These guys are awesome. I had a garage door spring break and was stuck in the house with the car locked in the garage. It was late afternoon. They had someone out here by 8am. I decided to get a new garage door which they just installed. Mike did an awesome job and cleaned up after he was done. The garage looks better than when he started. They also fixed an issue on a rental in a timely matter at a reasonable cost. I will use them again for any issues.

Completely amazed and satisfied! I had Design Array replace our broken tension spring around 5+ years ago. When I called Monday morning around 8am, I told them they replaced the spring several years ago and I wasnt sure if it was under warranty or not. I then told them, either way my spring broke again and needed it fixed. I had a technician at the house within an hour and he fixed it. Luckily it was under warranty and they honored that warranty no questions ask. The technician was done within 45 minutes and the garage was working like new! Thanks you Design Array!

Very,VERY Disappointed! 11/9, we ordered new gdoor We were told 4 weeks, as it had to be ordered, we were still waiting after that time, 5 weeks, still waiting. each time we called we got a story. Finally almost 7 weeks we got delivery. The door is NOT the color I ordered, my house is not anywhere near the color they brought. Being so fustrated I told the guy that this is definately NOT the door I ordered he insist that this is the color I ordered, we were back and forth with him until I said JUST put it in! I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again. The customer service was also ver poor! wasted money. My HOA is on my case because of the odd match.
