I went here for boxes to pack items in my mothers home. I was happy to see nice thick medium boxes that is very affordable. The store looked nice and well organized. The only issue is the check out line is odd. They have one line for self and serviced check out. Good thing was I get to use the service check out and the lady named Roxanne check me out and she was very nice and efficient

Gone a handful of times and my overall experience is fine. Would like to see more proactive and helpful staff though. You literally have to hunt down an associate to get help otherwise youre walking around for 20 minutes trying to find what you need.

The customer service was so excellent, that it made up for them not having one of the keys I needed copied. Directed me to a place that would. Clean, organized, Helpful.

This home Depot has it all. I had to drive many miles to get what i needed. So yeah, thats great. Not the miles but at least i got what I needed. But the bad thing is that the lines on the register at this location is always very long. I dont like that.Only two registers were open besides the self checkout....so yeah....other than that....associates are super helpful and friendly for the most part. I only give two stars because of the wait times at register. If they fix that i will give 5 stars.sorru, bit i dont have time to waste for the profit of big corporations

I dont know something big is missing about home depot they need to be more organized their display stuff is not very attractive just something is off giving a 4 star because of wonderful customer service

Yesterday I went to buy plywood but the saw was broken. They said it was not working and has not worked right for three months. I was given different stories about why it was not working. This trip was not the first time home depot saw was not working. I dont or cant expect the fact that this store/ company as large as they are cant keep the saw working. I will make Lowes my go to store from now on.

They usually have the stuff that I need but they never really have solved the issue where the employee is actually help you out most of them look the other way or seem like theyre too busy to help you I dont even bother them anymore I just look at my phone and try to find what I need or bring the old part with me so I can match it up properly because asking anybody that works at home Depot they look at you like your speaking a foreign language.

Wife was looking for a specific outdoors storage shed and found the perfect size needed. It appears that supplies are being bought up rapidly. So we bought it.

They had everything I needed as usual and I was in and out. I was not happy 😕 that no one was social distancing it was very crowded and most were not wearing masks. You can do better.

This Home Depot is alright but the only thing lacking is the inventory numbers. They need to have their numbers more accurate. I have gone to many HD and found that the numbers online never match their on hand. Other than that my experience there has always been great.

One star only for home depot in perris ca, I was struggling for a drywall cart I was looking in the parking lot for one with no luck, the funniest thing is that I saw only three carts, so I had to help a guy to unload his cart into his truck so i can use it, that is what I call real bad customer service, they should learn from Lowes. Im sure Im not the only one that is suffering with this problem in home depot, liked if you do.

There is literally a line half the length of the store just to check out. Not all registers open but plenty of workers to open them if they wanted to. This is the longest I have ever seen a line at HDUpdate: no lumber carts available after looking for 1 around the store I said screw it ima carry it but the stack of plywood I need is warped and twisted.

I felt very constrained from being able to shop freely at this location this weekend. Plenty of staff on the floor but, none on this evening asked me if I needed any kind of helpful assistance. I hope to see more staff members engage in safe interactions with costumers. The environment should be Thriving when visiting a Home Depot!

What can I say its Home Depot great place to shop for what you need but you better have some time on your hands if you need assistance.

This is one of the cleaner home depots Ive ever been to. that being said its not anything different from most of the others as well. Went here to look for refrigerators they had a nice selection, went to go get some wire cutters the girl there was very helpful. Overall a good experience

I called to find out if Home Depot had this certain product that I was looking for and was told they did. When I drove to The Home Depot I looked all over the place only to be told that they no longer carried the product. Sure was a waste of my time, not a happy camper as they say. All they had to do was check their device to see if the product was available or not. Very unprofessional and aggravating to me.

I ordered a toilet online but turned out coming from this store. I ended up having to return it and had to work with a couple people at this store including Mavy and Stephanie who both acted kind and efficiently to resolve my problem. This could have been a very stressful experience but Mavy knew exactly how to handle it and made it a good customer service experience.

Just a couple of miles away from me as I ran over to simply buy a 25 foot soaker hose and set it up real quick in my wifes flower garden. They waisted almost an hour of my time because they dont keep track of stock after being sent back and forth from one end of the store to the other 3 times. Waited for forklift guy too long and left. Went to Sun City hardware and was in and out in literally less than 3 minutes !

Unlike some Home Depots Ive been too, this one actually has a helpful and attentive staff.

This is easily the worst run HD Ive ever been to. I am a handyman, and have worked all around SoCal. Lazy, snarky, poorly trained, unhelpful employees. Empty shelves, and you can see the stock above the shelves, but good luck finding an employee who will get it down for you.

Everything was where I expected it to be, However, every time I tried to get a board to the table to have it cut, by the time I got to the end of the isle, the next one was blocked off. So I tried again and then the next one was now blocked. I tried again, with the same freaking result. I found a table and sawed the hardwood by hand myself.It was Very tough to get around and always blocked. I wasnt happy with the poor service.

Lumber, Milling people are useless and you are better off not asking questions. I am a simple guy w/ an EASY TASK, get sawdust and when I would ask an employee (more than 5 from different departments) and they all looked like I was sayimg something alien and or said aisle 46 which is pure garden or cat litter. Floor Manager is more mis-directing, go to Moreno Valley or Iris by Perris Home Depot.

Holden was so incredibly helpful he was able to not only find the tool that I was looking for, but also solved my problem so that I wouldnt need the tool. Bad service trying to get a key made waited 15 minutes no one around found employees in the back of the store ask for help the guy said he would call some one waiting 15 min more and i left no one ask if i needed help just walked by i have had prostate exam with better costumer service i will go to the hemet store from now on if i go at all

This place is the worst . I moved out here and my experience in this Home Depot is so disappointing . One or two registers open at all times, with plenty of workers that just look like their walking around but never there to help you, the curbside pickup is a disaster of a joke, won’t save you any time . This store is closer to my house, but I choose to drive to LOWES because their are just better managed and you don’t have to wait forever to checkout . I’d rather spend more and get decent customer service.

Worst Home Depot location I’ve ever shopped, staff are extremely rude, they are by far extremely slow. Stood in line for 35 minutes because there managed poorly. In short I spend roughly 3/4 million a year at Home Depot and I think it’s time to start looking at Lowe’s or anything else but dome cheapo!!!!

Home depots are all about the same. I prefer the store in Perris because they have better customer service, but today the Murrieta store was on top of everything. We made large purchade which included items from different departments and each employee was helpful. The guy in the rental department was the most helpful. He let us leave one of our carts near him while we shopped around and he told us the best way to go about getting our rental item. He was really friendly and helpful!

I just left the store and was told I couldn’t purchase an item that was displayed on there shelf and I had a picture of the sku. I left Hundreds of dollars of other items in my cart because of the way I was treated. I’m now on my way to the competitor and really think I won’t shop at Home Depot any longer

Very disappointed,I was looking for something which I forgot the name for, there were two young man that worked there went to ask for help I asked if they spoke spanish,because I knew what it was in spanish and they started laughing at me,they thought I didnt speak english,I was so very upset all they had to say was no...and they were hispanic!! It made me wonder when someone asks for their help and doesnt speak English, i could have reported them but I thought they need the job😔😔

Everything you would expect from a Home Depot. Good service, selection, carts sanitized, employees following Covid rules. Even the lines are moving faster these days. Plenty of parking. Air conditioning on full blast. I like that they still have small kids projects kits.

I must say this Home Depots has no customer service what so ever. I ask four different employees where something is. The employee just points and look like they dont know the store.Seems like they are all there to collect a paycheck. Thats why Ill continue to shop at Lowes where the want to actually help customers.
