On a Saturday morning my I received a phone call from my tenants at my Airbnb that the garage door was not working. I looked at my Next Door app to find recommendations on Crystal Garage Door Repair. Champion had several 5 star reviews. Within 45 minutes they were at my home. Michael and Jose were EXCELLENT!! Their prices are more than fair, the techs were great, the door is so quiet now, they replaced the garage door opener, the key pad for outside the garage, the interior opener and closer and the spring. The job was complete in 52 minutes.,I highly recommend Crystal, simply they were GREAT!

Given a service window of 8am-12pm, Jesus arrived to fix our garage door before 9am and was finished up with the repair within an hour. One of our springs had broken and he was able to show me wear the bearings were damaging the tube as a result. No upselling, etc. He was friendly and explained everything well enough to help us decide what service to select. Before leaving for his next appointment, he was able to answer some of my questions about the motor unit lifetime and how to spot signs of wear.

They were attentive and friendly, but could not replace our springs with stronger. So we were referred to Precision Springs who make their own, custom springs for a job like ours.
