Price is way too high at this place.Otherwise, the quality is good but I could get about the same from a local bakery for much less. (Which is what Im going to start doing).Staff is very nice here though!

The Peoria store is awesome. They are friendly and always get my order right through. The products are always perfect and beautifully made. I cant stress enough how awesome the staff is and how helpful they are. They always give me great suggestions and deliver on time every time.

Tom and Salena are awesome. Customer service was even beyond expectations. Had them make a cookies plate with one with our logo on it. The design blew my expectations away. When they say same day service they mean it. We left our daughter at College on a Sunday and her first Birthday without her family was Monday. We were so busy moving her that weekend it totally slipped our minds to have something delivered for her. Cookies by design has some options that were affordable for same day delivery. They saved the day. Thank you so much for making sure my sweet girl knew we were thinking about her on her birthday, even though we are miles away.

Customer service was excellent. The order went out within a couple of hours of being ordered, and my 5 year old grand daughter was thrilled to have had something delivered to her. As before, when Ive used you, everything was perfect!!

I feel horrible for my sister who purchased a cookie bouquet for me for my Birthday a couple days ago. The presentation of the cookies was very nice, but the cookies themselves were horrible, as tasted by 5 other family members who all agreed. They tasted like nothing but flour and yeast. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
