I called to inquire about a specific product, zippered compression socks. The person I spoke with curtly told me we dont carry them and hung up.I called another local shop and the young woman told me they dont carry zippered but do carry others and asked me excellent questions concerning my need, and condition. We discussed at length and she made excellent suggestions and advised me on how to be fitted to get the correct size and pressure for my condition.Its a shame your rep couldnt find the time to be as helpful.

Buyer Beware!!! This company has the worst customer service ever. I will never again purchase anything from them. I purchased a medical item. I tried to return it 10 days later, but was told by the owner that we dont have a return policy. You are stuck with the item you purchased, they will not give your money back! They will only let you purchase something else in the store. The girl that waited on me was rude also. Wish I would have checked their rating before I went there. Live and learn :(

Great Service! They had everything that I needed all in one stop!We bought a lift chair for my mother and they had a HUGE selection on display and even more in stock. The gentleman helped my mother to find the right chair (shes short!) and had it in stock and delivered it to her house (no charge!) the same day.She also needed some bathroom items (shower chair, toilet riser) and they had several to choose from at a reasonable price.My mother is very happy and so am I!

Make sure you are sure if you special order something. They suddenly had a no return policy after the cart I ordered was too big and not maneuverable for my needs. They exchanged it but I lost $600.

Always a good selection and a helpful courteous staff. Would recommend to anyone!
