My friend and I went to this store today and we were followed throughout the store as we browsed around. The guy followed our every move, right behind us, making sure we weren’t stealing or something. We felt we were being discriminated against. Then the guy said “are you guys almost done because I have to go to the back”.. so we just paid and left. But we strongly regret shopping here and won’t be coming back. Go across the street to Nationwide!

Been going to the nail supply on and off for about 5 years and always had bad experiences but they majorly crossed the line last time I was there. First of all, I had to walk sideways down the aisle because of the piles of boxes down each side and while I was looking at polish, the man who works there starting digging though my basket to check how many bottles of primer I got. He was breathing down my neck the whole time I was there and kept asking me how many of each product I got (I think he was testing me to see if I was stealing or not), then right before I left I asked about a brush and he showed me the same one I had purchased in the past and said it was 10 dollars more than last time. Then he showed me an old brush that was sitting on the counter and said it was the same price (bristle were blow out and dirty). Never again, prices are slightly cheaper but not worth the hassle.

Owner of the store (the guy) backed into my PARKED car, tried to brush it off like nothing happened, took 20 minutes and a call to the cops to simply get him to hand over the insurance info. The woman who owns the store stormed out and tried to tell me nothing happened and it isnt bad🖕 All meanwhile my girlfriend was inside shopping, the owner is breathing down her neck trying to rush her out because they have other things to do right now. It was 3 hours before closing time, what other things could you need to do?Save yourself the time, hassle and disappointment with these extremely rude and selfish people and go somewhere else. If you come here, make sure you park near the back of the lot since the owner obviously cant see either.

Called before couple days ago and they said they were going to be open I drive all the way from Wickenburg and I get there and theyre closed I call as Im sitting in the parking lot and nobody answers

I would give No stars if possible.Rude and extremely messy with products all over the floor throughout the store. Its a fire hazard. No prices on anything and you have to ask and always a rude and glaring reply, if they werent rude enough. For the sake of lengthy review and for a pleasant experience all around, just go over to Nationwide which is across on the south side of Cactus near Lee Lee.

The lady who works here is always very rude, she always follows us around as if we’re going to steal and tries to rush us out of the store. She seems to only have a decent attitude with people who speak her language. It never changes I’ve been here over 5 times and every time she makes me feel uncomfortable. I’m just trying to shop for my needs just like everyone else without being discriminated against. I’ll take my business elsewhere she doesn’t deserve my coin

VERY RUDE! The place had no markers for what the price of anything is so you have to ask them about everything. The isles you have to walk side ways to get threw and it’s a fire hazard. not good prices. But everything is scattered.

Do not come here. Its not worth the hassle.

Love this place. It’s a bit of a hunt and peck trying to find what you’re looking for, the aisles are crammed, but the staff is always very helpful. They’re knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always accommodating as well.

So, there are 2 nail supply stores at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Cactus. If you are debating about which one to go to let me just save you some time. Do NOT go here. The staff barely acknowledged my presence in the store and continued to help every other customer that came in to the store after me that spoke their language. In addition to this the store is an absolute mess. There are boxes waiting to be unpacked literally everywhere which you will have to step over to walk down the aisle. I was in the store for 20 minutes without any help when I decided to leave and go across the street to the other supply store next to the Asian market, where I was helped immediately.

Super annoying. I only go there because they sell Dazzle Dry. Nothing has the price on it. You have to ask,they have to punch a bunch of numbers in the cash register to find the it and by the time they find the price to whatever youre looking for, somebody else who speaks their native tongue gets waited on while youre standing there still waiting to be taken care of!! I also think that the prices may be different depending on what language you speak.

HAD THE WORST experience here... walked in 45 minutes before close about a week ago on a Saturday.. and the man was rushing me and ONE other customer in the store to get what we need and leave because he had stuff to do, when asking questions was cut off in mid sentence. HORRIBLE customer service and i WILL not go back.

Great price, lots of product, all she always gives me great deals because, I travel from Blythe. Ive been shopping here for 4 years. Friendly and helpful carrying my products out the door for me

This store is very well organized. They have everything nails you can think of. I shop here frequently.

I was skeptical about getting some new products to try and was told I could return them if I wasnt happy. Tried them and my nail gal said to take them back. She was NOT happy with them. Went to return them the week after purchase and she wouldnt allow me to. I will NEVER go back there again and neither will any of my friends or colleagues. There is a place across the street that is much better. Do not give this place the time of day!

Owners follow you around in the store as if they dont want you there staring at your every move making one feel very uncomfortable. Isles are littered with boxes of product so you are not able to shop some isles. Not only a fire hazard but a dangerous way to shop if you must climb over boxes.

Sitting outside of Az nail supply as I write this. My mother ( who is a license nail tech ) in Texas and myself went here to check out to see what they have different from Texas nail supply store. We weren’t even in the store five minutes when they begin hounding us asking what we came in there for. The man kept repeating that this store is for professionals which my mother is !!! Guess you can’t be a black nail tech in Arizona !!!! They didn’t even allow us five mins in without following us and continue to ask what we are looking for...ummm can we look around then ask question if we need answers like any other damn store !!!WONT EVER COME HERE AGAIN

The store is so packed with stuff that you can hardly walk around. Theres polish in boxes on the floor everywhere and stuff is just all over the place. Regardless, they have a lot of polish and supplies that are really cheap. I dont mind the clutter because the prices are so great. OPI normally retails for $9 and they sell them for non-licensed people for $4.50 each. Id say thats a great deal!

Arrived to atore at 6:55pm and was greeted by a gentleman asking if I needed help. After stating that I came in for nail nippers, he showed me 2 pair. Upon reviewing both pairs, the woman working (appearrd to be the owner) came around the counter to examine what I held in my hands.I explained that I had an ingrown toenail that was hurting. Instead of assisting me by suggesting other possible products, she told me I needed to go to the nail salon. Then, before I could explain that the salon in fact CAUSED the nail to be further in bedded. . .SHE CUT ME OFF, TELLING ME THEY WERE CLOSING!!To which I responded, Its 7:05pm. I thought you were open until 8:00pm, according to the website anyhow.I returned the products to the racks and went across the street to Nationwide Nail Supply!!!! Here is was treated with respect and employees were all kind!

Go to nationwide!! Its right across the street and its a lot cleaner and organized! They treat you a whole lot better!! kim is mean and rude and only seems to want to help her people and not other paying customers that dont speak their language. The store is a hoarding mess!! Boxes everywhere, you have to scoot sideways down each isle. the only one thats nice is the old man! Its not worth the trip! trust me im saving you the hassle! Plus most polishes and products look old.

The woman that works there is sooo incredibly rude. I smiled at her and she rolled her eyes at me and my two sisters who came in with me. The man is helpful and seems nice. But the place is so crowded, they have boxes on the floor in every isle, they have no prices on anything and when you ask how much something is, you can tell they make the price in their head. Also the woman pretends to be doing something in the same isle that im in and tries to catch me or my sisters stealing. (Which we would never do) the nail place across the street is so much better, cleaner and not even crowded. Everything is organized there. I dont plan on coming back here unless I really have to.

I only go there because they are close by. The lady is sweet and they try but not my cup of joe for other reasons

I am here outside the door and they have the lights on and it is 6:30 on a Saturday when is within there business hours. I’ll leave a bad review for bad service because they can’t even be open during open hours. What a joke.

They have a good and cheap selection of polish. It is a little cluttered but I dont mind that. Oh and they dont always open at the time that is listed. Thats why they got 4 stars.

Love this nail supply store, all the other stores ran out of poi and gelish lamps except this one, life saver for sure!!

Absolutely horrible customer service, I bought a $35 lash glue and it was horrible the lashes just slipped right off after being set on, my lash girl couldnt even finish the set because they kept coming off. I called and they wouldnt give me my money back then he hung up on me.

Not a good Experience not going back to that store, that lady has a realy bad attitude with costumers.

I like the prices and quantity of products. Its kinda cramped in the store but the people are nice and they have a great variety
