I reached out to this company on a Monday morning after our office audio system lost sound in most all speakers. After spending a few hours trying to troubleshoot myself I had enough and decided I needed professional help!Terry called same day, asked questions about the system and asked for a few pictures. Terry immediately diagnosed the problem and offered to visit and replace the defective part same day AND gave me a second option to order the part and install myself (simple 5 minute plug and play install).HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, RESPONSIVE. Terry did a great job selecting components for a whole home audio installation. He was very responsive and completed the work on time. He made sure the system and the phone app worked before leaving, and helped with follow on questions. I am very happy with the surround sound and in home sound quality and ease of use with control 4. The best! Called for audio/video repair that I have been plagued with for months. After many attempts by others, AV by Design came right out (same day within an hour of my call) and fixed my wiring problems.Terry was awesome, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Terry is amazing. We were in the process of moving, and I needed someone to move and mount three TVs for me. I had called another company that was local, they came out and quoted the job. I asked them to get back to me on an install date and they never did. I called and left two messages and gave up. I had to get the TVs installed before the cable people showed up. I wanted to make sure I knew where all of the wiring could go to keep it clean. I saw that Audio Video by Design had good reviews and called. Terry came out the next day to get me a quote and two days later my TVs were mounted cleanly (no visible wires) exactly where I needed them. Our home was complex, as it had a TV cabinet that was built into the wall (I hate those). Of course it wasnt big enough for my TV, and the reach from the back of the cabinet was more than 24, so a standard TV mount wouldnt work. Terry built a false wall, reinforced it and hung the TV from it. He painted the wood black so you cant even see it in the cabinet. Everyone that comes over, comments on how my TV fits perfectly in that space. It looks great! Never once was I concerned that Terry couldnt handle this job. He knew exactly what to do, and the results are immaculate.We have since had him back out to help with some other wiring projects and he is always friendly, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this company for all of your AV needs. We will be hiring Audio Video by Design to come back out and install a complete home automation/control system for us. Thanks Terry!
