I had a great experience at Apex Tactical yesterday (9/1/21) when I went to their facility to have them install their upgraded trigger and ejector in my new FN509M. I met several of their staff and one of the owners actually did the install. Everyone was awesome, friendly and helpful. The whole process took only 10 minutes and with the new trigger, the pull was much more smooth and crisp. Awesome folks, thank you very much.

Purchased a SW Enhanced trigger kit special edition from Apex. It shipped pretty quick. This was my first time changing out any parts of a firearm. It was actually pretty easy....except one thing. The trigger change out was a bit tougher than I thought. Long story short, I broke the trigger where the pin went into the rings. I sent Apex and email and called them immediately and admitted my screw up. They asked for a few pictures and a couple of days later they replied that they would send out a replacement. Wow, I was amazed they did that since it was my mistake. Aside from the great service and support, the trigger kit works amazingly well. I felt less trigger travel to the wall. I dont have a gauge but its definitely lighter. So I highly recommend Apex for their product and service. Im waiting to see if they will come out with enhancements for Taurus products. Keep up the great work.

Wanted and tried to be a customer BUT in the end underwhelmed overall. Im a professional gunsmith and usually purchase Wolff Gun springs for my revolver trigger/action work. The duty carry kits for the j frames I was told were the cats meow. So i bought [2] kits and installed one into a new stock S&W 637 customer gun that I did my normal de-horn and polish internals on. Stock the DA was over 12lb on my Wheeler gauge. After my normal work with stock springs I was at about 8.75lbs. With the Apex kit I went to 7.25 which was great until the trigger developed a re-set & timing issue that made me feel like it would not be reliable. I put the stock rebound spring back in and it brought my up to just about 8lbs and no more trigger reset anomaly.I inquired with Apex about just purchasing their main spring and firing pin/spring w/o the rebound spring since I thought they were good components. It took them four days to get back to me via email just to say they cant help = wont help and Im still waiting on my unopened 2nd kit return to be authorized, I only requested it days ago thru their web page.Sadly first and last time I will be dealing with them. Cant say I didnt try. Guess my next thing on my list today will be to place another order with Wolff.

I ordered the CZ Scorpion Hang Grip and ambidextrous safety. Both shipped together the next day. Installation was easy and the parts fit and finish were perfect. I highly recommend these modifications and APEX products.Thanks Guys.

Truly an awesome company. Had an issue with one of their trigger kits (an issue that was caused by me, not their product) and they took care of me unlike any other company Ive dealt with before in the past. As far as their product goes, I installed a Forward Set Flat Faced trigger for an M&P 2.0 and the difference is night and day.GREAT JOB APEX! We need more companies like you.

This shop has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I purchased the apex trigger and heavy duty striker for the fn 509 tactical. I am not confident in my ability to not screw up the installation. I was on Facebook in a FN group asking for recommendations for a trust worthy shop I could have do the work. When I was contacted by Scott Folk from Apex tactical. Even though they are not accepting firearms for installation at this time due to covid-19 he wanted to make sure I was happy with the products I purchased and the installation was done correctly. He had me bring the firearm and pieces to him at their shop. I waited in my car and within 10 min or so it was done. This shop is amazing looking out for their customers and going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. 10 out of 10 would recommend Apex Tactical and their products.

Excellent customer service and product!I called Apex because I needed a trigger kit in 4 days and was concerned that I would not get it in time. The customer service rep let me know which local retailers carry their products so that hopefully I could find it in stock. I found it at a local gun shop and was able to pick it up same day!!Even though this is my first Glock, installation of the trigger and connector was a piece of cake!I have not shot it yet with the new trigger but just dry-firing it I can tell a lighter and smoother trigger pull.

I just got off the phone with John in customer service and he was great. I had an issue installing a trigger kit on my firearm where it would not fire. It turns out I just needed to clean the firing pin. These guys are awesome!

I sent in my fn 509 tactical to have the apex tactical unit installed. I was originally told 30 to 90 days they had done in two weeks. They let me know when they got the pistol with a personal call and send it back to me in record time. The customer service and company are awesome.

Just bought a trigger kit. Installed it, but trigger pull was heavier than expected. Called Doug in customer service, and he walked me through an operational check (all OK), and then suggested a spring change. Five minutes work did that, and trigger pull is now spot on. Long time satisfied customer!!

Not only does this company manufacture the most finely crafted and innovative firearm components available today, they follow through with top-of-the line customer support.

Scott, one of the co owners was able to accommodate me by meeting up with me and taking a look at the Gunsmith work that I thought wasn’t fitted correctly. The barrel was fit promptly and correctly!
