I got my windshield repaired here and the guys are super great. They did an excellent job and were very inexpensive! I called safelite, who wanted to charge me 1000 for the same job and took a week to call me back. These guys had it repaired so much quicker! Also got my windows tinted, and again a very professional job!

Very nice experience!! Had them do two windshields in one day very happy with both. Work and staff very good at what they do!

To whom ever has a complaint about bubbles when a rear window has the heating element its almost impossible not to get a small bubbles here and there the experience these guys have its definitely quality work recommend to anyone.

Did my front windshield here once the guy finished he said the bubbles would go away after a couple of days. I had to go back and show them there are still bubbles with dust under them and a couple of bigger ones with dirt/glue and the guy said there wasnt anything he can do about it. Instead of apologizing and offering to do it over again he said thats the best he or anyone else can do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it removed and done right!!!

I went on Friday ask if they have some openings to get my car tinted. They told me i have a open for Saturday at 12pm. He told they ask for deposit I was gonna give him a deposit and he say is fine dont worry. I show off today Saturday and they told me you didnt give us a call or deposit so we cant get you today. unprofessional. You guys lost your business with me!

Had a BAD ATTITUDE. First said it would be done in two hours, then 45 minutes then I come back & another 30 minutes. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Service sucked! The guy told us it would be 2 & 1/2 hrs, so we left and came back 2 & 1/2 hrs later and my car had not been touched, then he tells us it would be another 2 &1/2 more hrs, so we left!

Had an appointment for 1230. Was told it would take about 2 hours and 30 minutes for a window tinting. Came back after 3 hours and they had not even started working on my car. When I asked what happened they guy was extremely rude and didnt offer an explanation. Would definitely not come back here.

I had an appointment at LOS Customs in menifee waited over an hour so I called Vision Glass & Tint and Jim answered the phone. He told me that I can bring it by now and he can tint my two front windows for the same price. When I arrived Jim helped me pick out a shade and he got right on it. Mike was also very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone with another potential customer both of these gentlemen are real gems.

Dont do business with this company!Called in for estimate on cost of tint rear window... person that answered the phone was very short and terrible attitude! I asked do I make appointment he said yes I said how long would it take? He said half a day I said can i wait for it while your doing it. He said forget and hung up on me.I would never do business with this company steer clear...dumb guy!

I went in to get my windshield repaired for a crack. I was told the crack was too small and he said that I would be ok. I appreciate him being honest and not just making a sale.

Jim at Vision Glass gets a 5 star all the way! I needed a new windshield in my Ford Explorer. Jim explained that the cost could be quite a bit more than just the windshield because my model of Ford has plastic strips on either side of the windshield that often break during the removal. Well he said that he took his time and carefully removed them and had no problem putting them back on. Jim saved me over $200. Thanks, Jim, so much, I really appreciate it!! Cathy

This is a small shop, but dont let that fool you into thinking its not as good as the big name, glossier ones. They replaced my windshield same day, in an hour and a half, GREAT price, AND fixed another problem I had with my rear wiper for FREE. I love these guys.
