My experience in this Staples store was just ok and nothing too special. I needed some printing done and the two ladies working there were amazing and each deserve a 5 star rating. After I was done with the copy and print center, I went over to the printers they had for sale to look at any potential deals they may have had. I was greeted by some guy named Domingo (or Dominic); and at first, he seemed friendly and eager to help me out but he quickly became rude when I began asking him for the product info and what the best printer was for business use. He tried to convince me that I needed the most expensive HP printer because most businesses spend a lot of money on printers. I ended up leaving the store without purchasing a printer because of how pushy he was being. Besides that experience, the store was clean and the associates were both friendly and professional. I particularly appreciated the guy at the counter who welcomed me in and wished me a nice day.
Don’t have a zero or negative star to give. Worst service that any shop can ever provide. Associates don’t have the minimum knowledge to accept a UPS drop off and more over they show attitude to customer who just want to drop off a UPS package. Well how can associates behave at the first place when the manager himself is not paying a penny worth of care and attention to any shopper and busy with personal phone conversation. Where the associate called for his assistance multiple times with no response at all.
Went because of Free laminating COVID vaccination cards. Bought > $35 of supplies. Every one friendly.Janet at check out very warm and helpful.

I wanted to take a moment to complement a employee of yours named David. I had called this morning inquiring about a new printer for our office. David was very helpful and pleasant on the phone.When I went into the store to pick up the printer and ink, he was again helpful and pleasant. And I might add very attractive. Im not trying to pick up on him I am happily married. Im just wanting to let him know that he made my day and that he is an attractive person inside and out.
The staff is ok but stay away from the printing section a caucasion women there with glasses thin build doesnt know what shes doing and shes no help at all I was trying to print some documents she was no help nor did she come over to see if I needed. Help I called her twice she came over she couldnt help me she avoided me while I was trying to help myself she made sure not to look my way and gave me her back the whole time I didnt get anything done I left and I was charged $10.00. 30 cent a minute on the staples computer to use it what a ripoff
Great back to school prices without the crazy crowds. Not to mention the other great products. Really helpful employees too.
The store is well laid out. I have been going to this store for many years. I can walk in and go directly to the area in the store and find what Im looking for. There are plenty of people on the floor to help one find what their looking for. I didnt like the check out process, not enough people to get you out of the store. There were 3 Staples employees standing near the check out but none moved to open another check out counter to get customers checked out fast.
Best Staples In Town! I buy there a lot. They have great managers and they are all helpful! Last time I had a reward card problem, their manager Mike helped me called their corp. and replied to me the next morning with the issue solved. Before that, I was at the METRO CENTER Staples and they are bad. Great work ARROWHEAD STAPLES. Really helpful! Jackie and Charlie are also really awesome!
Fantastic experience today. The girl in the printing department was a pleasure to deal with. She helped me print what what I needed quickly and accurately. If you need stuff printed, Id recommend this Staples - I know Ill be using them again. Thanks!
If you need something printed same day which they offer don’t expect it to be completed on time. Ordered business cards came in on the time quoted they would be ready and of course my order is far from done. The worker stated that they called me and left a voicemail but no call or voicemail was made or left. Had to get a refund . Ordered another order of business cards from a different location to be called a few hours later to be told that their printer is down and won’t be ready till Monday sad to say I needed to get another refund and I think I am done using there services for good
Worst customer service in the printing area. Very angry ladies. Their internet is horrible. Go to Fedex around the corner from here- just a few minutes away.
The checkout process is awful! Spent about 10 minutes in line and only one person was in front of us! I guess all staples nationwide have awful customer service! The worst part is they have about 5 other staff members floating around meandering.. it’s a good thing we only come here one time a year... school shopping!

Im a business owner and a state commissioner. The refund policy Staples has is aweful. Dont purchase here because if its open you cant get a refund of your hard earned money. Shop at places that makes since. I cant accept loss so to the next smarter business set up.
Great place.. friendly staff and helpful.. had all my needs printer ink paper and office supplys.Very clean and well organized. Cost is moderate... great special.. award cards.. plenty of parking.. handicap friendlyl.. good hours..
The only reason I keep going back is Julie in the Copy Center. She is VERY helpful! As her managers just sits around. Julie is running around and helping all the customers in the copy center single handedly. After I ordered prints, on Friday, I was told they would be ready by Monday at noon. I wasnt able to make it in until Wednesday morning, but I didnt think I needed to call due to the fact that they were promised to be done by Monday.Upon pick up on Wednesday, what I assume is the manager, rudely attended to me. She instructed one of the other employee to get my order. Well, it wasnt ready. Julie had been gone on Monday and was unable to complete my order.The manager didnt even apologize to me for the HUGE inconvenience. Instead she BLAMED Julie for not doing her job.Bottom line, if your lucky enough to have Julie help you 5 star service. Any one else, 0 customer service skills and very rude.

Excellent service by every staff member we encountered. No Android phone cases or chargers. That was not great.
Laptop needed attention, informed the tech what needed to be checked and corrected if possible, the tech sold me a one year subscription on future tune ups. They had it several days, took it home from the store and much to my surprise many programs were gone, non of my issues were resolved, had pop-ups where I never had them before. To my surprise all I received was a tune up? back to the store and all I heard was excuses. Tune-ups? maybe screw-ups would be better to describe that service. I never should have purchased the one year tune-up, I will not be back.
Sales staff was great! They were able to tell me where I could get my items, as they were out of stock.
Called in to check on stock of an office item. (Labels) Would have rather worked with an automated messaging service--would have been less rude to be hung up on at the end of the conversation. If you can call it that. These kids need better people skills.

Great customer service was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Tried to return a 2.99 pack of staples column paper. Said staples right on the sealed package. I had no receipt but just wanted to exchange for a pack of graph paper. I was denied from their system and it spit out a phone number to call. I called and she said it would take 25 mins to see it in their system. I explained that this was ridiculous. I should not have to stand here for 25 mins. An instore manager should be able to override a 2.99 pack of paper or whats the point in a manager. If you continue to treat your customers this way you will go out of business like office max, sears etc. Ultimately the girl on the phone was very nice and helped me but the store system and policy was ridiculous

This Staples is great. The CSRs are friendly, and the service is great.I had gone to another Staples to make some copies (the one at Grand & Camelback), and it was horrible - self copiers out of service, wanted to charge 0.19/copy instead of the 0.11/copy here, and the one at Camelback wanted to tack on an Express fee on top of the higher charges for the same thing I did here, because they couldnt keep their self-serve copiers functioning.
In our opinion this store really doesnt care about customer service. They have an ad for plastic crates but we have to ask the young man to find them. He was going to let us just say ok not on shelf well leave.And Eddie the Mgr. Has NO customer relations qualities at all. We used to be 100% Staples ppl. Since we moved to Peoria we have been 95 % Office Depot/Max. Sad

I was racially ostracized at this Staples location I needed to print 3 simple docs and the employee working at the print center was lack luster and unwilling to print them or assist me at the work station when I asked how come she was able to help 3 other white costumers without in hesitation the manager insisted I leave the store before calling the police on me she then followed me to the parking lot to retrieve my license plate info

Very nice people! I go to staples a ton due to my art business getting things like business cards, memory drives, ink for my printer, whatever. Never had a nicer group of people to work with! The store is easy to figure out and if i look lost, easy to do among all the nifty gadgets and gizmos someone without a doubt always jumps in to see if i need help. The young woman leading their easy tech crew is one of my favorite people to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and helps explain the tech talk on a level I can understand for things like the printers and memory cards, tailoring to exactly what i need.Ive tried other stores, like Officemax, but i never got the level of service i do from the crew at staples, sometimes their competitors have been just downright rude or blatantly ignoring me when i asked for help. Every time I go to staples I just feel like they go above and beyond what i expect, even on days i can tell they are swamped, which i appreciate so much. I really dont shop anywhere else anymore!

The employees are helpful and have never had an issue except for today! The print shop girl Denisse had no clue how to really work the machines. I have never had an issue before with PDF files being resized to fit the size of paper I wanted! I have sent a PDF files in the past and they worked with it. The girl was not helpful, didnt not bother to bag my prints and told me to go to Walmart! Weve had a business account with staples for too many years and maybe its time for me to think of changing companies! They should be upfront about their staff not being knowledgeable and they shouldnt be working in the print shop department! Frusturated fir sure!!!!

Recently purchased an Epson printer at this location. Had some questions concerning the functions/controls (my ignorance). I returned to the store early (8:15 + a.m.) and the store was basically empty of customers. The woman I dealt with (believe the manager)came over to the printer area where I asked some questions and, well, let me put it this way: When the individual I dealt with knows little more about the product than I did or, even worse, acted like I was wasting her time, told me to read the manual or contact Epson, its time to make a promise. I will never again shop at any Staples store.$162 dollars to experience this kind of rudeness. I repeat, never again.
