Wasnt very busy and found everything I needed. Cashier was extremely friendly and helpful..

As usual, no cashiers and long lines. Youll know, its the first of the month and kids are going back to school. Lower your standards in hiring and stop over working your employees, maybe youll can keep worker. Your company coach on every little thing. No one wants to work here because of the sense less pressure youll put your employees under.

Went in to buy a headlight bulb the associate sold me the wrong bulb tried to return it and was told I cant cause it was after ten. I called another Walmart ( Allen Rd ) two different associates hung up on me after I asked for a manager. Way to go good customer service walmart

Great shopping trip. I talked to an insurance rep. I also got help from a friendly sale associate on another visit.

Poor customer service. Half the self service counter are close for no reason. Its just horrible. I started going to Walmart in Indiana. They dont have that problem.

The checkout scene here is getting old to me.... Store has over 24 cash registers and no one can run them.. got 12 people working in the self checkout area though talking to each other and doing nothing... 2 people standing at the entrances looking weird and barely talking to customers... but let a Co worker walk up and they cant stop the gossip.... then theres only 1 person capable of operating a register.. and theyre off tonight. From now on if I got a full cart and no ones there to check me out Im leaving it sit right there at an empty register and walking out... Im sure you got 30 people lined up for putting food back...Just no cashiers.

A couple of months ago it was obvious that the University location had New Management- more friendlier employees the store looked a lot cleaner and the shelves were actually stocked (well for my shopping needs) in the grocery aisles. However, my recent visit (still a friendly group of customer service people) but the shelves are starting to look scarce again Im a bit 😟 concerned.

One of my favorite Walmarts Id say out of all the Walmarts in Peoria they have the best selection.

This is smaller Walmart and I am used to the supercenter version of the store. That being said. They have nearly everything you can think of inside. It is convenient and clean. The people are friendly and the employees are helpful.

You can pretty much find anything you need here at a reasonable price.

The man and electronics was very very helpful he was polite Im patient and very informative I would work with them at any time he definitely knows the electronic department he should get a raise

Always out of everything. Struggle to find what I need. Never enough registers open. Its convenient and close. Otherwise the other walmarts nearby are much much much better

They were low in stock on alot of juices, water, lunch meat, lunchables and other items. Not sure why. No one was restocking those items either.

Called about a dozen times at 8:20 am it is not 8:41 and no answer all I need to know is if they have a ps4 slim turbo external USB cooler or a ps4 slim replacement fan. I havent been answered it 20 minutes and I feel like they are just ignoring the phones.

Nice place to shop. The riding chairs were not charged up, Im handicapped cant walk very well. Otherwise nice to shop there. Felt comfortable.

Went shopping on Black Friday and our cashier was wonderful! So pleasant, friendly, and full of life. She had a nice conversation with my sister and I, even before we checked out, and made sure we found everything we wanted and needed. It made that early morning trip worth every minute.

Went for a pickup order. They didnt have non-contact outside pickup. Had to go inside and be directed to pick-up location. Very nice, helpful employees, all around.

Was good. The help was good once you could locate them. They seem to be out of alot of computer things.

Had a blown tire, towed in after closing and they reopened and stayed late to replace the bad tire! This is customer service and found above and beyond the minimum. Many thanks guys!

Prices are good at Walmart. COVID scare empties their shelves! They are aware and clean about COVID and enforce the mask requirements and capacity rules! Good store, as always.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart, the only problem I have is that they no longer allow semi truck parking.

Does not carry fresh fruit and vegetables.

Love it. Customer service is a lot better here. Its easy to find stuff. It has everything I need. I found my hard to find special battery that cost 159.00 and up elsewhere. Its a special car battery that has a vent on it for trunk mount battery. 129.00 here and free install. Excellent. I like shopping here. A+

I sent a ring to be resized was told it takes 2 weeks its been almost a month and its not back yet. When i called about it the lady didnt even ask my name or any info. Was rude and told me she checked and its not there. Hiw could she check when she didnt even ask what name it was under????

Employees are very nice and curteous. Only thing is Im disabled and I half to be able to sit and there were no chairs.

Brought a digital TV...First time in Walmart in 2 years

It was nice to see more registers open. I was able to get in and out without a problem..

Its not the worst Walmart Ive been to but its definitely by far not the best either. They dont have alot of items compared to other Walmarts however I was able to find everything I needed. The cashier seemed a little out of it but otherwise was nice.

The last thing I expect when I enter a shopping facility is listening to people scream, argue, and cursing the entire time Im there and that was at 10am.

Store is goin through a remodel. Made it hard to find stuff. Even the Redbox was moved.

This Walmart is limited in its selection of items to purchase, compared to other Walmart locations. However, the Eye Vision Center was really great!

This is a smaller Walmart, so stock and selection are much more limited. The store was neat and clean, I was also happy to see that they were enforcing the mask policy. They were well staffed, it was easy to find someone when I had a question. The only real complaint I have is that its difficult to get into since it is behind other businesses. The main entrance it also services a shopping center next door so it can be difficult with traffic, particularly if you are making the left turn. There is also a back way in, but just as convoluted, so Ive only used it once.

Usually has most of what you want in a quick trip. Sometimes the lines are long. But move fair lk y quickly. Then there are the self check lines to use. They help.

I have found the most beautiful black pack bags for adults check them out!!!. Nice gifts.

I called ahead to see if they had the top soil I needed and was left on hold for 20 minutes! All to check and see if they had top soil! I was not going to wait another 20 minutes to have my call answered. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Really glad that all the grocery aisles were up close to the front. However, couldnt buy a bag of Miracle Grow dirt. Not in stock yet. Is a very busy store!

I normally dont have any issues with this Walmart. I really dont like the super stores so I go to this one. However on this particular day I couldnt understand why there was only one cashier check out and the self checkout open with the volume of people waiting. There should never be a line at the self checkout lane
