Place is great! They offer more than lamps too. Angelika was very helpful. She took us to where we needed to browse and offered help and advice when asked. Will probably be ordering a chair from them too. Highly recommend them.

I LOVE Lamps Plus! It can be expensive but, sometimes you just want to treat yourself! They also have floor models, and other discounted items. Ive gotten several discounted items from there and have NEVER regretted anything Ive ever bought there. They do the quality control for you, in other words THEY DONT SELL JUNK. They do sell furniture, fountains ceiling fans, as well as various and sundry electrical items, including light bulbs of all types, switches, wires etc. Its just a cool place to window shop off nothing else. Treat yourself to beautiful lighting, its worth it.

The worst customer service ever! Ive been in this store twice in the past 3 days and walked around looking at lights and clocks for quite awhile each time. Not ONE person asked if I needed help with anything either time. There are 3 people hanging one light and a few sales people at the front desk and no one has acknowledged me. Im even sitting in one if their chairs writing this and still have not been approached. There is a clock that I made a special trip back to purchase but I cant get any help getting it down. 😫

We were looking for pendant lights over our kitchen island. Judy B. was our salesperson and she guided us through the process in a most excellent manner. Prior to meeting with Judy we had no idea on proper size, etc. for the pendants and we left with a clear idea. Love the feature on their website where you download your room and then try out various options for lighting. Had 13 rooms going, narrowed it down and went back and finalized the details with Judy. Very knowledgeable person and enjoyed working with her and Lamps Plus!

Beautiful selection. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. They do have a large inventory with other items to furnish your home. The prices were a little higher I guess thats where the plus comes from, its lamps plus more money..

Great shoppe for, of course lamps, but also ceiling fans, drop lights, etc and a small but unique selection of other home furnishings like mirrors, clocks and accent chairs. Angelika was very knowledgeable and helpful. The ceiling fan selection is better and higher quality than the home improvement stores.

Purchased some track lighting with the help of Pete Morales at the Lamps Plus on 83rd Ave in Peoria, AZ. Ran into an issue while doing the install so I returned to the store. Luckily Pete was working. He listened to what I was dealing with and took the time to fully research the issue and finally came up with the solution. Thanks so much for all your help Pete. It really made my weekend to be able to get that project completed. You guys have a customer for life.

This is my go-to lighting store for the past 9 years. I used to sometimes be frustrated at Lamps Plus because the quality of sales staff varied significantly but now I ask for Dawn and I get fantastic service. Shes friendly and knowledgeable and tracks down the information I need to make an informed purchase. The prices are reasonable so I can replace lighting regularly to keep up with trends. The stores return policies have improved so Im not afraid of getting stuck with something that isnt quite right. I like this store...ask for Dawn

They have what you want and need. Great and helpful staff. Price is right and their products are high quality. Purchased 5 ceiling fans and 4 light fixtures. Great selection and stock on most all items. The big box stores may be less but you will get better service and more selection. We recommend this company for all your lighting and fan needs.

Terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in Angelika Perry was rude. I did not measure the room before arriving at the store, but instead of providing information on their products she talked down to me and was absolutely condescending.. dont know why this lady chose to work customer service. Their ceiling fan selection was also not great and didnt match their products online. Do yourself a favor and visit Northern Valley Fans & Lights instead.

Went in to the store and searched for ceiling fans with one of the sales reps... We found one she said was in stock and would ship in 6 to 10 days. Two weeks went by with no update and no fan. I called a few times, was told they submitted a ticket and that the fan would ship that day or the next. It didnt and no call again. I called back. They said theyd have to look into it and would call back. I finally received a return call and the sales rep was happy to report that the fan would ship in another 3 weeks. They offered no other options or concessions so I cancelled the order.

They have really poor customer service and in hindsight I realize they are overpriced compared to others. Their customer service department will not answer the phone. Go ahead and try calling. I waited for a half an hour and finally hung up. If you click their chat button, it says youve reached them outside of business hours, in the middle of the day. I finally had to email them. The scenario is I ordered a light less than 24 hours ago. I tried to cancel it because I realized it actually does not fit my needs and the order status still says it is only Ordered and not Shipped yet. They refused to cancel the order. They said via email they are shipping it to me anyway, having me request a return once it gets to me, then Ship it back, then wait 7 business days (so by now we are talking 2-3 weeks) to get the large amount of money I spent and the correct light, when they could just stop the shipment in their warehouse like Amazon, Wayfair or anybody else. When I told customer service that this is silly and I wont be buying the replacement light with them because of how inconvenient their business is, the rep sent a template We hope to meet your lighting and home decor needs in the future. They really dont care once they get your money.

I was in the store for 15 minutes Monday October 12, 2019. Not one sales person approached me. I am okay with terrible service and I know why I was not approached. Sadly to say I saw several lights that I wanted to purchase on the spot or ready to order. I will take my money to someone who has customer service skills.

They have so very many different styles of lamps. Obviously they have a large price range, but there are many that I would consider affordable, and I am by no means wealthy. I wasnt shopping for a leather chair, but almost bought one. They have some very affordable, very comfortable and beautiful ones there. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, without being pushy at all!!

I was looking forward to shopping at this store, but will not do so due so to they make customers wear masks. There are people who can’t wear a mask due to a medical condition and should not have to be made to! Masks can cause harm to people with medical conditions. Breathing your own carbon monoxide is harmful it raises cortisol level which suppresses the immune system. I understand there are people who have immune compromised systems that need to wear a mask. Masks should be by choice, Will be shopping elsewhere. I guess you don’t need my money sheep wake up and do some research and See how harmful masks can be! God bless America!

Been in here a time or two. Very nice lamps and lights. Little on the pricey side but very nice looking product. Saw a few peices Id like to get for my place in the future.

I bought 2 ceiling fans from this location back in 2017 and now I have to buy a receiver for it. Replaced it and now another one went out. I have been at my house for over 10 years and the ones I had installed are still going(old ones) after the ones I buy. From lamps plus. Never buying from them again if this had a negative-1 I would rate it

We recently bought two pendant lights here. Greg, Alexandra, Madison, and the Store Manager, Keli, all played an important part in the experience--which was exceptional. There was a complication concerning the order that was my fault. They moved immediately and graciously to resolve it and the lights are now in place in our house. I am really impressed with their customer service mentality, their extensive range of choices, and the value of their products in relation to price. We will be back; this is definitely our lighting/fan source of choice!

Interesting situation with 2 of the 3 MinkaAire ceiling fans I purchased from Lamps+. 2 of the 3 made various noise over days of continuous operation. Note: The fans were installed by a qualified and well known electrician in our area. Instead of offering excellent customer service they wouldnt take our word the fans were making noises. They made us wait almost 30 minutes as they tested the fans in their back service area. Instead of recognizing the difference of a fan being tested on a hard bench vs hanging from a ceiling that would produce different results, they said the motors didnt make any noise. Ok...but again a different testing environment existed. After debating the question of my and our electrician offering are experience with listening to the fans, they provided a completely new fan for one of the noise producing fans, but only offered new fan blades to try along with the other fans parts. Well see! I wasnt wanting my money back, I just wanted to exchange the noise producing fans for new ones that hopefully will operated properly. Note: Each fan cost about 280$, so not inexpensive.

This is a great place with some really neat stuff, its a bit expensive though. While lamps are primarily what they sell, they do also have armchairs, decor items, and fans. They have some very unique lamps. The staff is very friendly, also.

Huge selection of lighting and accessories. Many choices. They dont tell you light bulbs dont come with lamps. Very pricey too.UPDATE: WE HAD A VERY POOR INSTALL BY ALLEN, SPOKE WITH HIS BOSS HAYBERG AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE FULL REFUND OF INSTALL... NEVER HAPPENED SO CALLED STORE AND SPOKE WITH MANGER KELLY COOPER... SHE SAID WILL NOT REFUND... THEY DO NOT KEEP TO THEIR WORD, I WILL FILE BBB COMPLAINT... CAUTION WITH THESE PEOPLE... TRUST LEVEL 0.

Very helpful about specialty bulbs.

Went there to get new glass for 3 pendant fixtures and a chandelier. Ordered pendant fixtures online 2 years earlier but manager couldnt locate order. Told us we needed to bring back glass so they could measure it. We did as we were told but manager forgot to tell us where to locate the product number on the fixture and bring that in also. Well, 5 catalogs later and 2 failed trips to the store, still no glass. Managers customer service skills were terrible.

Excellent service, but prices are a bit too high. We did not find a chandelier for our dining table due to poor selection of contemporary styles.

We ordered a chandelier 4 weeks ago and were told it would be to the store within 3 days. We waited a week and a half and didn’t get a call so we called them back. The lady who took the call told us it would be the following Thursday because they only get shipments on Thursdays. I told her ok that’s fine nothing else we could do. Once again no call the following Thursday so I called on Saturday to be told by the manager that it was never ordered. She then told me it was now ordered and since it was a Saturday they would overnight it on Monday and would be here at the latest Wednesday, not sure why the extra day since it was being overnighted but fine. Once again no follow up Wednesday, we called today Thursday to be told it was not sent overnight, it is supposedly in transit but they have absolutely no clue where it is or when it will be here! I will NEVER order another thing from this store. People act like they want to help, say it’s handled to once again drop the ball! What a HUGE disappointment!

I was very impressed with my lamps plus experience last Saturday. I was in search of a medium sized crystal chandelier to go over my new clawfoot tub in my master bathroom. I was worried i wouldn’t find anything in my price range. I walked into the store and was super excited to see TONS of crystal chandeliers on display. Their selection is awesome! The customer service gentleman was so great as well. The light i wanted was out of stock at their store, but they had a driver go and pick me up one from another store and was back within 10 minutes, it was insane how fast it was! He helped me find exactly what i was looking for and was very kind about my lower end budget. I found a gorgeous oil rubbed bronze chandelier with clear crystals, it was half off too! Score! Thank you sooooo much Jack B for your impeccable kindness and customer service.I have installed the chandelier at home and the quality is outstanding and for only $250!

Im giving this place 4 stars only because of the young lady who works there. Now when I visited last month there is a older lady who I felt wasnt to thrilled to assist me and when she decided to help Ive already have walked around for about 15 to 20 mins, I remembered that she said she just returned from her vacation. So maybe that had something to do with it. So I order my product on the website and pick it up from this location and that is when the younger lady greeted me at the door answered all of my other question about the product that i was their to pick up and she even got my interest in something else. So when I return to purchase the other items I seek her and only her out to assist.

Quality products and helpful staff

Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. Paid over $600 for a chandelier which wasn’t in stock at Lamps Plus Scottsdale from a very helpful clerk and received via Fed Ex in short period of time. Three of the drop rods were defective: one rod was bent, one was chipped on surface, and one had a different surface coat than the others. Went to Lamps Plus in Peoria (nearer our home) to exchange the defective ones. Lamps Plus paperwork said their policy was that we could return it to any Lamps Plus store. Clerk (Ed Moorish) suggested we order a whole new set instead, and extras for our higher ceiling, and then we could return what we didn’t need, including the defective ones. Cost to us — an additional $196.00. The new ones arrived and we installed the unit. When I returned to the Peoria store, to return the defective ones, the assistant manager, Peter Morales, could not understand the issue and no credit was granted for the defective ones, nor two additional 6” rods we ordered which were never even opened from the box. Do not trust Lamps Plus regarding return policy!!

I would typically blow off the experience we had there on Tuesday, October 21st, but the more I think about it the more irritated I get. My girlfriend and I went in after seeing a movie right by there as she wanted to show me a couple of dining fixtures for our new home. We were in the showroom for at least 30-40 minutes. We wandered throughout the showroom both together and separately. NOT ONCE did a single employee say hi to either of us! It wasnt busy. One employee was busy on the sales floor showing another employee stuff on his cell phone. The other sales people could have cared less. Not one smile. Not one hello. We left after our visit and I asked my girlfriend if anyone ever said hi to her. We were both completely ignored! I dont get it. A store that wasnt busy and nobody even took half a second to even say hi or even acknowledge that we were even there! There are plenty of places to buy lighting and plenty of places that have sales associates that dont act like they are working in Beverly Hills. How can you be a snob selling lighting fixtures. Oh..I guess designers earn that arrogance. I wont be giving this showroom a dime.

I was told by the salesperson that my lamp would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. When I got the information from the shipping people they said it will not be here till Friday and I will not be here. I called immediatlyi and asked them to cancel it. They said it was still there but they could not cancel because it had already been pulled. It will come when Im gone and undoubtly be stolen from my front door. This is no way to treat customers if you care about them

Let me tell you, if you need a lamp, I know a guy.. or should I say place. Theyve got tall lamps, theyve got small lamps, the have OBTUSE lamps, floor lamps, desk lamps, you name it, theyve got it. This is Lamps PLUS baby you come here looking you cant leave without one.Theres also a Chipotle next door.
