I bought a new cpap machine because my DreamStation was recalled. I knew it was going to take a long time and I could not be without a machine. I bought a Resmed Airsense10 auto set. I used for two night and I just could not handle the pressure. I called the Oxygen Store in hopes they could help me. Lydia was the first person I talked with and was very helpful. She set me up with Stephen for the next day. They both listened to what I said. Even though I had my doubts, Stephen was wonderful. The machine works better than my old one and I learned allot about my machine. I don’t have to touch anything. Now very pleased with my Resmed, thanks to Stephen and Lydia at the Oxygen Store.

This company is fast and responsive to CPAP, Oxygen, Negative Pressure wound therapy as well as invasive and non-invasive ventilation therapy. My mother receives services through this company and we could not be happier with their service. Since they have done so well I have referred them out to other friends and relatives.

The oxygen store delivered o2 at 1 am in the morning...they were amazing...had the oxygen out in one hour....I would trust them with any o2 needs that you have...Steve in Phoenix

The oxygen store is unethical and dishonest. I provided insurance info and several weeks later called back and they had not done anything. Then a week later I call back and the representative said my insurance approved equipment and I had a $50 copay but my equipment was otherwise covered by my insurance. I subsequently was charged over $500 and they refused to reimburse me because they “already sent the bill to third party which takes care of billing.” It is a racket.do it trust them if they say anything about insurance covering costs!

I went to Oxygen Store by my doctors referral. Wish this company didnt exist. As someone else stated, they dont actually work your CPAP supplies. Apparently the person who gave me my machine signed me up for automatic supply orders. I did not agree to this but now Rotech states I signed on it.The Oxygen Store did have me sign on a pad but this deceptive practice doesnt allow you to see the full document that you are signing for. So this is my fault I believe for trusting on their ethics.About a month after picking up my machine I received supplies stating that it was part of the initial order.At this time I received the wrong size nose pillows. I had a hard time contacting this company. This is when I realized that it was no longer The Oxygen store supplying. I tried calling again before 8am Arizona time and someone answered and seems to just have muted her phone. For close to 30 minutes on my way to work I waited for this person to talk to me.Lastly. I received a full automatic supply last week. I was not expecting this because Im currently trying to work with a different company.Now, this Rotech company is starting that they wouldnt accept to change the wrong size pillows because i didnt reach out to them regarding the previous order.(Turns out the new supply just arrived with a slip that contained an email). I have been able to just contact them by email.STAY CLEAR FROM OXYGEN STORE And ROTECH. (Same company? I dont know)

They are horrible. Dont even show up on time.Lack Professionalism dont return phone calls.Government needs to stop contracting with them. Veterans deserve better than this.

We had excellent service from this Oxygen Store. We worked with Bunnie who was courteous, very knowledgable and thorough. She completed the paperwork and submitted it in a timely manner. Within three days we had the oxygen concentrator and bottles that my wife needed. Couldnt ask for better service.

I had my doctor switch my CPAP to this place as my usual supplier is out of state. This location said that they could do my supplies. Surprise its handled by Rotech and theyre not even in Arizona. At first they called to get the information even though my doctor sent them prescription. 3 months later time for new supplies, theyre using a Robo call service that doesnt work if you have to changed any items. Theres no way to get a human to answer the phone. Honestly I expect to talk to a person and if you cant interact like that then you dont need my money.

Been here 45 minutes and so the only thing done was taking my co-pay. Which as an active duty service member under tri-care prime, we generally don’t have any co-pays.Pretty sure this place cares about nothing but getting paid. I’m out of here in 15 minutes and telling Americans express to cancel the charge since I obviously will not have received my equipment.

Horrible service! My dad is retired military and receives oxygen through this company. They haven’t delivered oxygen in weeks and when my mom called to complain they said “we had the wrong address “ mind you, they delivered there before. He lives on the second floor of a complex and they won’t deliver the big tank because of that, but won’t give him enough of the little tanks to cover what he losses with the big tank. The delivery guy ask my dad was he sure he needed the big tank, because he didn’t want to carry it upstairs . Of course my dad said no even though he does because he was worried about the guy who gets paid to bring it where it needs to go! Shame on this company and their lazy drivers and horrible treatment of people in need.

Shame on Oxygen Store for lack of follow-up -- Im a case worker for an recent widow in Sun City, Her pulmonary doctor requested a POC for her and she mistakenly told them that the Oxygen Store was the provider of her home O2 unit. That was her mistake, however their office called to confirm some information and left the impression that the unit would be provided. A week later I followed up to learn that it was a different provider. To their credit, an agent did spend time with me to review the files and give me the correct information, so Ill give them three stars for the customer service, even though they deserve one star for leaving a widow hanging out there, expecting a delivery and never came.

I hate to even give one star to this place. Been trying for months to get a walker and it was one call after another of BAD information. Just found out they are not even a provider for my insurance. (Which by the way was a different mistake by my insurance company.) They kept reassuring me they would take care of it and never did. I am so frustrated i could just scream!!! Hopefully ill feel better after trying to warn others of the poor, poor service here. Ask many questions, get names and speak to supervisors. Or, are insurance companies purposely making. It so hard to get service that the patients just give up?????

This place is unbelievable. We have a family member in need of a wheel chair for mobility. After a month of being told it’s in the works and they have everything they need, we suddenly learn they need something more, and then only after follow-up. I guess when you are the only Medicare provider you can do business by just not caring about your customers. It seems gratuitous to give even one star.

We have been trying to get them to remove their unneeded oxygen concentrator and oxygen tanks from my Mothers assisted living space for over one month. Several messages have been left with The Oxygen Store and never once have they had the courtesy to return a phone call. Extremely poor customer service which explains their rotten Google Review Rating of 1.4.

They do not tell you they only deliver once every 12 weeks. Out of oxygen and the only alternative is to find someone to go to Peoria to pick it up. Not enough room to store tanks for 12 weeks. Looking for alternate source.

I needed repair done to my oxygen concentrate and they came in the middle of the night on a sat night and it took the worker about 20 min to come to my home I give the service man a 10 plus

Lousy customer service. In a field like this, they need to be ready to assist a customer immediately. Not at their convenience. My canaster started to go out. I told them they needed to come out to repair it. But I would not be home til the day after. They couldnt do that. Because they were going to be in my area the next day. Not the day after. I wasnt going to be home. So, I told them to forget it. Ill live with the busted canaster. The next day I get home and there is a sorry we missed you card on my door. After I told them I wasnt going to be there. ? Lol. No help there. Just take the VAs money and do what you please. Lousy lousy service. Better off fixin it yourself.

This is the worse place to get anything. They make you come in under the pretense that everything is ready to go to were you show up the day of the appointment to them telling me why are you here? Your order is not ready they did this to me twice. Complete waste of my time
