Jareds management skills are top notch, he was running the whole front end and helping the mechanics at the same time. All while providing amazing customet service. I and the rest of the A&E factory service team appreciate your hard work at something even as simple as getting that battery put in my van with an already overloaded schedule. He made it happen

The employee was nice but he was busy for a long while with another customer. An hour before closing and they didnt have time to patch or plug a tire, told me to leave it overnight and they could get to it in the morning.Not exactly going to work for me while going back home to Texas.

They misdiagnosed my car causing me to pay more money

Set appointment online for 4 tires and a alignment. When I got to the store for my appointment they did not reserve the tires for my order so they only had 2 out of 4 tires available. I told them to go ahead and install the 2 tires. 1.5 hrs later they came and said one out the two tires available was bad. Asked if I wanted 1 tire, no I do not want one tire put my old tires back on. Tried to get them to price match higher priced tires that they had in stock but they would not. do that either. The customer before me had their car messed up so bad by Tires Plus that they had to get them a rental car. If you set appointment make sure you call to double check that they actually have the tires. This place is a joke.

Im from 8 hours away and got a bolt in my tire at 9 pm. The next day I call Tires Plus and they got me right in. Todd did an awesome job and we were back on the road an hour later. They were very professional, I would recommend them, they were honest and great to deal with.

I called and set up an appointment to have my brakes done and an oil change. I set it up for Sunday and brought my car in and dropped it off Saturday afternoon. It was to be done Sunday. Well they are closed and no call no contacting me of any kind. I have no vehicle now. I was probably bumped and walk in put ahead of me. Drove by and my truck is STILL in the same spot where I dropped it off Saturday. I parked a certain way so that is how I know it NEVER moved! I would have expected a call or something to let me know that there was going to be a delay of some sort. Now I am screwed and have to try and find a ride to work and a ride to pick my car up when its done. This is exactly why I set my appointment up for the weekend. Have gone to tires plus in the past and never had an issue like this. Pretty sure they are not going to compensate me for this.Then I call at 715am... they say they open at 7am..... no answer and I get some answering machine message saying no one is available to take my call and I call back and someone picks up and says nothing. Wow

Not professional have no idea what they are doing. Do not call you with any issues. I was supposed to have 2 firestone tires put on. Their system showed they had 4 in stock turns out they had zero. Did not call me to let me know. When I went to pick up my car an hour before they closed they said they could order them and have my car done by 10 am the next day. As of 1:30 the next day no word from them. I called and the tires supposedly just arrived now I have to wait another hour till they are done. Very bad customer service. I will not be back.

Initially not a pleasant experience but the service manager was great at addressing my concerns and handling the problem. The repair was done quickly. Its nice to know that there are still places that value their customers.

I took my car in to get new tires and asked them about a noise with my suspension. AFTER spending over $800 on tires, James calls to tell me that my control arm bushing needs replaced. When I asked how much it will run he said a lot. When pressed he said $1500 because he couldn’t figure out how to just get the bushing to be replaced. To replace just the busing at 120k miles and not the control arm is a waste. Basically I spent $800 on new tires on a car I shouldn’t be driving.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN TIRES!!!

Good service & prices. 2 hours to install 4 tires & alignment seems a bit long but I think they only had 1 tech on duty, so Ill cut them some slack. Overall good experience.

On June 24, 2020 my father brought in for service a 2006 Kia Spectre to the Tires Plus store in Plymouth for a tire repair. He was helped by a gentleman named Dustin. Dustin went over and above to make sure that my father was content and satisfied. He could not have been more kind or professional than he was. Dustin did and absolutely fantastic job for my father, was timely, ensured my father was updated on the service of his vehicle through the process and he just can’t say enough. My father will recommend this location to everybody.

Went to get my tires changed, guy was sitting at his desk when I arrived, did not greet me when I came in. He sat there long, took a drink, then put on his mask and approached the counter. When I went to pick up my vehicle after it was done they asked about an alignment, I stated that I couldn’t afford that right now and they got an attitude and was very short when communicating with me.

Went to tires plus to have rims changed to ones I purchased elsewhere. I worked directly with Austin who was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Austin allowed me to try out the rims on my spare tire before committing to make sure they were the correct width. After realizing that the rims had incorrect lug spacing Austin allowed me to only pay a portion of the estimated cost despite him doing double the work to fix my mistake. Excellent and honest service, highly recommend

One negative: I waited for about 15 minutes until someone came to the front to assist me. However after that, it was quite smooth sailing. They fit me in (without an appointment) and did the work (installing 4 new tires) in a timely manner especially considering it was a walk in. Also, tire installation price is fair. Will be back for my tire needs.

I had an emergent situation with a tire today. I called Sean Story, store manager. He went out of his way to wait for me to arrive and fix my tire. I dont know what I would have done. I highly recommend this store.....customer service is superb!!!

Hard to get appointment. Then when you have one scheduled for 4 days before they call to reschedule as they dont have but one tech person working. I was scheduled to drop off early and was to be finished close to 9. Its 930 and still not in.I was trying to give benefit of last times issues had been resolved but clearly not. Last oil change they put wrong filter on causing oil to leak out all over floor of garage. Brought back and the apologized and fixed to have it done again. Totally ridiculous.

The customer service and the excellent explanation as to what I should do. Reviewed warranty information to avoid me paying more than what I should. Went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

Outstanding staff and customer service. Straight to the point, they give you an honest diagnosis of your problem. Had tires put on here a while back, they showed me i had a suspension issue. Saved me alot of money down the road by preventing my tires from wearing incorrectly.

Service was awesome even though they had nobody available to assist us on a Sunday. We were traveling cross country when the dredded check engine light came on. Tom did a quick diagnostic check and identified the likely problem. Once that was done he called a friend at another shop (Firestone) a few miles away who agreed to take a look. What great service from Tom st Tires Plus. Can t go wrong with the outstanding service we received. Way above and beyond what you usually get these days.

I brought my car in at the very last minute. They got it fixed the same day. Friendly staff knowledgeable mechanics. Especially if you have a Volkswagen. A little pricey but yet I understand. Would highly recommend.

I took my car in on Saturday March 9th, to have 3 brand new tires put on. I really liked Dave, he was very helpful. I noticed that the facility offered other services and mentioned to Dave my engine light was on. He said he would do a free scan to see what the problem was. I got real comfortable. especially considering I was going to take my car to Dodge for that problem. I decided to stick with Just Tires Plus. Dave said we would speak about whatever the problem was so we could possibly go forward with a fix. When I came to pick up my car, Dave was in a meeting. Not only did not get the opportunity to talk to him, they never did the scan. I called back Wednesday to book for Thursday morning at 7am.To get a brake inspection and have the car scanned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and the called them at 4pm to get a status on my vehicle. At that time, they still had inspected my car and that it would have been done by the time I got there. Brian called and said they wouldnt be able to look at my car until tomorrow. I was so disappointed and cant believe the response this gentlemen has given me. I definitely WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS BUSINESS.

Had a really great experience! Went in there to get a diagnostic because my truck was having problems and they were able to diagnose, find the part, and fix it within two hours. They even offered a military discount!Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and willing to give you the best advice.

Got me in promptly and had my new tire installed in less than an hour.. The manager Shawn was fabulous and kept his word about prompt service. I will return!

I was asked to fill out an application for credit and I submitted it after I was done with it and waited for an approval but I was turned down and I was handed back the paperwork but it was blank with no explanation with only the services that they provided. And the tires that were offered were way overpriced, better off going to Discount Tires in Bloomington !!!

I have gone to them for every problem on my 2000 ford. They are very informative and the quotes have been higher then what I actually paid for. I would recommend this business to all of my family and friends. The manager and employees are very nice and make you feel like your a human not just a another customer. Will continue going here. :)

Great team of employees and service. Had tires put on 3 years ago and they missed the 59 minute promise by 2 or 3 minutes and I got the discount without even asking for it. Just recently, I had a slow leak and they covered it under warranty!! I would not have known the difference if they charged me. That is a sure sign of a business with integrity!!! I sent one of the guys from work to see them for a problem he was having and he has thanked me several times for directing him to a great Auto service provider.

Stopped in for a emergency flat tire while in Peoria. Was close to tires plus so went there for the reason of a tire problems. They were absolutely no help. Said they had no time to or people to take a look. So my wife and I went to change our tire in your parking lot. Thought I would have them at least check the air in my spare. No help there either. I took my spare in and the man behind the counter wouldnt even look at me, then pick up the phone to make a call. I will never set foot in the store again for anything. And if anyone asks for a tire place i will tell then anywhere but tires plus. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve tried this place twice. The first time I came in to ask if they can pop a new tire on a rim as I had a flat. They rudely stated they had no time and not enough employees and they’re over booked and blah blah, as if that’s my problem or concern. A simple “no, sorry” would’ve been sufficient.THEN, a while later I hit a pot hole, bent my rim. So I had a lose rim, just needed the sensor switched over and a tire put on. I called around for availability and got to tires plus. The very kind man, Dave, told me he’d squeeze it in, if I dropped it off for them. So I did, wrote everything up and was told it was going to be $240 for ONE tire without the road hazard protection. I was in a huge pinch so I said okay. He said he’d call when he got it done, and they’d even put it on my car for me! This was around 2pm on Thursday. I didn’t complain when closing time came and they didn’t call since it was last minute brought in, no appointment and the guy was so nice and helpful. I called next day around noon just to check on it. Service manager, Brian, said it still wasn’t done so he would have it done by 4:30pm. I arrive at 5 to pick up and it wasn’t done. Jessica stated she’s been gone for two days so she doesn’t know what’s going on, that it’s been “one of those days” and there is only one other person working. Also told me, “the man who promised it would be done by 4:30 isn’t here today” I said uhm...I called today and was told that so...she runs into the garage to talk to him, then comes back and says she will have him start on it really quickly and have it done. So I waited 30 more minutes for them to finish it. I will avoid them at all costs in the future. Only giving two stars because the first worker Dave was great!

They have always taken care of my tire needs. Today it was an emergency replacement. 100% satisfied.

I never make reviews but I had to this time . So basically I came in with a flat. These imbeciles tried to charge me 144 just for one tire . Not knowing they did a full inspection (what the worker told me after I disputed why it was so much ) which I didnt ask for . I have my own mechanic I dont need them . But after looking at the paper they did not complete a full inspection . Only a courtesy check .Last time I check courtesy means free of charge because youre paying for another service . But still I only came in there for a flat . And then tried to charge me for a rear light that was only $2 but labor for it was 12. The next issue, The tire he wanted to give me only had an extra 10,000 miles than the cheaper one . I specifically said I would like the cheaper one . The one I wanted was 40 while the other one was 72. It gets better ... The worker said 108 before taxes . Just for a new tire . 144 with taxes . You telling me a new tire is 144. So after sitting there for a few minutes . I specifically stated my father wants to know why is a new tire 144 guess who walked out paying 77. First of all Im queen of having car problems so this was not the first rodeo . I know more about cars than the average woman . So please dont think you can get me just because Im young and a woman .

Gotta say, they do not know how to keep track of time. Dropped my daughters car off at 10:00AM to get 4 new tire. At noon they wanted 20 more minutes to change the cabin air filter. We showed up 30 minutes later and they still had to check the alignment...would have thought they would do that after changing the tires. So we waited an additional 15 minutes. Do not recommend the service here.

Tried to sell me a new sway bar during an oil change. Less than 3 months later, my oil light went back on. I took it to a different shop, where they discovered that my oil was, indeed, due (even though TP said I was good for a year, and I haven’t driven it that much.) The other shop also heard some squealing when the brakes were applied. It turns out that my brake pads need replaced as well. TP tried to sell me a sway bar when my brake pads were almost worn down to nothing. DO NOT USE THEM.

Friendly staff. They will usually help you with a special or coupon if you just ask. I got an oil change from them the last time I was there and was surprised at the low cost for full synthetic. I will be getting more oil changes from them in the future.

Worst place ever to buy tires! Whatever you do dont buy tires here they will take advantage of you, over tighten your tires so you cannot change them if you have a flat, and then deny that they did anything wrong! Good luck with anything warranty related too.

I just left Tires Plus in Peoria, IL. VERY nice guys. I had a couple nails in my new tires. They couldnt help me but stayed late and did not charge me for putting my spare on. I will come back for sure.

I was absolutely disgusted by the way the female employee Jessica had no shame to flirt with my husband while I stood by his side. He was very uncomfortable as was I. Later that day when I came and picked up his car she was very rude to me and would not make eye contact. There is a complete lack of respect for others since she herself had a ring on her finger. I don’t know how a company can have someone like this working for them since I am sure this was not the first time.

Very unhappy. Poor communication, unorganized, careless work. Did work I didnt ask for and didnt want (they did take the charge off when I balked at it). They wound up breaking an interior part that the factory no longer supports. 6 weeks later they just refunded my money and left me with a broken car. All I wanted was a couple tires on my daughters car so it would be ready for the school year, now I have an ongoing saga trying to fix what they broke (tires do ride nice though).There are just too many other tire places around town for me to ever consider taking a chance on these guys again. I suggest no one else risk dealing with these bozos either.

They did bad work the first time. We came back in for them to correct it and instead of taking the five minutes it takes for someone to fix it they gave a lot of bs of the tech not being in that was certified to fix the problem. I went back with my friend and the guy that was certified was there the first day. They just rather feed you bs then fix your problem.

Biggest scheme in Peoria !!! You go there for a set of tires then walk out with a $2000 estimate for other work . Mind you this is a tire shop not a full vehicle repair business . They charge more than what a dealership charges for parts and labor . They also quote people for unnecessary repairs which is considered fraudulent. The manager Jason stands behind his desperate employees scam tactics . Jobs done here are with cheap knock off parts with higher prices than the dealership. This place should be shut down immediatley.

Took my truck there on a whim without an appointment to see if they could work on my brakes. Initially they thought I needed all new brake calipers on all four wheels but they said they were going to try to save the old calipers and get them working again and sure enough they did. They went out of their way to fit me in without an appointment and worked on the old calipers rather than replacing them. You dont see shops doing that anymore.They also informed me of another shops bad work on another part of the vehicle I had fixed recently. I dont ever hear about that either from other shops so I give them kudos for that.
