Yes Im a big air gun buyer .. this store does receive good quality air rifles .. I bought all my hatsan air guns here an plenty more. An all of thier products are up to it usage.. very good customer service and they take care of their customers equally love this spot

Nice clean store but the service was very bad. I was waiting to buy ammo for like 20min and asked for help a couple times but no one ever came. I ended up leaving and buying at Walmart.

Big 5 Sporting Goods in Perris has everything we need in Athletic Equipment, Athletic Apparel, Shoes and Camping Equipment and Supplies. The prices and weekly specials are fantastic.

Big 5 in perris is a good store to shop at. The store is stock up pretty good with merchandise. The employees are rather nice as well. Its a clean and safe environment to shop in. Once again the store was mostly empty hardly no one shopping or long lines. But I was very satisfied with the shopping experience.

Cashier was very helpful. Showed me the location to find what I was looking for. Then left me alone to decide. Went to pay and she helped me with that. Smooth transaction.

Really enjoy getting my workout supplies here. And would love it if they carried earthworms more often for bait and gardening.

I first of all dont like this store is not orgonice everything is all o we the place, dont have kids section . Second employees look like they dont want to help or work, rude and this guy drop a heavy metal on my foot I have Togo the emergency clinic and thank God nothing was broken them they dont want you to used the restrooms even do your are buying things, oh and the cashier was incompetent and not professional at all rude like the others hope one of this the owner comes and talks to this people so they can change the personality and fix this store I mean organize looks to dark . Becareful with people they really have a bad arittude

Drove a long way for 80 pound Braided fishing line that they told me they had in store and when I got there there was none.

I find my bb and pellets to use and play with my guns all on one place

Usually hit and miss on inventory, went looking for youth baseball glove and water jug very disappointed in the quality of service. I asked an employee for help and she avoided me after that no answer to my questions nothing.

I had to locate cashier for check out. When we arrived at the register she waited on people first that wasnt there when I had to locate her. Customer service lacking.

I dont often go to Big 5 Sporting Good. However when I do go and purchase something I can always find what Im looking for. Happy Shopping

Went to buy a shotgun. Waited 20min while 2 staff chatted in the back room. When I was finally served the woman was rude and made me feel like my questions were a waste of her time. I decided to spend my $500 somewhere that appreciates the business. Don’t waste your time or money here

Customer service here is always excellent and this store is always clean and usually stocked.

Very friendly and helpful

Called ahead of time to attempt to make sure they had what I needed and was told they had it in stock. When I arrived the same woman I spoke to was very rude to me at the gun counter and said they did not carry those products anymore. Only reason this is not 1 star is because the woman at the counter was very apoligetic and helped me find other items I was looking for. Store was also out of order and it seemed very understaffed.

Store is well stocked and the friendly staff always are willing to help. Great deals on soccer balls, knives, camping gear, ammo, and great clearance rack.

Big 5 is pretty cool this one is small but they have a pretty good selection of stuff and the staff is helpful ... Big 5 always has great deals on shoes too.

Not a big store but has most of all gears for any sport. Great customer service, prices are pretty decent. I was really satisfied finding all my snow gears for the whole family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Every time we need running shoes or athletic shoes or what not they always come through give us the best shoe, for the best price. I bought 4 shoes for under a hundred bucks. This Big 5 location is a fantastic place to shop. Including their staff. Thanks guys and gals...

Service is okay over phone. In store they were a little more helpful. I called looking for size 14 snow boots and was told they didnt have any but I went in myself and found some so it left me wondering if they really looked. Cant beat the price and wish they carried more items.
