Best donuts in the valley. Theyre always fresh and have the perfect amount of glaze (not too sweet). They also have the best sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit of all of the places Ive tried. My fiance said their lunch sandwiches are amazing. Their coffee drinks arent very good (coffee tasting) though. The mocha drink I got tasted like liquid sugar. Employees are always very nice and the line so far has never been very long or taken very long to get through.

Favorite donut shop, donuts are a great price and always fresh tasting. Love that the donut holes arent covered in sugar like most places. Just enough to make them sweet but not overdone. Staff is mostly friendly, found that the inside counter staff arent as friendly as the drive through person.

Bosa Donuts is the place to go for your sweet tooth craving. Not all you may remember the Time to Make the Donuts commercial but since that other place no longer does it and they are always out of donuts, GO TO BOSA! Their donuts are made fresh throughout the day and are always in stock. That has always been my experience with these yummy morsels. They also make good deli sandwiches.

I have to say now that they have a new girl here this place has changed many of the workers seem to not care about helping their customers, they just want you in and out. The new girl is very nice and helpful her drinks are the best I believe her name is Olivia thank you for serving me today.

This place had some of the best donuts. they also have good coffee. not a selection of coffee like the Starbucks stuff with the fancy, but just good strong coffee.The donuts were simply amazing. my new favorite place in mornings for sure.

Donuts were good when we got home but noticed the girl who served us, the corner of the box was shoved into one of the donuts. Just a lil disappointed because all the pieces were being used on my sons bday cake. Other than that, the donuts were good tasting.

Best donuts, great pricing. Inside could use some updates. Drive through is always packed, would be great if they could figure out a better traffic flow. Through traffic cant get past if the line is a few cars deep.

Finally Bosa on the west side! Awesome donuts. The bear claw had apple inside instead of almond though, which confused me.... but still good.

Fantastic Donuts, Great service and very clean. All covid protocols are in place. Lots of parking and lots of team members so long lines go fast. Extremely well priced. They are constantly cleaning. Huge variety and each donut is fresh and huge. This is a great donut stop. Lots of drinks availble. Would like to see more diet drinks though. Great place.

Bosa is great and all but some advice, dont use the drive thru. Youll be waiting 10+ minutes for a coffee and a sandwich

Ive gone here a few times and its been great, but my boba drink from 4 nights ago seemed to have given me really bad food poisoning and I dont think Ill return. As many people have said, this place does seem dirty, so eat here at your own risk. Night 3 and still dealing with bad food poisoning. :(

Bosa is the real deal. Im there almost 5 days a week for the croissants. How does Dunkin donuts even try to compare to them. Not even close.

These are really great donuts. They have something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. Im always in search of a great donut shoppe and this is one not to miss. Leave the dunkin and grocery store donuts for another time. When a true donut shoppe comes around dont pass it up.

BEST donuts in town! They are ALWAYS fresh! Soft, moist, and fluffy. They are never stingy on the icing or sprinkles. And the iced coffee is yummy too! It has a strong flavor to it, which is great for basic coffee drinkers.

Got a large pinacolada smoothie, it was terrible. Tasted like water with ice chips in it. Would have gone back and asked for a refund but Im in a hurry. Even left a tip.I ended up going back and they made me another drink that didnt suck.

Service was nice and maybe the regular donuts or other food they offer is good, but the apple fritter was awful. I rate a donut shop by how good (flavor quality and if its too greasy) their apple fritters are. If they can get those right, chances are the rest is good too.Sorry to say, I probably wont return to try anything else.

Foods pretty good for the most part. I dont care for the donuts all the time due to the grease content but kiddo loves them. Staff is my issue. My family was greeted to an eye roll and attitude to begin our order. Along with asking us after every item we ordered if we wanted anything else. Wait till I tell you Im done, since its common sense the one donut I ordered isnt for 3 people. Girl behind the counters attitude made me stop our order less than halfway through and just pay to leave. You dont like what your doing dont do it- its obvious when you act like that.

The employees at this location are so friendly. The moment I walked into the building I was greeted by a young lady so kind and welcoming.

When I was told this place has unbelievably amazing doughnuts and for cheap I expected the doughnuts to be small or the basic doughnuts to be the only cheap items. But I was wrong. So many different kinds and flavors and very inexpensive. And open 24hours with a drive thru!

This place is always really good and very fresh. Staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

What a horrible experience. The donuts are good but the girl at the counter needs to learn some food handling rules. I was disappointed when what I was looking forward to was a hot cup of coffee, she carried the cup across the room with ungloved hand and holding the cup with her fingers pinched deep into the cup where the beverage goes. She then filled it with old, cold coffee and tried to serve it to me. Seriously. No thanks. There are other donut shops in town.

Super yummy and definitely lots of glaze or frosting on these delightful donuts. The staff is super sweet and always welcoming. The sitting area is a bit small, but we’ve really never had any issues finding a table. Favorites are sugar raised, old fashioned and the lemon filled. They also do a really good maple bar.

Dirty looking place. 😭 plus the drive-thru is so narrow to turn in to.if you have a large pickup truck you have to make a wide turn to get into the drive-thru. It was very bad planning actually they all are that way.😭

*Update*Best donuts Ive ever had 10 months ago was my review for them.However, the last few times Ive gone, the food and drinks have not been very good. It seems like its slowly declining and everything used to be awesome. The customer service is worse than the food. The employees seem excessively angry even if your kind about the simplest things. Like If you ask what flavors of boba pearls they have, they get mad at you. They only get half of my order right. Today I ordered an ice coffee and it was gross so I ask if I could trade it in for a different drink and even paid the extra, she got so triggere andd gave it to us and slammed the window in our face without saying anything. We werent even mad or rude, after so many times of this I dont think its a bad day anymore. Its employees who are aggressively bitter at customers. Ill never be back

Love Bosa. Morning, noon, or night the donuts are always fresh. The location near me is open 24/7 or at least they were prior to Covid-19. And they have a drive-thru. Like I mentioned before Ive been there at various times throughout the day and they have a great selection of donuts every time I go... Other donut shops are constantly running out of donuts. Ive yet to try anything other than their donuts, so I cant give any feedback there. But Im anxious to explore more of their menu. :-)

Great selection of donuts, seem to always taste like they just put them out. Staff always have a smile. Loved the Christmas tree decorated and set up for a photo op.

I work nights and I have frequented this location and they rarely have what I want. This morning at 2 am I wanted muffins. I asked what kind they had and she tells me “at the moment only strawberry cheesecake” I ask for two, then she tells me they only have 1 left. Then I ask for a chocolate bar and of course they don’t have any left. I just left without ordering anything. It’s annoying they never have anything. What’s the point of being 24 hours if customers can’t get what they want 24 hours. Your basically getting to choose whatever is left over from the previous day!

If youre tired of ho hum donuts, Bosa has some of the best classics youll ever have. Their donuts are really good size, oh so soft and chewy and their sandwiches are delicious. Others Ive had try their sandwiches have said they are great and want them again.If youve got a craving for a donut, this is the place!

The donuts are delicious but have gone in multiple times and they were low on donuts. The young girls working can be so rude about it too. They say a baker is only in around 10 but why have a shop open for 24 hours and not a baker at the later hours of the evening. That needs to be corrected!

I just wanted to say that you guys charge more than rainbow for a dozen donuts on door dash but my whole office agrees that rainbow donuts tasted better. Try buying better quality ingredients if your going to charge more than anyone else in the area for a dozen donuts. Maybe that way people wont think of you as a subpar donut shop no better than the grocery store.

Great variety of fun donuts for adults and kids! Iced and blended coffees are fantastic. Ham and cheese with or without jalapeno croissants are wonderful warm. Especially when coupons are mailed out, this is a fun morning outing at a great value.

My fiance and I went to this Bosa to get some donuts in the middle of the night as we were awake working from home and craved something sweet. We pulled up to the drive thru and couldnt really understand the person taking our order, he said they were out of chocolate donuts. We couldnt understand him over the speaker because his English was so broken and so we told him we will pull up to the window to place our order, and the guy never showed up at the window so we left without placing an order. Very disappointing. Who hires a person who can barely speak English? Theres something definitely wrong with this place.
