Steve the salesman was great And the young lady in custom service is phenomenal plain and simple. Promised to check out my chair at my house, how NICE is that. Dealt with many area mobility suppliers and nobody matches this company . Dependable and trustworthy.

Not responsive and completely unprofessional!It has officially been a year now since his fitting and signed paperwork. The chair has been in the office for over 6 months but they have yet to provide us an update on missing arm rests.Just get us the chair, and leave the arm rests out until they arrive! They do not respond to emails or phone calls. We are just devistated. How can you treat people like this and let a child suffer like this!

I have used other shops in town and these folks are “Best in Class”. Here’s hoping they all get raises! Quality companies exist because of quality employees. Great job.

One of the worst companies Ive ever had to deal with. Took months of teeth pulling to finally get my custom wheelchair built to now several months later for them to call me to say my smart drive now isnt covered under my insurance when I told them several times it was suppose to be payed in full not a rental for the power assist. Wow this company is beyond words on how awful they are. Save your time and patience and go somewhere else.

NS&M is by far the best company Ive dealt with since becoming a wheelchair user. They always respond in a timely manner and are willing to go out of their way to help clients. Steven and Kelly are both great guys and Im so thankful to have them to help me with all of my many wheelchair needs.

Wow, I cant say enough good things about this place. I was having a minor issue with my wheelchair and they came out and looked at it, fixed it free of charge? Thats customer service. The technician, Ken was professional, friendly and clean. I will definitely be back.

Horrible! It took me over 6 months to get my wheelchair. Jason Berges tried to up sell me things I didnt need. Once I got my chair, I owed them over $3,000 for things I didnt need. He screwed over 2 of my friends. Im surprised this company is not shut down! Avoid!!!!!!
