Love the vape selection

I’ve been coming here for around 6 months Give or take have spent hundreds maybe even close to a thousand dollars at this place buying disposable vapes. At first the vapes were on point until they had to remanufacture/rebrand the Puff Xtra vapes, I decided to switch to the puff twist. And got stuck on a flavor, after a while the vape flavor was almost as if it was an expired flavor (didn’t taste right at all and not the usual flavor) I went through almost and entire box and even had the clerks try them and the girl said it tastes horrible too, so they offered to make me buy one for a 25% discount, and after informing them how many I had bought the last time (7 in total because I was going on a trip and got a few for a friend as well) they allowed me to change it out. After trying to buy the same flavor and it still tasting horrible I was talked into trying a new flavor, and I did and it was very similar to the last flavor when it tasted the right way so I bought those and continued to do so, and then noticed that the bottoms would fall off and that the battery would come undone from the bottom, but bared through it. Now they have released the puff max in 2500 puffs and got the SAME flavor in that kind and it was disgusting, brought the vapes into the store and the clerks/owner just kinda looked at eachother and didn’t offer anything or to trade them out, but proceeded to tell me that it’s the same flavor but different ( it was nowhere close to being what it should be) and after paying over $50 for two of them, I wasn’t able to agree with them. I honestly believe this shop is buying the vapes for a lower price and reselling them as if they are supposed to be full price after the company had to rebrand again because people were selling the vapes with the “Puff” brand but they were not actually Puff vapes. I will not EVER return to this smoke shop again quite frankly everyone I’ve referred to the smoke shop I will make sure they do not waste their money at the shop either.Customer service regardless of the store should be at hand, and in this situation it’s not there.

I’ve been looking for a glass replacement for my Carta V and have has zero luck until I found RJ’s. They too didn’t have the glass in stock but went out of there way to make a call and had the glass there the next day for me. They even called me the night before and reminded me. I was treated like family and recommended this shop to EVERYONE!

They had a bunch of stuff.. even like a closet type thing for cigars that part was glass but still it was very spacious..seemed like a good flow of people.. the counter people waited until we were down to make sure we didnt want anything more than what we had in our hands...

Fantastic shop! Been shopping there for over 3 years now. I go in at least twice per month and Ive never had anything but stellar service.They have also had what I need every single time! once I purchased something that ended up being dried out (tobacco) and when i came back in the next day they didnt even ask to see what Id bought, just grabbed a new one and exchanged it immediately. No questions asked.Been to many smoke shops in my time, never had better service than the folks here. Id go out of my way to visit this store if I had to.

Best selection of faygos in town

Had exactly what my passengers were looking for.

Picked up some vape salts a jewel and a sick glass piece. The man that was working that day was very helpful and they have everything here. One of the more impressive Kratom selection as well. You’ll have plenty of options here for whatever it is you’re looking for. Vape salts, juice and pods. I’m not very knowledgeable when it comes to Kratom because I don’t use it but I haven’t seen a smoke shop with that many options for the stuff. It’s all about variety here everything from salts to papers too many to choose from is a good problem to have. Also very clean nice interior as well.

Bought a self packing tobacco system. I gave the cashier $25 and they started looking at me funny. I looked back to the other guy and he was holding up two 5s. I thought i made a mistake and gave the guy another 20. When I home I realized I was missing $15. Today I grabbed some papers that were 2 for .99¢. The same guy went to check the price and told me it was a dollar. I live across the street and always went here for tobacco. Ill never do it again.

Trash store, bought a detox drink from here to flush the toxins from my system that did absolutely nothing !! Wanted to return the second bottle I bought and they wouldn’t let me. And they don’t card minors !
