Today my wife and I went to the In-N-Out near us for the first time at 83rd Ave & Bell rd in Peoria, AZ, this was only my 3rd time eating at In-N-Out and the other two times were in Riverside, CA.We both enjoyed our visit today, the employees were so surprisingly friendly and professional, despite a very long line of people who wanted thier good food too.The orders were filled quickly and we were on our way home 🏡 to enjoy our Cheeseburgers and fries quickly.I could go on and on of how nice it was going there and the young employees being professional and friendly, not what I expected!We will be returning soon

My husband ordered 4 hamburgers and one order of fries. We asked for no sauce, we got it, we asked for no salt on the fries, they were very salty. My friends and I recently went to this location and got our orders taken by an dude named Silas! He was so nice and helpful. After we were seated he was literally doing everything from cleaning tables, taking orders, and taking out trash. He did it all with a smile! He even cleared our table for us after we were done! Their fries uses to be better. Prices are great. Hamburgers seem like a piece of paper thin. But have good flavor. Always fresh and hot

Matthew and the young man that took our order were awesome. I was surprised how much they handled themselves with how busy it was. I was truly impressed. I really enjoyed coming here. I only been to in and out once that was in San Antonio TX. I didnt really care for it. My boys said I should try it and let everyone know what I thought. I liked it the burgers were juicy and with great flavor 😋 the fries could of been warmer. Other then that I really liked was the Lemonade. Got the double double combo, but didnt notice they gave me regular fries. The fries are so dry and hard compared to other visits, I added the spread on the hard dry fries. The burger was alright, the lettuce was a bit yellow looking. I was in the mood for a fresh and delicious burger+fried, but I regret the 12 minute drive.

Usually love in n out. Not sure if management is aware of quality control through attention to detail. My wife came by to order 2 number 1s one with regular onions mustard no spread and no tomato.Another with everything on it.After the cashier reads through the order. Does one of them have everything on it. They say and I quote yes dont worryThey screwed up of course. Both sandwiches dont have spread, tomatoes in it.Again, I dont understand if management is aware of quality control. Or, if retraining is needed, because its apparent your workers dont care. Holiday weekend or not. Standards are standards. If you dont want to follow standards, or take a simple order, thats great. Publicly state that you dont care about customers in your shareholder meetings so customers know not to order from you!

In n Out never fails to amaze me with their burgers. Their fries are definitely a hit or miss (Sometimes they’re really soggy) but their burgers are always great. Especially with their special spread, that stuff is amazing. This In N Out is ALWAYS busy which is sometimes frustrating when you can’t find a seat but that’s great for the business that they’re busy a lot. I used to come here twice a week every Tuesday and Thursday nights after my soccer games and I sweat towards the end of the season they knew my order! Such a great place. Their shakes are also so so good. And best of all the place is cheap! A burger is probably half the cost of a five guys burger and honestly it’s better. I would definitely recommend this place!

My food was fresh and hot. I like the no touch drink fountains that they have. You just stick your finger up by the sensor and it fills it up. They know how to move a line. The burgers are always the same and they have very few deviations.

The store manager at this location is completely rude Store Manager. I love in n out and the experience every employee provides for us each time i visit a local in n out locationShe is completely rude to her associates and customers I believe I got her name Shanda or Shonda.I had the worse burger, and the worse service because of her I DO NOT recommend this locationThis store lost a very repeated In N Out customer

Went to In-N-Out yesterday was immediately greeted by the workers, banen I think was her name took our orders and she was very kind and polite and had the biggest smile on her face and spoke clearly. after 10 mins our order was ready and she brought it out to us even tho she had an injured arm and asked if we needed anything else my kids asked for stickers and she processed to bring our hats as well best customer service ever!!

Went here for the first time. Service was pretty good even tho it was two lanes to get ur food. Everyone was friendly and looked happy to work there. My double burger was very delicious especially with their house sauce. But the only thing that was disappointed was the french fries. Did not like them at all. They were overly cooked. I dont know if that how the french fries supposed to taste like. I will come back to see this place again to see if that was just a bad batch of fries. Thank you for ur delicious burger tho.

Im a regular and love In n out. That said the service was a mixed bag. The first guy was lightning fast.. maybe too fast? We couldnt understand him well and he was closer to an auctioneer with the way he was talking. Not bad enough to complain about. Our order was correct -the second girl on the register repeated it without us asking.The line was long but the service was fast. The taste wasnt bad but not memorable. The prices arent cheap compared to competitors id say the top half of expensive.Would go again. Could stand to improve things some.

The burgers and fries were good as always! We live in Chicago so when we visit AZ we always get In-N-Out at least once. The drive-thru line was long, but the wait wasn’t too bad at all. They have employees taking ipad orders which speeds up the line. I ordered mine plain and it came out correctly. The food tasted fresh and hot. I do wish they offered ranch for the fries though!

My opinion as always.Oh In-N-Out Burger, how sad I am. Yuck. It would appear that a vaccine has lowered your level of sanitary.I thought gone are the days of nasty plastic baskets and all you can touch bar! Only 2 small gestures would have you remembering that there was a pandemic. The acrylic germ guard and the no touch soda dispensers. No need to touch your selection but feel free to touch all over everything else.Social distance? Whats that!Got all up close and personal with the other diners. Tables AND chairs were an oily mess.Floor could have used a good mopping. Napkins were absent. Cashier would not take my card. I did the inserting. However, in the case of her neighboring cashier, it was all hands on cash. Oh well.Burgers were still pricey but good. If another trip is in our future, we will definitely be driving thru then dining at home where I know its clean.

Came here for a late dinner. Its IN N OUT, they are 99.9% consistent. Not my favorite place but the hubby loves it. Got enough food for 6 people and it was under $40.

Good old fashioned burgers. Add cheese or ask for extra onions..Many options. Ask for crispy fries. I saw 3 people return theirs because they were soggy. Many people working so wait times are extremely short. Enjoy

This location is too contested. You might say its hard to get In-N- out of. Food quality seemed a little lower than most other locations I have visited.

The line is extreme but you already know that if you like in and out, the staff is always friendly and efficiently keeps the double lines that merge moving. Addicted to their cheese fries.

Had two animal burgers. Tasty meat and burger in general but the bun is a little disappointing. Very messy and good fries. This is not the best but it has a loyal following.

Customer service great as always. Food was good, although one of our burgers in one section wasnt cooked, REALLY pink, but thats not the norm. You can tell them, or point out if somethings wrong, and theyre great at making it right! They keep drive thru running smooth, so long lines go swiftly! And you can eat inside which is a plus!

The In & Out on 83rd & Bell is a great place to watch fireworks on the 4th of July. Its right next to the Peoria Sports complex. Grab a double & a shake & youre set for the show!

Isnt as good as it used to be here. The bread is soggier and since they instituted this double line drive thru, it takes longer to get through. You either get in the right lane, then people cut ahead of you (like they were 5 cars behind you and definitely arrived after you, but some how theyve forced as merges as they can to get ahead of you) or you get into the left lane and people wont let you merge. I wont be coming back to this one anymore...

I then said that and your employee said that the girl cleared that car fast. Ok well if Im waiting 2 minutes to pay obviously not. Foods fine customer service is questionable at this location.

Burgers were great as usual. Fries, not so much. Like cardboard. Probably had been sitting too long. But it happens. They were rockin and busy, and still pumped out the food pretty fast. Gotta give it to those kids, they were working their butts off. Now if we could only get one in Wisconsin!

If you look closely in my half-eaten burger, you will see a thin slice of hamburger. The sandwich looks good upon presentation; all wrapped up quite nicely. However, it seems like you are eating a salad on a bun. Plenty of lettuce, tomato, cheese, slice of onion and the usual condiments, but the burger is so thin you can almost see through. At least you get a fair amount of french fries.

Ive always loved coming here and the quality in food has never changed for over 10 years. The food is fast and tasty, real cheap, and the service cant be beat. Can your mom make an In n Out fry? Thought so. They make a dinner rush look like happy hour. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Business hours say they open at 10:30am but I pulled into drive-thru at 9:58am and they still took my order. Great customer service. Order did take every bit of 20mins but it was fresh and i know they were kind enough to take my order before they were even open.

Obviously there will always be long lines at In-N-Out, sadly the workers that are usually outside to take your order arent there anymore. Overall decent pace and my large order was ready sooner than expected. Fast, hardworking and polite staff.

Pick one thing and do it well seems to work very well for this place. Fresh ingredients and an incredible staff make this fast food chain a cut above the rest. We recently visited on national cheeseburger day and let me tell you it was insane!! The line for the drive thru was out of the parking lot into the street. The line for inside was out the door and standing room only. Yet that didnt stop them from getting us or food fast and correctly. Let me repeat that, easily over 100 people in line inside and out and our food came out FAST and CORRECT!! Not to put other places down but competing fast food chains seem to mess orders up reguraly when they arent even busy and these guys nailed it on a day when you could barely get in the parking lot or door to place your order!! Thanks In N Out for taking care of your employees and training them properly, it really shows.
