Recently purchased a brand new 2022 Genesis GV70. Had a fantastic experience at the dealership working with sales (Quinn M) and management (Marcus C). I had searched for the same exact vehicle at remote Genesis locations, and was thrilled when I happened to drive by local dealership and see the specific car I had targeted on full display . The agreed upon transaction was completed efficiently and without any confusion or misdirection. We even ran into a small snafu regarding my trade in, but Marcus worked feverishly after hours to remedy the issue. This was overall a wonderful experience, especially given the state of new car availability and sales in the US these days.
Worse experience of my life...I was considering my options on a Genesis g80. Employees should know how to respect customers and also know how to speak to them. He was very rude and responded back to everything very Poorly. Im calling to get a vehicle not hear him tell me he drives that kind of car and cuz im out of town Id have more fees to pay and how complicated the process is n thn he told me Im rude..omg will never do business w this dealership .EVER!!!
