to fix everything plus performed the oil change in matter of hours.We highly recommend Arizona Tire and Automotive to everyone who is interested in excellent quality, reasonably priced and honest auto work.Thanks Brian and Bill.P. Oh boy, do you not want to come here. I bought the Groupon for the $39 alignment. I called and set an appointment for 1pm the next day. When I arrived at 1:03pm today because its so hard to find the place, I was left waiting for 30 minutes before they got to my car.They then told me 20 minutes after that my 2014 Toyota Camry cant be aligned by them and that I have to take it to the dealership. They said I have electronic steering and lane departure and that the computer needs to be reset or else the alignment wont work. The 2014 Camry that I have has a power steering pump and does not have lane departure so their explanation was just completely false. Also, why did it take them 50 minutes to discover this? The Toyota Camry is one of the most popular cars on the planet and they should know whether or not they can align it when you set the appointment and tell them what vehicle you have. Ive never been told this by any other shop!I think they have no idea what they are talking about and judging from some of these other reviews, Im probably not wrong. Do not come here unless you want to waste an hour of your time for them to tell you they cant do anything and also refunding your Groupon order (outsourced CS so another 20 min of wasted time there). Wish I could give less than one star.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITG THIS HORRIBLE SHOP. Went in recently on a Saturday for an oil change and brake inspection. Spoke to Brian. Not only did it take over and hour and a half to do an oil change but he left my drain plug loose so my car leaked oil all over the bottom as well as my drivewa . DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS HORRIBLE SHOP.

Excellent service!!! I went in for an oil change with Groupon in hand and i wasnt prepared for the friendly service and great deals. I made an appointment for new brakes at another shop and when they gave me an incredible deal (saved me $100.) I was able to afford 2 front tires, which I knew I needed, and they gave me a price that was way better than those big tire shops.This is my go to place for all three of my cars.Teacher on a tight budget!!!

I took my car in for an oil change and they told me my brakes and rotors were failing. I took it to get them fixed someplace else and they told me there was nothing wrong with them. I kinda feel like he was just trying to get 250 bucks outta me .

I did have this place rated with 5 stars, but since then, Ive been left very disappointed. The owner told me that he rotated my tires, because I did of course pay him to, but after I got home, I realized they were not in fact rotated. He also told me he would wire the plastic scrape guard up because it was broken and dragging. I thought it was very nice of him to tell me that he would take care of it, however, he also did not do that. When I called the shop, after getting home, a woman answered their phone and tried to argue with me about whether or not I had paid for that work to be done. I explained that I did pay for a tire rotation, even though the invoice stated $0, because the owner had agreed to do it for the advertised groupon price. After she started raising her voice, I demanded to speak with the owner. He wouldnt rotate my tired that same day, even though they were still in the shop. I had to come pack three days later. I dont want to be yelled at, nor do I want to listen to the owners political views on the waiting area, AND I do expect the work to be done thats agreed upon, without being lied to about if it was actually done.

They quickly got our vehicle in to repair a nail damaged slow leaking tire, to get us back on our road trip. They did a great job and were very friendly.

Had major problems after my transmission service. Had to be towed back and repaired. Friendly service but i would not recomend.

Be aware if youre a woman going here they will try and upsell you on stuff you dont need and make up problems you dont have. They are not honest or trust worthy. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a reputable shop, these guys aint it.

Great Mom and Pop shop. Super sweet shop dog too. They were having a real bad day with a lot of work and one guy having suddenly quit but I watched them work fast and hard on several vehicles while I waited for my car that had originally come in for an oil change but then added on an AC charge, thus increasing the work load.

Just got an oil change here but they do a great job and are really friendly. We had an issue with our oil pan and instead of charging us to fix it, they were able to work around it. Nice guys

I came here for a Groupon wheel alignment and was expecting a list a mile long for things that needed to be fixed on my car. The guys were very honest and said everything was great (which I already knew) and didnt try to sell me even an oil change. Ill be returning and recommending this place to others!

Dont come here, this is the worst shop ever. I came here to have my truck fix. Electrical problem no break lights and no turning signal. The first time Brian told me easy fix $150! Bad break controler. Cool. I didnt make it to my house and it stopped working. Took it back to Brian and Bill. Two days later called me back saying it will cost $700 to fix now. Wow but okay as long its fixed. Bill told me hes a master in electrical problem and assured me he will fix the issue. It worked for about 3 weeks and now its doing the same thing blowing fuses. I took the truck back to shop and Billy and Brian told me there is nothing they can do, bs you took $850 and didnt fix my truck .Dont spend your money with this two guys they have no idea what there doing. BAD SHOP

This place is not to be trusted. I took my vehicle in for service and didnt notice that along with fixing my vehicle they removed performance parts and replaced them with inferior equipment. Dont let your car out of your sight if you go there. Better yet dont go there!

This is a two man shop, and both guys are great, knowledgeable, and personable. And they are fair in pricing, and dont gouge you just because youre a girl.

Bought a Groupon stating 3 oil changes for $30. Checked the fine print and there seemed to be no additional charges. Scheduled my appointment and after my girlfriend and I had our cars serviced the guy tells me theres a $7.50 charge per oil change; I ended up paying for it and he gave me a free oil change punch card. Went in to get my last oil change and he attempted to charge me another $7.50. In total, thats almost double the Groupon price. The only reason Im putting 2 stars is because the work done was fine; as far as I know but who knows.

Brian and Sheyl Hillerl remind me of the days of the Mom and Pop shops that are missing in America. Trustworthy, honest, good old American love for thy neighbor. I TRULY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT for any type of car repair.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I make an appointment at 10 and am told it will take 2-3 hours. Cool I Uber home and its been about 3 and a half hours no call so I Uber back to the shop. I get there and my car has not moved. I ask the guy (when I finally can. They dont care about people waiting for them out front theyll look at you and eat sandwiches and not approach you from the back) and I ask hey its been over 3 hours is my car next? And the guy says theres one car ahead of mine and gives me a 45-1:30 wait. Sure thats annoying but things happen Im sure. I am waiting for 3 more hours and my car is still outside and not touched. As I am writing this it has not been touched. And as I am writing this I have been told twice that my car is next. Its still out there and Ive seen multiple cars go up there. So please avoid this place. Dont buy the Groupon I know its cheap but go elsewhere. The other employees even came up to me and apologized saying the guy running the place doesnt know what hes doing. Awesome. 0/5 stars. Never coming here again

The work done and service is great. I was asked to pay $40 more than what was posted on the price menu for a transmission service. Ended up not getting the service because the mechanic didnt want to soend the afternoon trying to getva stuck bolt out. Mom and pop shop where the marital arguments are for your entertainment!

Just had four new tires installed and was very quick and easy. They have a friendly staff and quality service.

I just wanted to say I bought the Groupon for a oil change and a alignment on my car. I got the oil change but didnt get the alignment the machine went down and he told me to bring it back so I finally did as nd with that I bought two tires but when driving my car I realized my alignment was never done. So I wasnt going to bother going back a third time.

Went here to get an oil change I purchased a Groupon and AFTER the service they told me there is still a charge for disposal and waste and Im thinking ok maybe its only a couple dollars. Nope. It was $11 that is insane. I have never paid that much for waste and disposal that costed almost more than the oil change. Will not return.

Very friendly and fast.My only issue is how the payment was processed:I saw the good reviews on Groupon and purchased the 300.00 package for 111.00.I mentioned the Groupon to Brian and he asked me to cancel the Groupon so he didnt have to give back half.Despite the red flag he seemed honest and still very friendly so I did so.I was quoted 408.00 for front and rear pads and roters.I wasnt able to wait for the rear rotors to arive so they just did the front.Service was fast and when it came time to pay the bill was 381.00.I asked where the 300.00 was applied or if they just started at 111.00 and priced from there.The invoice is not itemized so I have no idea what exactly was covered.They told me they gave me a discount and will give me another when I come back for the rear, but Im not 100% confidant that this was what the deal was on Groupon.I feel 381.00 is a bit much for front rotors and pads-if the rotors are so expensive then why was front and rear only going to be $30.00 more?I dont feel I got the deal Groupon was advertising because I trusted the business instead-and without a break down on my invoice of what exactly was discounted Im stuck feeling that I was taken advantage of.Quality of service and friendliness was great, but I dont feel I got the deal I was looking for.

WOW,After Getting My Front Struts Replaced i Bought a Groupon for a Front Wheel Alignment in MAY 2018 and was told The equipment To do the job was broken Call Back In a week, So Now 10-09-2018 with Tires almost Bald i call and The equipment is still down and he need another MONTH for Replacement Parts. DO NOT GO HERE!
