As I was browsing around different places trying to see the prices and quality service of a tire shop. I can say that I have found a tire shop who looks for the customers needs. I was politely given information about the tires I needed and the best option for me. I was attended to immediately and felt comfortable with this team. As soon as I got there I was quickly attended to and handled immediately. They were so nice enough to discharge my old tires and rims. Took no more than 10 min to get both of my tires changed into a different rim and on my car! Best service I have ever received at a tire shop. Definitely recommend this place for quality, speedy service, and the positive environment.

The best. I have a car thats 10 years old and has been leaking oil on and off for a year. During this time I had my prior long term mechanic check it out twice. I also had a separate mechanic check it out. In total, THREE mechanical examininations, with all three saying nothing was wrong...older cars get oil leaks. I recently moved to Menifee and the oil leak continued...drip drip drip in parking spaces, in my driveway, and puddles on my garage floor constantly. I was referred to Magnuson . Wow. Jose took the care and interest to listen to my story and put my car up for a quick look all within the first 5 minutes of meeting me. Well spoken, well mannered, highly professional, he showed me the massive amounts of oil everywhere from the long term leak. I was skeptical of having work done, frankly. New mechanic I didnt know, im a single senior citizen female on a fixed income, and a leaky car. I went with my gut and had Jose dive in. Turns out the source of the problem was something that previous mechanics had missed and would have ruined my engine if not found. Jose did an incredible job. My car is now running perfectly and Im sure will last another 10 years. Thank you, Jose.What a relief !

My car overheated on the 215 freeway on a Friday evening at 5:30 on my way home to San Diego. I exited on D St. and stopped at Magnuson. Arnie looked at it and told me i had a cracked thermostat housing, made a quick call to the dealer, and said hed have it ready the next day. He even gave me, my 2 daughters and my granddaughter a ride back to my daughters house in Moreno Valley on his way home. He had it all fixed by noon the next day, no surprises or extra charges. Thank you so much for your fair, honest work and for being a true gentleman.

I changed my original review because my husband said the shop manager did not feel that it was fair. But after taking my car back to them for repairs yesterday and my vehicle not being put back together completely I will never take my cars back to this shop again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE.

Went to get my tires changed and they charge cheaper price thats good. But that doesnt change the fact that they tried to scam me out of my pocket for no reason. I was willing to pay the additional $85 for the front and rear alignment, until they told me that my car was salvaged. They pointed out a part of the suspension that was damaged and compared it to the other side. First off my vehicle is not salvaged at all. It runs well and i have no problem with it, yet they stick to the narrative that my car was salvaged, and said that they need to replace the part that I mentioned for an additional charge, where in the end I have to pay over $500. I took it to another professional after only paying for the tires which was a total of $359, and they told me that there is nothing wrong with my car. The way the suspension is designed they tried to scam me out of it because they though i dibt know anything about my car, which is just as insulting. DO NOT GO HERE! My also went over here to get oil changed and her brakes changed and they did horrible job doing it. Go sonewhere else your car deserves better and your safety comes first.

Real bad service, always go in for alignment and they try to charge you more for work that you dont even need. Bad people skills. I dont even think they deserve one star. I know just like the other bad reviews tomorrow they are getting one good review with no name.

Horrible service. I went in around November 2017 and they informed me that I needed new shocks and struts. The repairs were very expensive and after driving it for a couple days I started to hear a loud clunk noise every time I went over a bump or uneven pavement. The noise is coming from the front driver side and I believed it had something to do with the shocks because it wasn’t doing that before I took it in. I took it back and now they’re saying it’s something completely different. I will be taking it somewhere else to have it inspected because they did a horrible job.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They rip you off & don’t fix your tires right!!!! I went in to get my tire fixed, it was flat again the next morning!!! When I called to tell them, owner was rude & didn’t care one bit!!! They wanted to charge me all over again!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Take your money & car else where!!!

I amupdating my previous rating because this shop is a complete joke. I tried to help out the manager because he did not like or agree with my wifes review of his business.I took my wifes car to them to have the power steering pump and serpentine belt replaced a few weeks ago, I had to take it back yesterday because it was leaking power steering fluid. They checked and found that it was the high pressure line. They changed the high pressure line and charged me $176 to change it. They did change the power steering pump and serpentine belt again as well and said those were covered under warranty.Last night my wife got home from a party and I could hear something scraping as she backed into the driveway. Apparently these mechanics did not even take the time to completely reinstall a piece of the plastic in the wheelwell that they had to remove. I have no idea what they did with the plastic clip so I had to zip tie it to hold back together. I am not even going to bother taking it back to them because the manager has an excuse for everything that they mess up on. DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE BACK IN ONE PIECE.Iwish I could attach photos to this review so you all could see the half ass work. I will not be taking my vehicles back to them, Ill pay a bit more and take them to Dads Auto Shop.

Able a otro lugar me lo icieron por 160$$$ no se dejen!!! They will try to screw you over they wanted to charge me 280$ to change my pads and the discs... I asked around I got a letter deal 160$. My advice is compare prices before walking in this shop...

I sent my son to this place to do just one alignment and it turns out that they only did a $ 25 inspection. Most shops when they see a boy or a woman they want to do extra work to charge more. I called for an explanation and all I heard was ridiculous excuses. Very bad service. Dont go to this place.
