Purchased a 20lb bag of ice which was to be $2.00. Was charged $12.00 attempted several calls to number leaving 2 voicemails and have had no response. Will advise the neighborhood not to use the ice kiosk as they are a rip off and do not have any customer service values at all. Will be reporting to the BBB
