First of all if you go on a Sunday or Monday which is 50% off most, you need to get there when they open. We got there when it opened and spent a couple of hours or so and when we got out the line outside to get in was very long. Got alot of great bargains.

This is one of my favorite places. Today, however, it seems there was a shortage of inventory. Also some of the items were very expensive. I dont know if it is a result of the pandemic or if its a new management. I still dont see why they started hanging pants sideways. Also, the bedding and curtains are on these weird hangers that allow the item to slip off onto the floor. For some reason there are always unaccompanied children playing with toys and tinkering with appliances. Now, the carts cannot be removed from the store. I cannot blame the store. There are people who steal carts for personal use and too many times these carts end up abandoned somewhere. Employees do offer to help you take out your purchases. The staff is always nice when Im there.

A lot of great clothes not the best prices but still good wish there was better shoe pricing too this is like Marshall’s Ross and goodwill had a baby

I am so glad I was told about this place. I have been to Savers in the past but this was my first time at this location. My family and I were in on a Saturday afternoon. I was incredibly pleased with the prices. They also had specific colored tags on 50% off sales which made a couple of the pairs of pants I bought, to be $2.50. They had a really great selection of clothing too! I love it! They unfortunately did not have fitting rooms so I bought what I thought would fit and then brought back what didnt, the next day. When I brought my returns back the next day, Jason was incredibly helpful. His customer service is awesome. I felt like he really cared about making sure I was taken care of. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place to go, I always find something when I go. I usually go there for kids/teen books and Im never let down! Great selection and the prices you cant beat!

The prices were way over priced for being donated and received for free! The items that are used can be purchased for less at walmart. Also no Apple Pay. The pictures sum up all the prices . The original & brand new is 1/6 the price savers wants for a free donated item! Also no returns. Good luck buyer be where!

I love this place so much!! It has everything you need and more! Everyone is so nice and they also have sales going on all the time no matter what. Always check the jeans and men’s shirts they have a lot of cute stuff! I always find american eagle jeans and cute big shirts in the men’s section! JUST GO HERE!!

Both the Google times and the times on the door are inaccurate. Drove all the way here just to see a locked door.

The store managers cannot stay on a single task to save their lives, You cannot get helped by one of the managers without it being rushed or like you’re inconveniencing them in anyway. The condescending attitude from Alison (another of their managers) is unbelievable and should immediately be fixed, the utter disrespect she shows towards her employees is appalling. Jay (the manager of the store itself) never seems to understand what is going on and relies on the knowledge of the other managers to answer anyone’s questions. The lack of communication between the staff as well is frustrating and unprofessional. The mismanagement of this store should be highly sought after, especially with the amount of people that quit on them especially early on into them working there is quite frightening and should really say something.

Not going to lie, it is still a bit dirty and cluttered like any other donation store, but it has gotten a lot better in the past couple years and you can find some cute stuff there. Also just a fun place to look around and find weird nick nack kinda things.

The manager approached me inquiring of the jacket I was carrying in my arms, asking if I was planning to pay for it. I told him it belonged to my boyfriend, to which he responded that there was no boyfriend, but rather, that I had entered the store by myself . He did not realize we had entered separately and that my bf had laid his jacket in my cart while shopping. Im still in complete disbelief at how I was treated and at the things this guy felt the need to say. He was completely out of line to say the least. After paying for our purchases and on our way out of the store, he began following us and questioning my bf, asking him to describe his jacket and then eventually accusing us of stealing the jacket!! Topping it off by telling us we couldnt leave the store. Hes lucky we felt like leaving rather than staying and proving a point. Nobody ever likes it when my boyfriend feels like proving a point.I have no words.What I can say is thats my last visit to Savers. SMH.

Had a great time shopping at this Savers location. Everything was clean and organized-even though it was a little busy. I found a lot of cool items here, and they have a ton of clothes. Not as much crafting materials as I had hoped, but I left with quite a few things! The staff was really helpful, and they opened 2 extra registers when things started getting backed up.

The deals I find at every Savers I go to is just crazy. Everything except one item I purchased was also half off because of the tag color discount!! Staff was nice & it was one of the first of their stores that didnt have that particular smell of old clothes straight from the cellar. Great experience & another store in the books.

While Savers is more expensive than Goodwill in many ways it is worth it. The goods are well organized and the items are of a slightly high caliber. They have sale colors and sale days that are great. And, I did not know this, they support Big Brother Big Sister.

I love shopping here. I always find unique, interesting items. Tops, pants, belts, jackets. My favorite items in my closet came from Savers. I donate many things there too. Its fun shopping here, like a treasure hunt.There are times when I go home with nothing, but times when I hit the jackpot.

This place is organized, the customer service is exceptional. I am giving this place 4 stars because the donated items are a bit pricey. Even when they have 50% Mondays and other days 50% off on selected colored tags. However, the clothes are nicely kept and I havent seen any that looked worn out.

Some awesome cool stuff here, ya can find some neat things for the house Some decent workout clothing. I found some brand new denim shorts score! Ya just gotta look. I found a really cool pair of shelves with candles holders that match a picture another score. I just bought a house so saving is Key. Certainly as with anything if ya buy second hand clothing wash wash!!! Review everything you buy to ensure the condition and be an informed buyer. A great place to find treasures.

Great store! Always so well organized and kept that way by their employees. I love that I can shop not only by size and gender but by color and type of clothing. Always find a great deal here and many times things are brand new.

Purchased an electronic game and when I got home the game doesnt work. Noticed on receipt that it cant be returned and is a final sale. Disappointed they would sell something that doesnt work.

Everyone is so helpful and cheerful at this store. I swear we can never get in and out in less than an hour or two. Theres so much to look at and try on and on it goes. Bring your own bags! Savers is trying to reduce waste.

The Savers at 75th and Bell rd is so nice. Very organized and put together. The staff are very receptive and nice also. Ill go out of my way to go to this one

Huge selection of used items, many if which are very high quality. They separate items by size and type which makes clothes shopping a breeze! I love how they hand the pants on their sides so that waists are visible. I highly recommend!

Gems! Gems! Gems! This is my go to place for name brand clothing. If u can keep an open mind to used clothes u should give this place a try. There is nothing that a washer and a dryer cant fix if u wanna look good.

I went in early because it was half off everything in the store. Found some really nice clothes some still with tags. I looked away from my cart for one minute and the next time I turned around, found someone had stolen half of my cute stuff. Thankfully I had not yet paid for it but I was pretty annoyed because it literally took me two hours to find that stuff. Also remember to carry your paperbag to carry your stuff in because they sell theirs to you at an extra dollar. I saw lots of people carrying their clothes on their arms.

This particular location and the store manager Barbara were great! We had bought a dell tablet for approximately 35 dollars. And it did not have a charger and is sold as is. It however have enough charge on it to power up. Long story .. We went across the lot to staples to get a charger. We were informed the tablet was about 7 yrs out of date and getting a charger was going to be challenging. We went back to Savers explained the story to Barbara and she easily and happily let us get something of equal or greater value on the spot.. I walked away with a fabulous Coach.. And its the real deal for just 5 buck more !

Way over priced! Saw a few Halloween decorations in there today that were marked at $25/ ea. Saw the same ones in Safeway this morning for $5/ea. Most items were proceed higher than other (better) thrift stores in the area without having a higher quality.

I need a dress shirt and a tie for court date !! I got both of them really good brand and quality for less than $ 20 savers really helps when the budget is tide !!

Savers is a thrift store that benefits The Boys and Girls Club of Arizona. They get some very cool donations. You can find great hand bags and shoes, some brand new from high end designers if you enjoy the hunt. Some fairly interesting home goods and a great book selection. Clothing is alittle time consuming and would be easier if organized by color. Its clean and well run. Mondays is 50 off and gets really crowded. Have fun!

This savers is way overpriced! I’ve shopped at several different Savers stores and the prices are lower! Seems like they are taking advantage of the nice donations they receive!

Went in on Saturday 06-02-18. Around 1pm. Rude cashier. She stated they no longer honor discounts for donations, ok no problem as I wasnt gonna use the card, was just holding it in my hand at the moment. They also will be no longer giving out plastic bags for purchases. My family members and I will no longer donate nor will we ever shop at any Savers ever again.

I really wish people would stop donating here.m.. Its disturbing how this 100% profit organization second hand store charges almost full retail price for used items, Ive seen things with original purchased price tag on it with savers price tag next to it at almost double the price. The employees pricing things must really feel terrible and have a hard time sleeping at night cuz thats pathetic... The most disturbing this is they no longer have bags to put your purchase in, and if you need one, you have to buy it.... Are you kidding me savers?!?! Thats discusting. Why are you called savers if you arent saving any money buying used things. It dont make no sense. I think Im done shopping there, and if you do, dont bring a purse bigger then 12 inches wide cuz they will make you put it in their locker and give you a stupid yellow number card. First time i was here and it was a horrible experience. We really liked a shirt that was marked on sale 50% off but when we got to the register the manager came over and said no we cant sale it because its the wrong tag. And i said well since that was clearly not our fault can you respect the price on the tag and she started getting bitchy and said no i can loose my job over that. I was really disapointed and i for sure will not come back here is this the kind of behavior we should expect from the managenent there? Well no thanks Ill go spend my money elsewhere else
