The service advisor that I worked with Steven Galvan was absolutely fantastic! He is very personable, very professional, very efficient!he wrote everything out for me, explained everything to me and helped me with the loaner car and was waiting to greet me when I picked up my car. Quite an asset to your company! He even found me a coupon to decrease the total buy by a bit!

Great dealership with an excellent inventory with even better pricing somehow. I purchased a used 2019 Acura TLX and couldnt be happier with my purchase or the staff. The car has a mere 6000 miles and it is far from being a used car. I couldnt believe the low miles and the low cost of this vehicle. I went through the purchasing process online through their system and it could be easier. When it was time to go get the vehicle, it was as seamless as possible and everyone was terrific. Manager Paul Brown personally called me to congratulate me on my purchase once I finished the online application process and let me know someone from his sales team should be in touch soon to let me know when I can come get my vehicle. Mr. Brown also made it a point to come introduce himself while I was at the dealership and made a personable comment as though he reviewed my file and made it a more inviting, comfortable experience. Matt and Chaz in sales were great and I can say enough about the finance manager Alina Renteria. She worked her magic and got me an excellent deal given the challenging situation I presented her with. Nonetheless they got it done and I am one happy customer. I thank you all and it was a job very well done. I worked with Steven Galvan and he seemed to be very honest and straight forward. What I thought would be a major fix, turned out to be a quick radiator cap exchange. They also gave me a full inspection and a list of recommended repairs without making me feel overwhelmed. I wanted some work done but was told to wait and see if I actually needed it. They could have easily just said yes and done the work and taken my money, but they let their integrity show instead. Theyve won all my future repairs/upgrades that I cant do myself!

Great experience buying my 2022 MDX. Negotiated price along with my trade over the phone since I live 3 hours away. Everything went smooth for pick up. Sales and finance staff was friendly, honest and the whole process to finalize paperwork took around 3 hours. I would not hesitate to go back to purchase my next vehicle and I definitely would recommend.
I went with my mom to get her car serviced at Acura, when We pulled up who is kind of busy but we had an appointment mom told what she needed her air conditioner re charged and check her left mirror because it would stick and pounding reverberated noise and oil and lube.Once they took her car in for servicing we waited in the waiting room I gave it three stars because the waiting room is small not to many seats to sit !!! They had a couple of couches and tall tables and chair and they had some soda and bottle water and a few chips left and some oatmeal wafer left!!! but they do have coffee maker using a Kerig coffee k-cups and tea bags to make tea.Me and my mom waited over 2 hrs to get car serviced and we had to go places. They took along time getting our car out of the service bay and had the service manager to get our car out plus they did not fix the mirror it still sticks and makes a reverberated noise!!!

Was very rude to my father who came with me to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed over. Kept pushing me to pay for options on the MDX I was buying without even explaining what they were for. Happy with my purchase but not my experience, won’t be back here.

Scammers, I found a car on their website that I was pre approved for. I asked the salesmen Jorge to send a purchase order for my bank and at this point, he pulled a switch and bait. He sent me an invoice that was 5,000$ more than the car was listed for. When questioned about it, he stated it was for reconditioning of the vehicle. I escalated the call to his manager, Shawn. Shawn indicated that the vehicle should not have been listed yet because the dealership was apparently waiting for the title and stated it could not be sold without the title. Yesterday I contacted Shawn who stated they had still not received the title and that theyd call us when they did. Today at 8 Am I get a call from Jorge who said the car was sold last night. When I asked how that was possible, I was hung up on. Ive been trying to reach the management, but mysteriously everyone seems to be in a meeting all day. Overall, dont fall for the bait and switch with this dealer. Ive bought lots of cars in my lifetime and ive never dealt with something as unprofessional as this.

Ear.The salesman was not pushy at all, which was a very nice change, as were all of the finance people and other associates I encountered during my visit. That speaks volumes to me, given the nightmarish stories Ive heard from others while purchasing cars at other dealerships. Most disrespectful dealership. Was not there more than 5 or 10 mins and the cocky sales-kid was so over confident about his sales that he made us leave when he told me they did not have any ILX in stock. So he proceeded to ask me about monthly payments on a car they dont have right now - confused - then he proceeds to say I need him to find out what kind of car I can get (based on those monthly payments) . I said no I dont need you for that which he ignorantly took my words out of context and interrupted as I dont need a dealer to buy a car. Such an ignorant kid for yah. Oh well, guess he doesnt need customers so what the hell. There are better Acura dealerships in the valley while avoiding this place just looking for fast sales on anything they can sell you.

I went to have my service done and it was an awesome experience. Brian Appleton was incredible! He came out to the car and helped me gathered whatever I needed while I waited. I had my toddler with me, so I was a tad worried he would have a hard time waiting. I was wrong. He had toys to play with, complimentary juice, books to read/look at etc. Not only did Brian do my oil change, he had the car washed and he fixed my broken gas cover. My service advisor Brian went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service and the service was completed ahead of the quoted time. From the general manager to the salesmen are big liars. If Dejon or Chatz give you a deal dont trust them! They are deceptive and unprofessional.

Alex Gonzalez took very care of me in when I went in for B1 maintenance, looking up our cars recorded history as we are visiting from Seattle. Alex is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The car wash at the end of our service produced more clean and thorough results than that of our Acura dealership at home.
I Called to get info about parts (parts dept) and was given prices but was told they werent able to give part numbers. I just wanted to try and possibly get my vehicle fixed and wanted as much help as possible. Its with regret that I have to comment these folks at this Acura dealer werent interested in helping me. In fact, the guy had me on speaker phone and was truly obnoxious. I suspect he may have been showing off.I pray there is better behavior demonstrated to other customers and that they arent treated in the same fashion in which I was treated.

I bought a 2016 RAM at this dealership on May 15. The salesman, Paul, was fantastic. The sales manager was reasonably good. I do object to the dealership adding on fees for things that I did not want or request. This is a ploy by some dealerships to allow them to offer a lower price up front and raise it with these fees. Not a good sales practice in my opinion.On June 2 I checked to see if my registration was available online through ADOT. It was not. I called the dealership and was connected with the voicemail of title clerk Almond. She called me back shortly. My question was simple, the status of my title paperwork. She informed me that the paperwork was with their third-party provider and that things were moving slowly due to COVID. She followed this bit of information with, Youve heard of it, which I found rather snippy and unprofessional. I explained to her that I was following up on the paperwork because I was going out of town, to which she replied, Then you are going out of town without it. The dealership may want to invest in some customer service training for this person as she has little tact and very poor manners!Had it not been for Almonds attitude to my inquiry, I would have given Accura of Peoria four stars. It would have rated five stars if not for the added fees!

Do not buy a care from this dealership...I saw a car online, inquired about it, and then came in to see the car. They had the car ready for me upon arrival. The out the door price was 7k more than the sticker price... Wow, really??? I told them how much we would pay which to me was a fair price and they said they couldnt come any lower from what they quoted me.Two weeks later I go online and clicked the buy online price for the very same car and the price quoted was not far off from my original offer price... Really??? Why couldnt they have given me that price when I was in the dealership???I clicked a button to buy the car with cash and their site said congratulations that the dealer received the order and would be in touch with us soon.Meanwhile, a few minutes later my original sales rep sent me a text saying that she saw a recent request to get info on the vehicle, but the vehicle was just sold for the internet price. I called the next morning to say I was the guy that bought it on the internet and after being on hold for a while, I was told that someone bought it in the store earlier in the day... Really???At this point I am thoroughly confused, if I buy a car online it is cheaper, but if I do buy a car online, then they tell me it is gone and that I have to come in to look at other cars... I am also told that there are other costs involved, although my order that I received from the online purchase showed all the typical fees such as registration, taxes, etc...If, two week earlier they would have told me Id be better buying it online I would have done so... I do not have time to play games like this with a car...

My wife a I just stopped in to trade her car in, which wouldve been our third car buying experience and explained to our saleman up front what we was trying to accomplish...He proveeded to have us test drive a car that hadnt been checked out and he didnt ever research. He put us in an unsafe situation test driving a damaged car. He even told us previously that they was selling the car for over $18,000 dollars. We trusted this dealership for over 12 years. Buyer be ware!!! They turned into a cheap used car salesman dealership.

Mediocre service. Sketchy sales scheme. Had to go far out of my way to get help after taking matters into my own hand. As youll see on previous reviews, theyll use the excuse of it being an older vehicle and mileage to cover up vehicle integrity. Received it with Check Engine light on and no gas. After no one would get back to me for weeks, I had to hire private mechanic to figure out the problems. I spent extra money buying from a dealership in order to avoid buyers remorse, and to have peace of mind, to avoid the risk of buying privately. Ironically, turns out to be worse possible decision ever. Dont purchase a used car. Only a two-star review insisted of one because the car came with an unannounced warranty, (which tells me that the car was probably extremely overpriced) but of course that didnt cover the laundry list of broken mechanical issues of the car. Dont sell cars to the public if you cant assure a decent condition vehicle, regardless of age or mileage. Pawning off junk or problematic cars is a sad gig to run.

I went in for warranty work and was assigned to Kevin as service representative. He was polite and asked if needed a car or wanted to wait. He said it would take a little over 1 hour and they would wash my car. I waited in the comfortable waiting room. Had some free condiments and just over an hour later my car was done. My husband and I decided we were going to buy our daughter a car for Christmas. On the 23rd, I spent the day car window shopping while my husband and daughter were out of town.I had already been to several dealerships. I arrived to Acura of Peoria and was greeted by Chris H.His demeanor was very warm and welcoming. He was in tune with really wanting to understand what was driving me (no pun intended) to look at vehicles. I let him know why I was shopping and what type of vehicle I was looking for. He never once tried to leer me away from the type of vehicle (or price range) I was looking to buy.We went on a test drive and I felt comfortable with him the whole time. Having visited other dealerships and sales people all day, I KNEW Chris is who I wanted to give my business to. Chris did not know this, but not only was I shopping for a vehicle, I was also shopping for the right person I wanted to give my business to.The transaction was very smooth and easy. Chris and I were able to have a very open and transparent conversation. I was very clear about a comfortable monthly payment and the down payment I was willing to put down. He went back to his manager to help work my deal.Knowing this was a Christmas gift for my daughter, without even asking, Chris said he would send me home with a big bow to put on the car.
