I truly dont ever leave reviews but my husband and I felt compelled. This review is for the Prescott location. We give them 2 stars solely for their good choice in subcontractors. Working with the Prescott store managment of this company was such a bad experience! He didnt communicate well, if at all, and when he did it was not reliable. The counter installer they hired was efficient and did a good job but scheduling was lost between them, the company manager and myself. The tile installer they hired, Homeland Remodeling, deserves 5 stars! The only positive experience in this whole remodel. Excellent in all aspects. The overall work of this remodel was sufficient but it takes more than quality labor to make a successful business.

Do not use these people. We ordered our cabinets back in November 2018. Did not get them for 3 months. Then when we got the cabinets there were things wrong with them. I contacted the owner over and over to get this taken care of. He just does not return my calls. I have called him at least 14 times. Now we are into May 2019. Still no result issue. Very frustrating.

Craig was very helpful and was not pushy towards any one type of product it was really nice experience

Nice people that work there. In the running. Like going with a large family owned business.
