I always have good luck getting the shoes I need. Very attentive.

Poor service, high prices even after discount, have to special order simple items I can get cheaper and faster elsewhere, I won’t return. We spend a fortune there but have now found a better supplier. The need to call a national hotline rather than direct store is piss poor service as well

Grainger is a demented bi-polar sister you wish you never had. I tried signing up for a NET 30 account, after 8 days I called in to see if I was approved. I was told on the phone that I had $1000 in credit, 2 days later I attempted to make a purchase. It was cancelled, then I was told I could go into a store to get help and they would complete the order. I then drove 8 hours round trip only to be told I had no NET 30 terms, but needed to pay cash. Screw Grainger!
