Service was not bad, products were good, management is not honest. They ordered material without authorization but do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Be very careful doing business with these people.

I have never gone to Carver Lumber because I was afraid of their prices. What a pleasant surprise! I have always done business with another lumber company on Sheridan Road. On this trip to that lumber company they didnt seem interested in answering my questions. I thought I would give Carver a try. They spent time answering all my questions about a deck rebuild and with a smile. I bought all the lumber and accessories I needed there. The price was just a little higher than the box stores but was worth it because of the advice and knowing I got the best products. Cant say enough for every person I dealt with at Carver Lumber .
