Lee was so helpful we were just starting to shop for mattress he was so patient and answered all are questions without pushing us to buy right this minute. After shopping the rest of the day we called him back the next day with more questions and finished the order over the phone.

Great experience, we went on to another place but ended up coming back because of the products and the salesperson, Chad. There was no rush for him and he was on top of us like the other place. The purple mattress also pretty much sold it’s self never felt a mattress that comfortable period.

I enjoyed my first-time experience at Denver mattress. I went in looking for a purple mattress because of what I saw on TV and I found them to be quite comfortable. They had the original model along with three hybrid models. All that means is that the hybrid 2 had 2 inches of the purple grid on top. Same concept for the 3 and 4 models. I found the 2 and 3 models most comfortable. I chose the 2nd model. I must admit that these mattresses are quite expensive but there are several options which my salesman Lee Banfield covered all of.He was very helpful and informative was able to answer all my questions and most of all wasnt pushy.

My wife called the store Friday morning asked what the price was for a queen box spring she was told they started at 100.00 . After work I went to pick up the box spring the guy told me that it was 196.00 . He said that they didnt have one for 100.00.

Since we bought this mattress I look forward to going to bed it is the most comfortable mattress ever its an elite euro top if you like a soft pillow top mattress this is for you

Very helpful in finding the right mattress to suit our comfort. Got home mattress felt like a totally different kind not like floor model we chose so now I have to return it because I couldnt sleep it was more firm than expected so had to sleep on couch. Good thing we bought the mattress cover for the warranty.

She showed us the choices we had, and explained everything very well. We asked for delivery and setup (since were Senior citizens)..and, she set up everything for us..at OUR convenience. The entire experience was easy . She has a wonderful personality...and is a terrific representative for your Company. If I were running a retail establishment here in Peoria...Id try my best to hire her away from you. Fast friendly service.

My bed didnt last a year. My past bed was used and lasted 4 years My fiance was hung up on the first time around. It took me almost 3 weeks to finally get ahold of someone to read emails. Was told that the covid 19 messed up their emails (guess people arent the only one to catch the covid). As the time goes by this mattress is hurting my body more and more each night. No sleep and hard to walk. They are knowledgeable. But do they care? Im sure there are people who care at the building. But if your mattress is faulty they will act like they are meeting you half way in reality they dont. Spent over $1500 but get under $400 in store credit. I will be paying my card off while suffering each night for awhile. Hope the person who reads the emails and the manager can sleep good at night on their mattress. 2 stars. Not gonna judge the whole store on a a few peoples decisions.

Great customer service!! My dream fit egyptian cotton sheets I bought with my adjustable bed suddenly ripped getting into bed. I called to inquire on a warranty which I was told was 1yr which was up. The Peoria store called to discuss and said they shouldnt have ripped like that in such a short time and were shipping me out a new pair of sheets!!! Im very greatful as its hard to find sheets for my bed and this is my only set of sheets. Thank you Denver Mattress Peoria!!!

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Dan Crowell easily the nicest and most helpful sales person I have ever meet. Dan went above and beyond my expectations, you could definitely tell that he really cared about his customers and wanted to find what best suited their needs! He even stay an hour an a half past close making sure he went through all of our options & never once tried to hurry the process. I enjoyed my shopping experience with this company and purchased a mattress without any issues initially. After purchase, I had to wait two weeks for delivery. With less than 24 hrs notice, I was told to be home at the time they decided that they were going to deliver. We explained that we wouldnt be at home for that delivery and if they could push it later by one hour. They refused because their deliveries were based on a map and I would have to wait another two weeks for an item I had already paid for to be delivered. Needless to say, I retrieved my money. This company doesnt care about the customer, and my money will never go to a company that doesnt consider me important. Spend your money somewhere else.
