I went to Uftring to get some recalls fixed, and found out I had more problems with my car than the recalls. I dropped off my car at night, they diagnosed it, fixed all the problems, and had it ready within hours. They actually charged me less than the quoted price so I am very happy with my service there and the hospitality. Very pleasant and accommodating staff across the board!

I cant say that it was a complete waste of time and money. I did find out that I had a bent rim, so that was a plus. Took them all day to find that out I guess. Never did address my issues I had spoken of. It was a real lack of effort on this stores part. Im kind of left wondering, what did I pay for really??Car got a clean bill of health, (besides the rim) yet it most certainly has obvious issues. Such as a squeaky rear end and a terrible (POP!) that comes from the front end when engaged into reverse.I wont be returning to Cadillac Uftring any time soon.

Very excellent dealership to work with! My grandma and I were trying to find a newer Escalade but come to find out they are getting harder to find. We found the perfect one and called. We talk to Pat and he gave all information and was super kind and made the process of buying a vehicle we had never seen in person before. We worked the deal out and drove 5 hours away to pick it up within 2 days! It was in perfect condition and my grandma couldn’t be more happy with it! I went to the Body Shop on Friday for a replacement of my passenger side mirror. It was ordered and ready to be installed the following Monday. Took the car in yesterday and waited in customer area for time they said it would take to install and I was out of there. I am and have always been very satisfied with their service department and Body Shop. I had to use the body shop a few years ago for another repair. The main reason I always buy my cars from this Dealer is because of their follow up service department and the way the employees treat their customers. Makes you feel like family!

I have brought my car in multiple times to have my brakes checked since they have been squeaking, both times was I told that there is nothing wrong with them. As I drove away and spent 130.00 just to have them cleaned out. The squeaky nose they state they can’t hear is still happening as of today. I don’t feel I should have paid that amount of money just to have it doing the same thing it was doing when I took the car in!

I would like to give a big thanks to Wyatt in parts! He ordered my bed cover Friday and said it would be here on Monday. I called late Monday to make sure it came and it didn’t. So he called the distribution center in Bloomington on why it didn’t come. They were doing inventory so nothing went out. So he said he would send someone to go get it Tuesday morning since I had an appointment to get it installed Tuesday after! He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! That’s why I love this place, they haven’t let me down yet!! Thanks Wyatt in parts!

I went into Uftring Weston to have my Chevy fixed, only to find out that there was a lot wrong with my vehicle and it was going to be an expensive fix. Kobe Howard, a sales consultant at Uftring, saw I was having a bad day and asked if I’d like to look at other options. There was no pressure into buying a new car and he really helped me understand the great deal I was getting and the benefits of getting into a newer vehicle. He was very patient and understanding with me and made sure I was happy and comfortable with everything the whole time. I would recommend Kobe Howard to anyone looking to trade in their vehicle or buy a new one. Ivan Waters, a finance manager, was also a huge help during my time there, insuring I was getting the best deal possible. They are very friendly and professional. Called to have a part ordered 2 weeks ago for my 2012 Chevy equinox due to a recall on it. And I still have not received a call that it is in. I’m very disappointed because it’s something to do with the cadilic converter and fumes being released I guess because of the problem. Read that if the problem is not fixed it could cause damage to the engine. Not only that I’m constantly smelling fumes in my car while I’m driving. This is something that needs to be fixed I can’t afford to be without my car I have Dr’s appointment I need to get too and from. This is an inconvenience because I have been scared to drive my truck out of fear of causing damage to my engine and breathing in harmful fumes. What else can be done to spend the process up of getting the part in and getting my vehicle in for service. In a minute it will be almost a month since I called to schedule to have my vehicle serviced and order part.

I have a Z06 which, definitely needs to be wheel aligned as per a regular Corvette. If not the tires wear out very quickly--none of the GM literature mentions THAT. This car is set up from GM for AUTOCROSS, not highway driving. That being said I was disappointed that the alignment process was not entirely possible to bring it back to regular driving specs. Shame on GM for not making that possible!! However the Z06 is the BEST Corvette I have ever had!

We had a bad experience with 2 vehicles and while some of the people there are very kind it doesn’t change the fact that they didn’t try and actually work with us. They kept telling us there was nothing they could do because we waited so long, which I could understand if we didn’t talk to them about it when we purchased the vehicle. They say that our reviews aren’t accurate which tells me they don’t want to take responsibility for their action. I don’t usually right reviews but I don’t appreciate being called a liar and they “it makes me not even want to give you a good deal” (a statement made to my husband when he posted a honest review). I thought my conversation with one of the guys was good till I saw the response to my sisters review. It is very accurate and we will never do business there again.On a positive note the front desk ladies are so amazing and sweet.

You guys treated my sister and her husband very poorly. You screwed them twice. You sold them two cars one with a bad engine and one with a bad transmission and then would not work with them to get a car they deserve. I saw a used car in their inventory that I wanted to consider (a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 Cabriolet). We didnt see it on the new car lot, and didnt realize their used cars were at a nearby location, but Scott McLintock welcomed us, and told us where that lot was, and said hed meet us there...which he did. After exchanging the usual details, we inspected the car in detail, and decided we wanted a test drive. After that, I liked the car, but needed to see a price offer, which turned out to be exactly the same as the online listed price. I was expecting them to give a little in that price seeing as it was clear I was interested, but, we thanked Scott and left. We were not expecting to buy the car on that day until we had time to think about it. I was impressed that Scott did not try to high-pressure me, and after not hearing from them for several days (which was OK with me), we returned to see if they would except a lower offer. This time we drove directly to the used car lot and met Kendall Hearn, who managed that location. He was very friendly, very helpful, and again, NOT at all high-pressure. He handed us the keys and said to check out whatever we wanted and let him know if we had questions. My wife and I spent about 1/2 hour looking at the car again, trying various components to make sure they worked, but Kendall did not bug us. When we decided to make the offer, we sat with him and exchanged pleasantries, and learned that we had friends in common. Kendall was very open and welcoming, even though it was a Saturday, we did not feel he was trying to rush us. I told him I expected a lower offer than the listed price, and he asked me to give him a number, which I did, and he came back just a few dollars more, yet still $1000 under the listed price, and we bought the car. Ive never dealt with this dealership before, but I was very impressed with their professionalism and welcoming attitudes. I would recommend Scott and Kendall to anyone.
