Jose came to my house within about 2 hours of initial call for quote. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took measurements and called the next morning with a quote. Again, ...it was Jose, not another department or secretary. Other company made me schedule a time which was over a week out, it took them another week to send the quote and request money down. JP glass kept it personal. Always available to answer questions. The glass turned out beautiful, mostly due to their quality of craftsmanship.They are brothers that work together nicely and with great attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone. Recommend highly. Sent Pedro to a rental home & he quickly responded that he could repair the large window instead of replacing it, saving us a lot. I didn’t even have to meet him at the property, he went & checked it out & then got right back to me. Even better, working with a local person who responds immediately to calls/ texts was wonderful. Before getting his contact information I had called several “local” window dealers who asked for information I didn’t know (manufacturer of window, install year, etc) & let me know up front that they could only repair their brand of windows. Replacement would have required us to replace a very large group of windows to keep them uniform. Will refer & use again.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We called multiple glass companies trying to get a quote for exactly what we wanted for our bathroom remodel. Everyone tried to upsell us on something completely different, and that we didnt want at all. We called JP Glass, and they immediately scheduled a time to look at the shower, listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly what I was asking for. And it looks AMAZING! The quality of work is amazing, the customer service was amazing, and the follow up was a really nice surprise. They contacted me a few weeks later, and asked me how it was going and if I was happy with the service. Its the type of old school customer service that you just never find anymore. I could not recommend these guys more. Absolutely outstanding. I WILL be using them again in the future.
