Bought 55 inch television for less than $500.00. Beautiful clarity and color. Dolby sound. 10 years ago it would have cost $5000.00

Im all good UNTil I check out then the lady that says have a nice day instead of doing that she snatches my receipt from me and checks for every single item on it . You dont have any right to touch my receipt or stop me for that matter I paid for my stuff say thank you to me and let me be on my way. Stop hold up the exit which is a fire hazard

Best return policy program. With or without receipt. Only requirement is current I.D. (no receipt/item is still available) and if you prefer cash you must have receipt ( within 90 days of purchase). Please be courteous

Not very crowded for the time I did my shopping. Was able to grab a pair of pants that were so comfortable and had my exact size.. unbelievable price too so had to make an unsuspecting buy

Just about everything I buy here ends up breaking. Bought an expensive Bluetooth speaker and it is not loud at all plus the battery dies quickly even though it advertises that the battery will last 20 hours. Not even close. Spent $15 on a flashlight here, stopped working within 2 weeks. Bought a bike tube here, it popped before I made it around the block. You get what you paid for at the store, cheaply made junk.

Close, Convenient and pretty much has most of what you may be looking for, including beer/wine/ liquor. But just a heads up if youre going in to either do a Return, pay a bill or send money via the Money Center... I highly recommend going in as soon as the Money Center opens, if not and youre in a hurry, prepare to stand by. The ladies that work that department are nice and Professional though.

Walmart is always a lot of people in there so I go in the morning so its less or just before closing just went to take care of my phone. They are always very helpful when ask upon. Thank Wal-Mart

My Walmart experience has been a great one. First the prices are the best around. Download the app, order your product, drive to the store, text them and let them know you are there...in minutes some one has your order at your car, loads it in your trunck and your off. The best part is...no charge for this service. Back to the first reason the prices are the lowest anywhere.

I have to admit that I have not been inside this store much but I use their pick up service a lot. It is awesome. I place my order with a time to be ready. I can check in as I leave my house. Once I get there and let them know what stall I am in, my stuff is usually in my trunk and I am ready to go within 5 minutes. Kudos to the workers and management who run this pick up.

I thought the name Walmart meant something, but unfortunately I was there at 7...they said the return station does not open until 8am. I wanted to see the colors will look good on me, before trying something out, but there were no mirrors anywhere! I wanted to try something on, but the station does not open until 9am!!!! I could not believe the bad service! I had to call the manager and complaint to get some action.

The lines are always way to long. I waited an hour just to check out. Only had 3 lanes open and self check. Really wish they would have all those employees doing recovery just open and clear the people out of the store..

They didnt carry as much automotive items as most Walmarts do. But the store is big and clean.

They have 20 registers and they only ever use 3. Takes forever to check out. Try to come early morning so you wont find crazy people loitering.

The best time to visit this Walmart location is when the first open or any time before 10:30am. After that, its pretty crowded. But its probably my favorite Walmart. The grocery side is always well stocked.

I love Walmart because it has numbers aisles, is ease to find what I am looking for, I ask a worker and she nicely help me

Walmart is trash specially when you use the grocery delivery service I don’t know who they think they are if I requested a time and date to get my groceries delivered I expect them to get delivered on that day that’s why I pay the monthly fee to get items delivered to my door so I was supposed to get my order today 11-12pm at 11:40am they sent me an email saying that it was running late then 3 hrs later I called because the order never showed up at my door then at 7:30pm I called 25 times to find out why the order was not being delivered yet they never answered their phone I spoke to an employee named Sierra when I called the first time she said my order was going to get delivered today so it’s 8:21pm and they stop the groceries delivery at 8pm so who the f…. They think they are to treat customers like this I’m so so upset Worst place worst customer service not going back to this place anymore I will be coming in person to talk to the store manager

The predecessor to this Walmart used to be the abandoned building on 2560 N Perris Blvd, my childhood Walmart. Shortly after that building closed to make way for the much bigger Super Walmart with a grocery/deli section being the major upgrade that sets the old building apart from the current one basically became the citys center of shopping and social hub. The place has always been the go-to for all your needs at competitive prices.

Normally, the worse Walmart I have ever been to. Today I guess it can rate up to 2 1/2 stars, because the line I was subject to getting into only had about 10 customers ahead of me. Thank goodness for small wonders.

The lines in the store are unbelievable4 cashers only opened 1 person in costumer service taking care of returns, bills, and money grams.and all the lines in electronics make-up and all over the store 20 or more people in line . I go to Walmart at list 3 to 4 times a week. So sad that I have to leave my basket with everything and walk out and go to moreno valley or riverside to do my shopping.

Employees are not helpful. Two people called other employees to help me getting something out of a case. No problem. Waited and noone came. Started hitting a button two isles down. Ignored. Finally opened the back room door to get help and the managers excuse was that all the employees are helping other customers. Which is fine but when I see you as a manager standing in the back talking it doesnt help. Also as she is unlocking the case she calls for an employee to be placed in that department.

Walmart in Perris was good, teammember were attentive compared to others in LA quite a different experience

The food fine but the service was horrible! Our server took a quite bit of time taking our order and it took forever to get our food. Im very disappointed.

Rotting fruit and veggies everywhere. My girlfriend and I went to purchase groceries 9/18/21 and a large majority of the produce was rotting. Some had mold, others were so soft you couldnt pick it up. I made a comment about some of the rotten cucumbers to an employee who said nothing in response.

Why so many empty shelves??? And cashier lines were all the way into the womens clothing section so you couldnt shop in that area! I mean really?? And the more they cut back cashiers the worst its gonna get. That is when people will start protesting Walmart! Ridiculous!

I liked the old WalMart better, service was slow but not as bad as the new WalMart. If you need something thats locked up thats another story. Although prices are cheaper than Target, I like there atmosphere and their quick service at check counters.

The garden center register was closed, despite the center being open. There were 3 cashiers open despite the lines going through the clothing section. There was some chain missing from the battery section and an employee telling and asking about it, even gave small response like, I know. Not my problem I left a note. Workers there dont care about anything other then getting through the shift(dont blame them though). Just buy online and dont bother with in-store.

Worst customer service ever !!! I waited 30mins just to get some help. After a long wait..I headed over to the lines and it’s jammed packed I spent a total of almost 2 hrs just to get 3 items… before anyone says why didn’t you get pick up … I tried to call Walmart to get the ball rolling and no one picked up … this place so janky

Waited 45 minutes for someone to help me at the jewelry counter. had two other employees call for someone no one came. someone even went on the loud speaker to ask - no one. employees are not helpful. annoying experience

Hardly adequate lanes open so expect to spend an hour, on average, here, even with the self-checkout available. Never stocked with items I need in-store (online is much better though). Called the other day to get an important bakery question answered for a party I am planning, and was told she lost her closer, so idk if anyone is there. After speaking to a manager, whose English was so broken I could barely understand her, I was given a lot of I thinks and Im not sures. Out of this world! Ended up going all the way to Sams Club.

I went to the money services department and the line went pretty fast. No complains!

This Walmart is okay. Lines are super long at times because of they are understaff. A lot of their things are lock up. Good luck trying to find someone that has the keys which is so frustrating. You will waiting for a while.

Place is clean,and has everything you need. This Walmart is really crowded. Customer service is friendly. There is plenty of parking. Restrooms are clean as well. I recommend this walmart just dont expect to be a fast trip.

We just moved into the area and this was our first time here. It is one of the nicer Walmart weve been to. Our wait time was atleast 20 minutes of no moving at the checkout line. The transaction in front of me was a more difficult and special transaction that added to our wait time but the cashier shouldve requested the needed manager assistance sooner when needed. Being a cashier myself, I know some things, you just need a manager to step in and takeover due to the type transaction that needs manager approval. But other than that, its a fine store to shop at!

Couldnt get anyone to unlock the heart burn medication for me. Who locks up nexium I never seen that. Long wait just to purchase couldnt find help anywhere lol. Memes about wal mart are true

Not too crowded today. Found most of what I needed. The frozen food section was a little bare, and they didnt have the Smart Balance butter I was looking for. The check out lines werent too long today either. Cashier was pleasant and efficientOverall, a good visit.

I am in a hurry tonight and when I walked into Walmart, the line for self checkout looked like a Magic Mountain ride wait line. Totally unbelievable !I went to the bicycle section to buy 2 tubes for my bicycle and out of stock. Everywhere I looked...empty shelves.I just turned around and left.Not a good experience tonight.

Ordered online the night b4. Got there and went inside, no order, wait 4 Mgr she says I have to go around bldg to side 4 pick up, I walk there, 20 + parking spaces 4 pick up. Sign says call us & we will come out 2 you. I call, mailbox full....goodbye! I walk around 2 find help, they cant find my order. I go inside to pick it myself....the craft items are all LOCKED UP. We wait, 3 other groups are already waiting. Some for over 30 minutes. I ask each associate if they can unlock it, many chourses of Ill call someone. I finally went up to customer service 4 mgr. Found one and finally got product they should have waiting 4 me at curb side pick up....

My purchase was smooth but 2 items are out of stock, so I will wait till it comes back in stock

Every week I tell myself I wont be back!!! The lines are horrendous and obviously not enough checkers and self checkout is overwhelmed. Its not just since covid but now its worse more employees are needed period. Its not worth my time.

They only have 2 registers open out of 14. 😐 They have so many things locked, but no one to unlock them. Tip: workers with yellow vests usually have the keys to unlock them.

Another gentleman and I waited for almost 30 minutes to get an employee to open the locked OIL FILTER cabinet. We each stopped a dozen different employees and all replied the same, I cant help you, but Ill get someone who can. Apparently, then moving on doing nothing to help our plight. I asked one employee if I needed to start a fire to get someone to come to that dept. He said it would probably help.Avoid THIS Wal-Mart.

I will keep this short and straight to the point. You have to find your own shopping cart in the parking lot. Long lines due to very few registers open so expect to be in line for about 15-20 minutes if you are lucky. Another 15 minutes to find an employee with keys to unlock secured displays. Does not seem to be getting better.

20 minutes waiting for someone to open the baby formula cabinet. 30 minutes so far waiting in line to pay for the formula. Only 4 lanes open SMH. I love how the Supervisor s just stand there talking.

Always super crowded even during work hours. Long lines. Doesnt deliver food although there is pick up. Whats most frustrating as you have to wait for them to unlock certain items including allergy medications. You wait and wait for the person who has the key. Ive had problems where they would never even show up to do this.

This Walmart is not well stocked in the candy dept. And is very disorganized. Plus the lines are always abnormally long.With abnormally slow cashiers, everyday of the week. Perris Walmart constantly disappoints. The only reason I shop here is because its the only Walmart for many miles.

The lines are always really long at check out, even at self checkout. the number of items behind the glass is ever growing. there is no button to push for assistance at most of these cases. trying to get help takes forever and employees say i dont have key.. then dont get someone to help you. i went there for rug shampoo.. it was locked up...no way to call for help. went around store found several employees who explained why they could not help me. finally i broke in line to ask cashier to call some one.. no one came...finally found employee who helped me. ..this is not a one time event and i am tiered of it!!!! spent 30 min. trying to buy shampoo.. then had to wait another 10 min in line.. lesson learned... next time i need shampoo or anything else i will order 1 or 2 day from amazon. if your almost always so busy you have long long lines; why cant you have more cashier? if you have to put so much product behind glass;... why cant you put a assist button on or near them and have employee ready to help .... you show your disrespect for your customers better hope they dont show you their disrespect for you.

Not a bad location, there were a lot of items on my given visit not in place, in the wrong place on the opposite shelves making it difficult to verify the price of items without having to open the app and scan every barcode have every item I was interested in in that particular section, Sporting Goods and camping to be exact. Other than that store it was reasonably clean and management was on the floor assisting customers. Which is quite refreshing compared to San Jacinto Walmart and the ring Masters at that circus show... that location still has my number one spot for worst Walmart ever.

WalMart,.the one stop store. Whatever your looking for whether its for the kitchen, garden, or bathroom. You can find it at a Walmart. This place was clean which surprised me cause there were alot of people. Workers were helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were perfectly clean and stocked.

At least 15 people or more in line they had three registers open and I couldnt tell you how many workers but I did notice a manager just standing at the exit, knowing how many people were in line...
