Place is a literal joke. Lady ripped me off hella. I walked in with a 200 dollar Easton baseball glove and she said she could only sell it for $25. She ended up buying it herself personally but she told me that all she could do and that it was a good price. Do NOT ever buy off or pawn from this pawn shop. They WILL rip you off they donβt care. Horrible peopleπ€£ππ»
The first thing youll notice at this place is the low IQ of the employees. Id say they have just enough intelligence to stand idle and speak broken language, that of which is mostly speculative nonsense. Theyll desperately try to sell at a high price, but dont know anything about their own inventory, and when asked, you get the idk, I just work here or some kind of low effort sales pitch.
This store is bare. Never seen a pawn shop with only a half a dozen pieces of jewelry
During the shut down the manger helped me I did not loose any jewelry I love them

Horrible service. Bring a couple jewelry to check the authenticity and get a estimate. The girl at the front desk treat me rude. Also they even check all my jewelry. They told me that anything was gold and I went to a different store and I had a couple of gold jewelry.Worst service girl at the front desk really rude and impolite!
I have been a previous customer at this location for 5yrs and today I called in search of ladies white gold diamond hoop earrings and was told on the phone by the female asst. manager that they had a pair of earrings.. I asked if the diamonds were in channel setting and she said yes... So I get i the car a drive all the way done to this location. I walk in and go to the jewelry counter and find the diamond earrings...Not one set of earrings is in a channel setting. I ask for the manager and when she comes out I asked her why she told me the earrings were channel set? She said it was her mistake; they are in prong setting....Iβm like WHAT!! I drive all the way down for this nonsense....I will never shop at this location again...
No HONOR at all...They will throw away a consistent customer over $50. DUMB! I love shopping and saving money at pawn shops.I just purchased a very inexpensive laptop. It is the last thing I will ever buy from them - They cant be trusted. NOBODY should trust them with their money. The laptop didnt work.When I tried to return it, I was very surprised to be told NO. The reason? My receipt has a stamp on it that states This item is sold AS IS with no returns, exchanges or warranties. This statement is followed by a line that says: Customer Initials. Which, of course, is blank.I explained that customers should know this before they get a receipt not after. This stamp on my receipt is the only place/person that ever mentions anything about being AS IS.So, even though this company has a satisfaction pledge and they pretend they will give you a month to take something back to them. Look at your receipt CLOSE!!! They are bragging about their great return and exchange policies, then less then an inch away from their wonderful policy the receipts say No Returns/Exchanges at all!!! What a JOKE.
Took in a 14k white gold pendant with 5 stones of aquamarine. Had an emergency and was offered only $20 by a guy who smelled like alcohol. The pendant was originally $245! He said he did not count the many stones and was just paying for the gold. I refused to sell it to them. After I walked out I saw the two men laughing and heared them congrats each other on ripping off another one. A man came in before me saying he had not eaten for 2 days and was selling his wedding ring. I have a feeling he was the one they were talking about. Been here before and had reasonable service. But this was incredibly unprofessional.

Make sure to get the warranty even if they donβt ask you. I purchased an Xbox controller and it didnβt work. They claim to have offered me the warranty. They did not.

All staff, Vanessa especially, were very kind and friendly, very professional and courteous in assisting me with a temporary cash loan for collateral. I look forward to returning to pick up my item, which is hard to say for any pawn shop. Its a smaller shop next to a 7-11, but worth stopping by if youre in the market or area. I enjoy going to the pawn shop. When it comes to deals and good prices this is the place. Last year my husband attended this raffle thing and won a free necklace from here. Thats pretty cool not most places do stuff like that. So far this place hasnβt been a disappointment. And when it come to customer service Eder never fails to bring his βAβ game. Keep up the good work man.
Great place to go managers are great employees are great they always help me out I would definitely recommend this to lots of people I purchased product from there as well as pawn and never had problems and never been under bid or undersold just an all-around great place with a great team

Great location for used game stations, i bought 2 ps4s and they both work great and no issues along with remotes!Vanessa was great at welcoming me to the store and very attentive on the products details and specifications. I definently recommend this place!
For the most part the employees are knowledgeable. Have had a couple bad experiences but nothing of late.
For the most part I can say my experience was good except when I went to pay off my loan and pic up my guitar the older blonde lady was more like a sergeant giving orders than providing customer service almost like she was talking down to me i did not get that from the other 2 gentlemen that work their she may have had a bad day other than that i would go back.
The staffing here is a complete joke. Things are really rough right now so I took 2 pairs of gaming headphones (TurtleBeach) in to get some $$ for my M-Power card. The first chick asked me right away, Why are you bringing these in today?β /self rather odd. So I have her the short and sweet rundown and without even trying to hide it she told her eyes at me and says she can give me $5., i say each? Cool, deal. (im that desperate) she says no, for both! When I start to rebut the other days to hold on, good in the back, comes out 2 secs later saying that the boss says they cant take them at all. π²π²π²π²π² /self mind - blown. I walk out.Go to the shop next door. Doode gives me $8. for some music CDs that my mom wouldnt listen too.
They gave me a really good price on my laptop for pawn, and where very helpful with extending my due date. Only problem was some of the people there have horrible customer service.
The manager was the one to help me, very curtious and polite, needless to say ive been back to purchase more jewlery

Bought a tablet there with my card and when I was using it its wasnt functioning properly and when I took it back they told me I wouldnt be getting back my money back until 5 days after I returned it. Which I was never told before I purchased it
The rudest people in Maryville. They think theyre doing you a favor by being open. I will never go back. I went in to look for silver items and asked if they had coins and you would think I asked them some ridiculous question. I will never go back.
The customer service was horrible! An employee named Vanessa was rude and didnt seem to even know what she was doing. Then when she was corrected on her mistake she began talking to the other employees in Spanish instead of trying to to fix the situation. I will not use this place again.
